对再生塑料颗粒表面对改善混凝土的力学性能进行了研究,将2组成分相同表面粗糙度不同的再生塑料颗粒添加到混凝土中,等体积取代部分细骨料,然后对再生塑料改性混凝土进行立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度及抗折强度试验.试验结果表明,掺入表面粗糙的再生塑料颗粒的混凝土的力学性能优于掺入表面光滑的再生塑料颗粒的混凝土.  相似文献

再生混凝土因其能够妥善处理环境与资源的压力,而被广大学者所研究.以硅粉与纤维的不同掺量为变量,设计并制作了再生骨料取代率为30%的再生试块,并对其立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、弹性模量、峰值应变等力学与变形指标进行了研究,探寻硅粉与纤维对其性能的影响规律,为其在工程实践中的应用提供参考依据.结论表明:硅粉增加了再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度,但降低了棱柱体抗压强度,对其他参数的影响呈现出不规则的波动;纤维能够显著的提高再生混凝土的变形性能,使其他各强度值出现不同程度的降低.试验也表明,经过合理设计的硅粉与纤维掺量,能够弥补再生混凝土的缺陷,使其各方面的综合性能达到最优.  相似文献

试验研究水灰比、砂率、粉煤灰替代率、硅灰掺量及废砖替代率5个因素对复掺废砖再生混凝土抗压强度的影响.结果表明:水灰比、砂率和粉煤灰替代率对复掺再生混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响都是先增大后减小;随着硅灰掺量的增加,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度依次增大;随着废砖替代率的提高,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度逐步减小;当其他组分掺量适当,废砖骨料替代率为100%时,可以配制满足C30强度要求的再生混凝土.  相似文献

为研究水泥外掺硅灰浆液强化再生骨料对再生混凝土立方体抗压强度尺寸效应 的影响,以水泥外掺硅灰浆液水胶比、再生骨料取代率和试件几何尺寸为试验参数,完成了 240个再生混凝土立方体试件的抗压试验. 结果表明:采用水胶比为1.0的水泥外掺硅灰浆液 强化处理再生骨料对再生混凝土立方体抗压强度的提升和尺寸效应的降低幅度均最大. 随着 再生骨料取代率的增加,立方体抗压强度尺寸效应呈增强趋势,100%再生骨料取代率下尺寸 效应度约为普通混凝土的1.4倍;采用水泥外掺硅灰浆液强化处理再生骨料可降低尺寸效应, 强化处理后再生混凝土立方体抗压强度尺寸效应度较未处理试件降低了约 19.2%. 建立了尺 寸效应律计算公式,可用于再生混凝土立方体抗压强度的分析计算.  相似文献

基于再生混凝土本身存在一些特性缺陷,试验设计从钢纤维体积率、再生粗骨料置换率以及混凝土的水灰比对钢纤维再生混凝土试块进行力学试验.结果表明:掺入钢纤维的再生混凝土强度值均有所增加;再生骨料置换率和水灰比与钢纤维混凝土的力学强度呈负相关;通过对再生骨料置换率影响下钢纤维再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度与抗压强度之间的关系,做出拟合曲线,并得出数据模型.  相似文献

研究了再生细骨料取代率及预湿状态对再生保温混凝土抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明:随着再生细骨料取代率的增加,再生保温混凝土的抗压强度先增后减;0%和50%预湿状态下,再生细骨料取代率为40%时,再生保温混凝土的抗压强度值最大;而100%预湿状态在取代率为20%时抗压强度最大。再生细骨料的预湿状态对混凝土的强度发展具有显著的影响,100%预湿状态下混凝土早期强度发展较快,但28 d抗压强度较小。  相似文献

通过在天然骨料中掺加部分再生骨料,配制了4组骨料(骨料组号依次为RA0,RA25,RA50和RA75,总骨料中再生骨料体积百分比依次为0%,25%,50%和75%)。首先对4组骨料的压碎指标和吸水率进行了测试,其次用4组骨料配制了4组混凝土,对混凝土进行了抗压强度和抗折强度试验。分析骨料测试数据和强度试验数据得出:天然骨料(RA0)压碎指标变异系数为0.095,吸水率变异系数为0.089,其他3组再生骨料压碎指标变异系数为0.185~0.211,吸水率变异系数为0.176~0.243,再生骨料压碎指标和吸水率的离散性相对于天然骨料明显增大,但其离散性与再生骨料掺量对应关系不明显。掺加部分再生骨料后,混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度随再生骨料体积百分比增加表现出先增大后降低,增大幅度大约为6%和5%,降低幅度大约为12%和16%,当天然骨料中再生骨料体积百分比为25%时强度最高。用天然骨料配制的混凝土,其抗压强度变异系数为0.072,抗折强度变异系数为0.106,用再生骨料配制的混凝土,其抗压强度变异系数为0.114~0.137,抗折强度变异系数为0.128~0.148,用再生骨料配制的混凝土相对于用天然骨料配制的混凝土,其抗压强度、抗折强度离散性较大,但其离散性与再生骨料掺量对应关系不明显。结果表明:在天然骨料中掺加部分再生骨料配制混凝土是可行的;掺加后对混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度有一定影响,且强度离散性相对较大。  相似文献

将废弃混凝土再利用解决环境污染问题,但加工成再生骨料制作成再生混凝土存在不少缺陷制约其推广运用。研究再生粗骨料的不同取代率情况下混凝土的工作性、力学性能和耐久性能。结果表明,在使用再生粗骨料取代部分天然粗骨料对混凝土的流动性、黏聚性和保水性影响不大,混凝土体积密度有所降低,混凝土坍落度保留值略有增加;随着取代率的提高,抗压强度和抗折强度有下降趋势;分析改进再生混凝土性能对提高混凝土质量、环境保护有利。  相似文献

为研究再生骨料级配对再生保温混凝土抗压强度及其离散性的影响规律,对四种不同再生骨料级配配制的混凝土进行抗压强度试验,并计算抗压强度标准差。以骨料级配为变量,分析了再生保温混凝土抗压强度的变化趋势。研究表明:通过人工调配可提高骨料的物理性质以及优化骨料级配。级配调整后不仅可以提高混凝土抗压强度,也可有效降低抗压强度的离散性,标准差在1~3 MPa范围内。当分别增加大粒径(9.5~19 mm)、小粒径(4.75~9.5 mm)再生粗骨料时,虽依照现行普通混凝土规范[《混凝土泵送施工技术规程》(JGJ/T10-2011)]表现为级配不良,但出现了强度分别提高27.3%和14.1%的现象。同一级配下再生保温混凝土抗压强度呈正态分布,级配调整后,再生保温混凝土抗压强度正态分布曲线均值增加。再生骨料级配调整,可为再生保温混凝土的推广应用提供一定的技术手段。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
