重大科技专项的三种组织管理模式

重大科技专项的"重"主要体现在其具有重要的战略意义,一般解决的是战略性高技术领域或与民生密切相关的问题:"大"主要体现在其规模大、资金投入大、项目风险大、经济社会效益大、影响面大.重大科技专项如此"重"、"大",应该如何对其进行高效的组织管理呢?这个问题说明:对重大科技专项组织管理的研究,尤其是对典型组织管理模式的探讨具有非常重要的现实意义.     

作为一种小说类型的家族小说(下)

家族小说的题材内容具有特指性,常描写一个或几个家族的生活及家族成员间的关系,并由此折射具有丰富内涵的历史和时代特征,所叙故事形成"编年史"般的格局.其形式主要是长篇小说.家族小说的叙事模式,有叙写家族由有序-无序-衰败的主流模式和叙写家族的"兴旺"史的非主流模式.其情节母题包括"家族与性"两个方面,人物形象主要包括作为家族支柱的男性形象与作为家族附庸的女性形象,意蕴包括本事意蕴与深层意蕴两个方面.家族小说文化特征主要是"怀旧"的精神文化特征,其审美特征主要是挽歌特征.

"妈祖体育赛事"是一个新的体育学概念.深入研究"妈祖体育赛事"内涵及属性,明确其内在本质及外在特征,研究对象及范围界限,对后续的开发研究具有重要意义.文章运用文献资料研究法、逻辑分析法,对"妈祖体育赛事"的内涵及其属性进行规范研究,认为:"妈祖体育赛事"具有4个本质属性:区域性、身体运动、公开竞技或表演和特殊事件.其中,特殊事件为"妈祖体育赛事"内涵的属概念,区域性、身体运动和公开竞技或表演3个属性为"妈祖体育赛事"内涵的种差.     

论墨白小说中的"失语者"

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
