以水为提取剂从中药秦皮中提取天然染料对纯棉针织物进行染色,研究不同媒染方式以及染料质量浓度、染浴pH值、染色温度及时间、媒染剂硫酸亚铁用量等后媒法染色工艺对纯棉针织物染色效果的影响.结果表明,后媒法染色效果最好,秦皮天然染料对纯棉针织物的后媒染染色最佳工艺为:秦皮天然染料质量浓度12g/L,染液pH 4,染色温度90℃,染色时间60min,媒染剂硫酸亚铁用量5g/L.织物经后媒染染色后得色均匀,各项色牢度较好.  相似文献

建立由丁香花蕾提取丁香酚的新方法-乙醇回流法,使丁香酚的提取率由原来的5.0%提高到10.3%.采用羰基铁作催化剂,使丁香酚转化为异丁香酚,然后在不亲核碱二异丙氨基锂(LDA)的作用下,以无水四氢呋喃为溶剂,使苄基氯与异丁香酚反应,生成苄基异丁香酚,产率达到95.0%,纯度达到99.0%以上,并通过IR和NMR技术表征了产物的结构.  相似文献

为了探讨不同林龄木麻黄防护林异养呼吸在土壤呼吸中所占的比例,本研究用挖壕沟法对异养呼吸和自养呼吸进行了分离,并采用LICOR-8100 Automated Soil CO2 Flux System法测定木麻黄纯林的土壤自养呼吸和异养呼吸.结果表明:土壤异养呼吸在总呼吸中所占比例的季节动态变化较小,变化幅度为68.59%~76.87%,基本稳定在72.73%左右:异养呼吸在各林龄间差异不明显,季节动态也没有一致的规律.  相似文献

为了研究石榴皮、白头翁、青蒿、紫茎泽兰、秦皮、五倍子等6种中草药水提取物对兔球虫卵囊孢子化的影响,选用0.25、0.5、1.0 g/m L的单味药物对未孢子化的兔球虫进行体外抑制试验,连续7 d观察18个试验组球虫卵囊孢子化的情况。结果表明,所选用的6种中草药对兔球虫卵囊孢子化具有不同程度的抑制作用,其中抑制效果最好的是1.0 g/m L的五倍子,抑制率为41%;其次是0.5 g/m L的秦皮,抑制率为30%;效果较差的是0.25 g/m L的紫茎泽兰和0.25 g/m L的石榴皮,抑制率分别为9%和8%;最差的是1.0 g/m L的石榴皮,抑制率仅为6%。  相似文献

采用HPLC法同时测定罗布麻浸膏粉中金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮素的含量.色谱柱为YMC-Pack C18(250×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇(10∶1)和0.4%磷酸,梯度洗脱;二极管阵列检测器:检测波长360 nm;分别以金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮素对照品为外标,用标准曲线法进行定量.在0.25~10μg/mL的范围内,金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮素的浓度与吸收峰面积之间线性关系良好,相关系数分别为r金丝桃苷=0.999 4、r异槲皮苷=0.999 5、r槲皮素=0.999 6,回收率在85.57%~99.96%之间(RSD小于4.45%).  相似文献

制备光甘草定-烟酰胺纳米乳(G-N-NE)并初步评价其抗氧化效果.采用相转变乳化高压均质法制备G-N-NE,借助伪三元相图法联合Box-Behnken响应面设计法(BBD-RSM)筛选获得G-N-NE最佳处方并进行验证,通过DPPH·自由基清除率初步评价了G-N-NE的抗氧化效果.结果表明:G-N-NE最佳处方为辛酸癸酸三酰甘油/肉豆蔻异丙酯/吐温80/无水乙醇/光甘草定/0.10%烟酰胺水溶液(3.97∶1.99∶18.54∶4.64∶0.10∶70.76),粒径为(88.41±0.19)nm,多分散指数PDI为(0.253±0.01),Zeta电位为(-7.79±0.12)mV,烟酰胺载药量与包封率分别为(5.42±0.04)%与(93.01±0.23)%,光甘草定的载药量与包封率分别为(6.82±0.06)%与(97.01±0.06)%,相比光甘草定-烟酰胺溶液和光甘草定纳米乳,G-N-NE对DPPH·自由基有更好的清除效果,说明G-N-NE性质稳定、包封率高,具有良好的抗氧化效果.  相似文献

薄层层析法(TLC)在六六六异构体研究中的应用愈来愈广泛,许多文献报导了六六六异体的分离、鉴定和半定量测定法。本文在改进薄层层析条件的基础上,建立适用于六六六各种异构体测定的薄层层析直接定量法,用直接扫描法测定六六六原粉中γ-体的含量,方法快速、操作简便,易于掌握,灵敏度和精密度也较高,测定结果的相对标准偏差为±1.6%。  相似文献

采用响应面实验方法优化药食两用植物淫羊藿中朝藿定F的微波-超声波协同提取工艺,利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜技术探讨提取机理,并研究朝藿定F对α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶活力的抑制作用。朝藿定F的最优微波-超声波协同提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数70%,提取时间20 min,液固比20∶1(mL∶g),微波功率200 W。微波-超声波协同提取法的提取率比传统的微波提取法高13%,比超声波提取法高23%,其机理可能是微波-超声波协同处理促进了淫羊藿组织、细胞和部分细胞器的破损,加速了朝藿定F的溶出。朝藿定F对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有一定的抑制作用,其半抑制浓度IC_(50)为66.89μg/mL。  相似文献

以四氢呋喃为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取-GC-MS法测试塑料中的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯含量,以GC-MS的全扫描定性,选择离子监测外标法定量。本方法回收率为94.6%~104.8%,RSD为3.9%~4.3%,检出限0.198 mg/kg。试验结果表明,本方法简便、快速、检出限低,具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于塑料样品中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯的快速分析。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
