Self-assembled structure of alkyloxy substituted benzoic acid methyl ester on HOPG：An STM study

Self-assembled structures of 3,4,5-tris-dodecy-loxy benzoic acid methyl ester (E12), 3,4,5-tris-tetradecy-loxy-benzoic acid methyl ester (E14) and their mixture (E12/E14) have been studied on HOPG by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). Dimer-like patterns induced by dipole-dipole interaction are observed in E12 and E14 monolayers. The molecules form close-packed rows and interdigitate with the alkyl chains in adjacent molecules. The structural differences are proposed to be from the different length of substituted alkyl chains. Owing to similar adsorption energy, phase separation is observed in the E12 and E14 mixed adlayer with different domains.     

Effect of alkyl substitutions on self-assembly

The self-assemblies of 4-hexadecyloxybenzoic acid and 3,4,5-trihexadecyloxybenzoic acid have been studied by using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The well-ordered assemblies with different arrangement have been investigated. The structural change is attributed to the different number of substituted alkyl chains on periphery.     

Adlayer structure of TCNQ molecules on Cu(111): Anin situ STM study

In situ electrochemical scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) was employed to examine tetracyano- quinodimethane (TCNQ) layer adsorbed on Cu(111) electrode surface in 0.1 mol/L HClO₄ solution. The TCNQ molecules are found to form highly-ordered long range adlayer with a (4×4) symmetry. Each TCNQ molecule is adsorbed on Cu(111) surface in flat-lying orientation. The molecules are preferentially aligned with their long axes in the [121] direction. A structural model is proposed for the adlayer.     

2-羟基-4-磺酰氨基苯-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯的合成及与镉的显色反应

合成了新的三氮烯试剂--2-羟基-4-磺酰氨基苯-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯,并研究了其在Triton X-100表面活性剂存在下与镉的显色反应.在pH=11.0～12.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂与镉形成3:1型浅黄色配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于λ=535 nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.46×105L·mol-1·cm-1,ρ(Cd2 )在0～480μg/L时符合比尔定律.用拟定方法测定废水中的微量镉,结果满意.     

1-(4-硝基苯)-3-(3-甲基吡啶)三氮烯的合成及其与镉的显色反应

文章报道了新显色剂1-(4-硝基苯)-3-(3-甲基吡啶)三氮烯(NPMPDT)的合成及其与镉的显色反应。在Triton X—100的存在下,pH11.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镉发生显色反应,镉与NPMPDT形成摩尔比为4:1型的黄色配合物,在450nm处有一最大正吸收,在540nm处有一最大负吸收。以450nm为参比波长,540nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,其摩尔表观吸光系数ε=2.45×105 L.mol-1.cm-1,镉量在0~12.0μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,用其测定人发及废水中微量的镉,结果满意。     

Self-assembly of N-3-γ-pyridyl Aza[60]fulleroid on Au(111)

Self-assembled monolayers of novel C60 derivative, N-3-γ-pyridyl Aza[60]fulleroid (C60Py), on Au(111) were studied by a scanning tunneling microscope under ultrahigh vacuum (UHV). C60Py molecules were assembled on Au (111) via pyridyl nitrogen-Au interaction. The sole assembly of C60PY molecules on Au (III) only exhibited randoml aggregation of C60PY even the films were annealed at 50 and 105℃ .By co-assembling with benzyl mercaptan (BM), the C60PyBM films showed highly dense aggregation, but C60Py assemblies still had disordered structure. After the co-assembled C60Py-BM films were annealed at 50℃, BM molecules were partially desorbed, but the assembly of C60Py remained without obvious change. After the co-assembled C60Py-BM films were further annealed at 105℃, the C6oPy monolayers with ordered structure were obtained, while the BM molecules were nearly thoroughly desorbed from the surface. Here, the BM molecules play a key role as a surfactant in the formation of the ordered C6oPy monolayer.     

(+)-4-(2-甲基丁基)-4′-氰基联苯的合成

以(+)-对甲苯磺酸-2-甲基丁酯与联苯基溴化镁反应,在催化剂作用下实现手性戊基与联苯偶联,再经碘化和氰化,合成了(+)-4-(2-甲基丁基)-4′-氰基联苯(CB-15)。总收率为15%(以左旋戊醇计算)。同时,就手性戊基与联笨偶联的机理等问题作了讨论。     

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-氰基吡啶)三氮烯的合成及与镍的显色反应

合成了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-氰基吡啶)三氮烯(NPCPDT)试剂,研究了该试剂与镍的显色反应.在OP表面活性剂存在条件下,在pH=10.0~11.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂与镍发生配位反应,形成2∶1型配合物.配合物在470 nm处有一最大正吸收,在540 nm处则有一最大负吸收.以470 nm为参比波长,540 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.39×105L.mol-1.cm-1.Ni2 的浓度在0~12μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律.用拟定方法测定合金钢样品中的微量镍,得到满意的结果.
