Moldflow辅助壳形注塑件变形分析及其加强筋的优化设计

基于Moldflow软件,通过改变塑件上加强筋的厚度、高度及浇口位置,对典型壳形注塑件的收缩和翘曲变形进行模拟成型分析,并优化设计加强筋.结果表明:加强筋会减小塑件的收缩率并影响翘曲变形量,塑件翘曲变形受加强筋的厚度影响比较大,且与浇口形式及其位置有关,加强筋的高度变化对变形影响不显著.加强筋的厚度与塑件基体壁厚不同,造成收缩不均导致翘曲变形,变形量随着加强筋厚度的加大,呈现先增大后减小的趋势.通过选取合理的浇口位置及加强筋尺寸,可以利用塑件基体部分的翘曲与加强筋所引起的翘曲相互抵消,从而减小塑件的总体变形量.     

基于Pro／E和Moldflow的注塑件优化设计

以某手持式仪器中注塑件电池盖为例,利用Pro／E对塑件进行初步设计,然后运用模拟分析软件Moldflow对塑件成型过程进行模拟分析,发现塑件设计不足的问题,再利用Pro／E对塑件进行优化设计,最终得到了合理的塑件结构,从而减少了模具设计制造时间,降低了成本。     

平板类塑件翘曲变形数值模拟与实验分析

运用Moldflow分析软件,选取模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力与保压时间四因素三水平安排正交实验,模拟平板类塑件的翘曲变形.以模拟为基础,在注塑机上进行实际注塑成型,扫描获取塑件三维数据,并用Imageware软件提取平板类塑件长边与短边的点云,计算宽度与长度方向的翘曲变形量.结果表明:翘曲变形模拟分析与实际注塑成型误差为-0.083 1~0.094 9 mm;保压压力、熔体温度、保压时间与模具温度对翘曲变形模拟分析的影响依次减小.     

基于Moldflow的足浴按摩器底壳注塑模设计与分析

采用Moldflow2013软件的模流分析技术对足浴按摩盆底壳进行注塑过程进行模拟分析,检测与预测塑件发生变形如翘曲收缩是否符合要求,根据产品注塑模拟分析结果来优化塑件的模具结构,使之更为合理。

注射工艺参数对超薄塑件成型影响实验研究

超薄塑件在微机电领域具有巨大的应用潜力,为研究其注塑成型特性,设计制造了一可成型超薄塑件的模具,利用正交试验方法和数值模拟技术研究了各工艺参数（注射速度、注射压力、熔体温度及注射量等）对超薄塑件注塑成型充模过程的影响．研究结果表明注射量及注射速度对超薄塑件注塑成型的填充起主导作用,提高注射速度能大幅度地提高填充率;熔体温度和注射压力相对于注射量和注射速度只起次要作用,但在填充过程中,较高的熔体温度和注射压力也是必要的．该结论为深入开展超薄塑件成型缺陷（如翘曲、熔接痕）的形成机理研究提供了有益的借鉴．     

模拟注射模具传统设计方法的CAD系统

通过对注射模传统设计方法的模拟,建立了从塑件图输入到模具图输出的实用CAD系统,实现了模具型腔和型芯图形的自动转换,采用特殊的编码技术处理标准零件的设计数据,建立了相应标准件及标准结构的图形库.     

基于CAE的纸芯空气滤清器注射模反变形设计

基于CAE技术,对带有柔性嵌件的纸芯空气滤清器进行了填充、冷却和翘曲等模拟分析.因塑件框架壁薄,确定了边缘多点进浇方案,可避免熔体直接冲击纸芯嵌件.针对空滤器塑件框架由于收缩引起的不可避免的内凹变形,设计了合理的冷却方案,提出了模具型腔外凸的反变形设计方法,使空滤器安装平面变形得到合理的控制.采用立式注塑机和一个前模、两个后模的生产组合方式,显著提高成型效率,降低成本,所生产的空滤器产品质量好,与采用简化结构的模拟结果相符.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
