5-FU、海藻多糖、黄芪多糖复方抗癌制剂抗肿瘤药理作用的研究

由５一ＦＵ、海藻多糖、黄芪多糖组成复方抗癌制剂（以下简称复方）。对小鼠体内移植肉瘤（Ｓ１８０）、小鼠肝癌（Ｈ２２）均有显著的抑制作用，与化疗药物５一ＦＵ相比，抑瘤作用增强，毒副作用降低。复方可提高荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能，减轻化疗药物对机体的免疫抑制作用。     

冷冻保存2年的体外受精胚胎移植产犊报道

１４０枚利用完全体外化培养技术生产、经常规方法进行冷冻保存两年后的良种肉牛胚胎，通过非手术法移植到７０头本地母牛，每头受体牛移入２枚胚胎以繁殖纯种后代。结果受体母牛２个情期不返情率为５０％（３５／７０）；１２０ｄ后经直肠检查确诊怀孕率为２７．１％（１９／７０）；９头受体母牛足月产下犊牛１０头，产犊率为１２．９％（９／７０），双胎率为１１．１％（１／９）。受体母牛平均妊娠期为２８０．８天（２６６￣２     

骆驼蓬总碱对SO－RB_（50）细胞裸小鼠移植瘤抑瘤作用研究（初步报告）

为研究骆驼蓬总碱对ＳＯ－ＲＢ５０细胞裸小鼠皮下移植瘤抑瘤作用研究，特将ＳＯ－ＲＢ＿（５０）细胞接种于裸小鼠颈背皮下形成移植瘤，用５０ｍｇ／ｋｇｄ及７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ骆驼蓬总碱每天腹膜腔内注射一次，连续９天共注射９次。停药后２４小时称体重并剥离肿瘤称重，取材作光镜和电镜检查。结果显示骆驼蓬总碱抑瘤率５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ组为３２％，７０ｍｇ／ｙｇ／ｄ组为８９％，肿瘤细胞大量变性坏死及崩解。实验说明骆驼蓬总碱对视网膜母细胞瘤有明显的抑杀作用。     

牛细胞核移植试验初报

体外成熟培养（ＩＶＭ）２３－２４ｈ的牛卵母细胞，去核后用８０Ｖ／ｍｍ，４０μｓ电激活２次（Ｉ组）或不激活（Ⅱ组），然后注入８－３２细胞期体外受精（ＩＶＦ）牛胚胎的卵裂球，再用８０－１００Ｖ／ｍｍ，４０μｓ电激两次诱导卵母细胞与卵裂球融合，两组的融合率（６２．８％与６５．１％）和卵裂率（５５．４％与５１．９％）无显著差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。全部４１２枚重组卵电激后的融合率是６３．８％（２６３／４１２）     

必解癌Ⅱ号协同5Fu抗肠癌实验研究

用我所研制的必解癌Ⅱ号（ＢＪＡ－２）在人肠癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型上进行抗肿瘤治疗（ＢＪＡ－２组），并与５Ｆｕ治疗（５Ｆｕ组）、ＢＪＡ－２和５Ｆｕ治疗（联合用药组）及空白对照组（对照组）比较。治疗裸鼠接种移植瘤当天开始，将ＢＪＡ－２按每天每只裸鼠１６ｍｇ的剂量混入饲料内经口投入，治疗４２天，平均每只裸鼠服药总量为６７２ｍｇ，５Ｆｕ以每只裸鼠每日剂量为０．８ｍｇ配制饮水，用药二个疗程，每一疗程５天，平均总量为８ｍｇ。结果显示：联合用药组抑瘤率最高达５３．９％，明显高于５Ｆｕ治疗组（４４．８％），说明ＢＪＡ－２有协同抗肿瘤作用。ＢＪＡ－２组治疗后脾重／体重比值、淋巴结实质组织细胞增生、末体重／初体重比值等指标均优于其它组，表明ＢＪＡ－２具有提高宿主免疫功能作用。     

移植瘤株冷冻保护的实验研究

本文介绍了人肝癌细胞析细胞及其移植瘤组织经冻存，复苏后检测琥珀酸脱氢酶（ＳＤＥ）活性，成瘤率和电镜检查，选择１０％ＤＭＳＯ或１０％甘油作为冷冻保护剂来冻存细胞，它们先在冰箱里缓慢降温冷却（－０．８℃／ｍｉｎ），后在液氮罐口的液氮气中冷冻（－１０℃／ｍｉｎ）１天，最后置入液氮内，冷并保护后的冻存或组织复苏后显示高的ＳＤＥ活性，１０％ＤＭＳＯ冻存的细胞ＳＤＥ活性比１０％甘油者高，两者相比有显著差别（Ｐ     

平阳霉素和吡柔比星抗人体食管癌的实验研究

本文用平阳霉素（ＢＬＭＡ＿５）和吡柔比星（ＴＨＰ）对裸鼠移植的人体食管癌进行化疗，实验重复两次，结果：在棵鼠可耐受的剂量下，ＢＬＭＡ＿５、ＴＨＰ、ＢＬＭＡ＿５＋ＴＨＰ等各组肿瘤抑制率分别为５６％－６１％（Ｐ＜０．０１）、３４％－３９％（Ｐ＜０．０５）、７１％－７５％（Ｐ＜０．０１），说明ＢＬＭＡ＿５和ＴＨＰ对裸鼠移植的人体食管癌均有一定的抑制作用，两药合用可明显提高疗效。研究结果提示ＢＬＭＡ＿５和ＴＨＰ合用有可能用于食管癌的临床化疗。     

牛体外受精胚胎移植的应用研究

探讨了利用牛ＩＶＦ技术,在国外生产纯种肉牛胚胎运用国内进行大批量移植后受体母牛的妊娠率及产犊情况,共移植受体母牛１５８头,妊娠率（９０ｄ）为２１．４％￣４８．５％,共计产纯种犊牛５５头,５￣８日龄胚移植给发情第７ｄ的母牛能够得到较高的妊娠率（４３．８％￣５０．０％）,受体母牛在前两交伯移植妊娠率（３０．０％￣３５．０％）,明显高于第三次（１５．４％）以后的妊娠高,研究结果证实,在国外生产的的占ＩＶ     

澳洲蟾酥三氯甲烷提取物抑瘤作用的研究

用澳洲蟾蜍（Ｂｕｆｏｍａｒｉｎｕｓ）皮脂腺分泌物（蟾酥）的三氯甲烷提取物（Ｏ．Ｒ）进行的抗肿瘤实验表明，其可以延长载有腹水肝癌（Ｈｃａ）细胞的津白Ⅰ号（ＴＡ—１）小鼠的生存期，并对ＴＡ—１小鼠移植性子宫颈癌（Ｕ（１４））实体瘤的生长有一定抑制作用，本研究为该药物资源的开发利用提供了依据。     

450例青年人纤维结肠镜检出大肠癌11例分析

我们从１９８７年８月～１９９４年８月共进行１９３８例次纤维结肠镜检查，经病理证实大肠癌共１０８例，检出率５５７％，其中３５岁以下４５０例，病理证实青年大肠癌１１例，检出率２４４％。青年大肠癌占大肠癌总数的１０１９％。青年大肠癌１１例中，男７例，女４例，男∶女＝１７５∶１，２０岁１例，２１～２５岁４例，２６～３０岁１例，３１～３５岁５例。大肠癌发生在直肠６例（５４５５％），乙状结肠３例（２７２７％），横结肠１例（９０９％），升结肠１例（９０９％）。主要临床症状依次为血便、腹痛、腹泻、粘液便，病程平均１１３个月。病理分类：腺癌７例（６３６４％），息肉腺瘤恶变３例（２７２７％），乳头状腺癌１例（９０９％）。本组直肠癌６例作肛门指诊，均能触及病灶，最后经纤维结肠镜检而确诊     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
