基于多维空间分析的主权开发性金融机构国际化发展战略研究

开发性金融机构国际化是国家"走出去"战略的必然要求和组成部分,我国开发性金融机构的国际化发展尚处于初级阶段,因此积极借鉴海外同业经验具有重要意义。本文选取中国最大的对外投融资银行、国务院明确定位的开发性金融机构——国家开发银行,以及3家具有代表性的、国际化发展较为成功的海外主权开发性金融机构,就这4家机构的国际化程度进行多维空间比较,并归纳分析4家机构的国际化发展战略和实践经验,以定性与定量相结合的方法找出差异,为我国开发性金融的国际化发展战略制定提供参考,并提出政策建议。     

“一带一路”之中国对中亚五国的投资业绩与潜力比较研究

利用联合国贸发会议(UNCTAD)提出的"业绩指数"和"潜力指数"评估方法,定量比较分析了中国对丝绸之路经济带建设的核心——中亚五国的投资业绩与潜力,比较发现,对比2003~2006年,2009~2012年中国对中亚五国的投资业绩总体呈上升趋势;投资潜力虽有上升但幅度不大,且存在个别国家的综合潜力排名与构成要素排名不一致的情况;从投资业绩与潜力的交叉比较来看,除哈萨克斯坦为领先国家外,中国对其余国家的投资业绩与潜力不相匹配。     

金融部门要着力建立五大金融体系

山西省金融部门要紧紧围绕《总体方案》中提出的"打造金融创新高地"和"发展晋商金融"两大任务,加快金融体制改革和金融创新,建设与山西资源型经济转型发展相适应的现代金融服务体系。具体讲,就是着力建立"五大金融体系"。一是建立门类齐全的金融机构体系。积极吸引外资银行、证券公司、基金公司等机构到山西设立分支机构,支持地方性金融机构加快发展,逐步在全省形成机构种类健全、网点覆盖率高、资金供给     

中国民营银行风险与控制

现代的经济是以金融系统为核心和重点,而银行则在金融系统中占有主导和主体的地位。多元化的经济、所有权结构的多样性要求银行体系也应与之相配套。银行业有着自己独特的特点,具有着高风险性,是高风险行业,强化银行业的风险管理,增强银行业的风险观念,是银行业始终要具有的特质。民营银行是以民营资本控股,实行市场化进行经营的银行,对完善我国金融机构体系具有十分重要的意义。但也是这种民营股份制促使民营银行具有国有银行不存在的风险。所以风险与控制是民营银行不可忽视的内容。     

香港银行业风险审计研究及借鉴

随着金融国际化发展,银行业面临的风险种类和水平迅速增加,稳定性受到威胁,收益受到侵蚀,甚至导致生存危机,继而引发了一系列金融、经济、社会问题。因此,风险管理不仅是商业银行自身不可回避的永恒的管理主题,也是社会对商业银行经营管理的基本要求。自此银行业风险审计成为银行审计新的课题。香港受其地理、文化和金融中心等方面因素的相互影响,通过对其银行业风险管理审计的研究,可以为国内银行风险审计提供借鉴和启示。     

国民政府初期宋子文金融机构改革思想

1840年鸦片战争后,中国社会经济发生重大变革,在金融方面突出表现为新式银行的出现与银行制度的更新及重建,其中,20世纪初中国中央银行的创设与发展对中国金融现代化进程起了极大促进作用。文章立足于国民党政权筹建中央银行时的国内外金融发展形势,探讨宋子文关于金融机构改革的思想、举措与作用,以期有助于全面开展民国时期金融机构历史研究,并为当代中国金融体制改革提供历史借鉴。

利用贸易强度指数、产业内贸易指数、显示性比较优势指数以及贸易互补性指数等四个贸易相关指数分析了中国与中亚五国之间的贸易关系及贸易地位,结果表明中国与中亚五国之间当前具有较强的合作强度,但也存在地区间的不均衡,中国与哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦产业间贸易较为频繁;在国际市场竞争中,中国的主要优势集中于制成品和机械运输行业,而中亚五国得益于独特的资源禀赋,在化学、资源等领域的优势较为明显,随着中国与中亚五国贸易互补性的加深,在未来的经济合作与发展中,优势互补,充分发挥产业分工的功能,寻找新的合作方式与合作领域,促进共同发展。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
