基因块编码的并行遗传算法及其在TSP中的应用   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
针对简单遗传算法在较大规模组合优化问题上搜索效率不高的现象,提出了一种用基因块编码的并行遗传算法(Building-block Coded Parallel GA,BCPGA).该方法以粗粒度并行遗传算法为基本框架,在染色体群体中识别出可能的基因块,然后用基因块作为新的基因单位对染色体重新编码,产生长度较短的染色体,再用重新编码的染色体群体作为下一轮以相同方式演化的初始群体.将BCPGA应用于一个100城市的旅行商问题(TSP)中,结果表明本方法可以提高遗传算法的搜索效率,并且在相同条件下,BCPGA明显优于单纯的粗粒度并行遗传算法.  相似文献

针对并行遗传算法(parallel genetic algorithms,PGA)容易出现收敛过快和陷入局部最优解的问题,综合多种不同进化策略遗传算法之所长,设计了一种混合的粗粒度并行遗传算法。该算法由多个独立的子群体组成,各个子群体并行的、独立的、按照不同的遗传进化策略进化,每隔一定的时间,在子群体之间进行最优个体的迁移,促进群体的共同进化,并抑制群体早熟。在PVM环境下,用该算法实现函数优化问题,仿真实验数据表明了其有效性.  相似文献

针对粒子群优化(PSO)算法的"早熟"现象,给出了基于遗传和粒子群结合的文化演化算法.该算法将PSO/GA纳入文化算法框架,形成PSO的主群体空间和GA的信仰群体空间,两群体空间可以独立并行演化,并在适当的时机实现信仰群体空间对主群体空间的引导,达到改善粒子群优化算法全局搜索能力、提高计算精度的目的.仿真表明,该算法的优化性能和效率优于PSO算法、GA算法和GA-PSO混合算法.  相似文献

基于CPU多核处理器实现了粗粒度2.5维电磁场并行正演算法, 使用OpenMP对串行算法的频率域进行粗粒度分解, 主线程进行任务分配, 从线程在CPU多核上并行计算各频率域电磁场值, 并分析了OpenMP并行效率与模型及核心数目的关系. 多组不同模型测试结果表明, 本文并行方法与串行方法得到的数值结果相同, 并获得了接近CPU逻辑核心数目的性能提升.  相似文献

对传统算法模型在解决优化配置问题上的缺陷进行分析和研究, 提出一个基于并行遗传算法的资源优化配置算法模型, 考虑到网络化制造系统中资源的特殊性, 编码方式采用二进制编码, 并行模型为粗粒度并行模型. 该模型不但可以在产品全生命周期中的每个环节选1个或多个企业参加, 而且不会遗漏任何一个可行的优化配置方案. 此外, 对该模型的可行性和优越性进行了论证, 给出基于该模型的原型系统运行界面, 通过具体实例验证了该模型的有效性.  相似文献

提出了一种基于集群系统的多种群并行遗传算法,在集群系统的软件开发环境MPICH上构建了多种群粗粒度并行遗传算法框架.采用全局迁移方式交换通信域中各子群体的个体信息,并通过模拟退火规则来确定迁移代频.利用该算法框架对一类优化问题——N维目标函数的最小值问题,给出了具体的实现方法.最后对该类问题的两个实例进行了测试,基于该实例的测试数据对论文提出的算法进行了性能分析.结果显示,算法具有线性加速比,而且解的精度随着并行进程数量的增多而提高.  相似文献

遗传算法是一种概率搜索算法,其本身固有并行性。目前,人们正不断地致力于把遗传算法应用于各种并行机器上。在基于工作站机群技术上,构架了一种粗粒度并行遗传算法,并在MPI并行环境下,用4台PC机测试了一个解决TSP问题的粗粒度并行遗传算法。该并行遗传算法可以更好的保护优秀个体从而提高遗传算法的收敛性。  相似文献

随着流体机械基础并行算法的发展,传统的单核处理器已经不能很好地满足先进流体机械研发的技术需求,为此本文深入研究了流体机械的物理模型以及高性能计算机架构特点,设计并实现了能够充分表达物理模型并行性的高效的面向流体机械仿真的层次化并行计算模型(HP2H)。HP2H模型充分考虑流体机械的多层几何结构以及高性能计算机的多层逻辑架构,深入挖掘计算平台、计算模型以及物理模型的并行性,实现从物理模型到计算资源的高效任务映射。依据具体的轴流压气机转子数值模拟的实际应用背景,结合粗粒度并行和细粒度并行对模型进行实现。对HP2H计算模型进行了功能测试和性能测试,当计算核心从36核提升到432核时,计算性能提升约12倍,并行效率达到了100%。实验结果表明,HP2H计算模型不但在正确地对流体机械进行数值模拟的前提下实现了较好的计算性能,并且由于HP2H计算模型结合了粗粒度并行与细粒度并行,因而可以在不同的计算平台上运行,还可以便捷地实现计算规模的扩展,具有良好的可移植性与可扩展性。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
