对比MRI和CT对纵膈型肺癌患者的影像学检查表现与诊断结果,评价MRI与CT在纵膈型肺癌诊断中的临床价值。回顾性分析2014年10月~2015年9月期间我院收治的纵膈型肺癌患者65例相关资料,分别进行CT、MRI扫查,对比两种影像学检查的表现与结果。CT与MRI扫查在纵膈型肺癌诊断的灵敏度、准确率基本相当,差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05);CT扫查下,纵膈型肺癌病灶表现为肺门结节状变,癌肿边缘不规则,外缘或为毛刺状或分叶状,纵膈淋巴结肿大。MRI上的影像学表现与CT基本一致,还观察到病灶侵犯胸壁、胸膜、胸椎。CT与MRI均可对纵膈型肺癌进行明确诊断,尽管CT下有特殊的影像学表现,但不能作为绝对诊断,且CT存在辐射剂量问题。而MRI可显示癌灶侵犯组织程度、淋巴结转移等,安全可靠。建议临床医生考虑患者需求、自身条件等因素选择合适的诊断方式。  相似文献

比较、分析X线摄影(DR)、CT和磁共振成像(MRI)对原发性良、恶性骨肿瘤的诊断价值。选取2016年10月-2019年12月收治的50例骨肿瘤患者为研究对象,50例患者均进行DR、CT和MRI检查,并以病理活检为金标准,比较三种检查的诊断结果。经病理活检证实,50例患者中,原发性良性骨肿瘤有29例,原发性恶性骨肿瘤有21例。原发性恶性骨肿瘤方面,DR的检出率为66.67%,CT检出率为80.95%,MRI检出率为85.71%,三组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);原发性良性骨肿瘤方面,DR的检出率为34.48%,CT检出率为72.41%,MRI检出率为82.76%,CT与MRI明显高于DR(P0.05),而CT与MRI比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。DR、CT和MRI在原发性恶性骨肿瘤诊断中具有着良好的效果,但CT和MRI诊断原发性良性骨肿瘤的效果优于DR。  相似文献

探讨临床在妇科盆腔肿瘤诊断中采取CT与MRI联合诊断的价值分析。选取本院收治的108例疑似妇科盆腔肿瘤患者,依据临床诊断方法的不同随机分组,CT组36例患者行单纯CT检查,MRI组36例患者行单纯MRI检查,CT联合MRI组36例采取CT联合MRI检查,统计3组影像学检查结果,统计完成后将上述结果与实际病理检查结果进行分析。结果:CT联合MRI组子宫肌瘤检出率明显高于CT组(P0.05),CT联合MRI组总检出率明显高于CT组、MRI组(P0.05)。联合CT与MRI进行妇科盆腔肿瘤诊断,对获得更加确切的诊断结果方面产生十分有利的影响。  相似文献

目的探讨64层螺旋CT扫描与MRI扫描在胆管细胞癌中的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析34例胆管细胞癌患者的临床资料,均行64层螺旋CT平扫、动态增强扫描与MRI平扫及动态增强扫描,分析两种检测手段在胆管细胞癌中的诊断效果.结果 34例胆管细胞癌患者肿块型发生率明显高于腔内生长型、浸润狭窄型、不明确型,64层螺旋CT扫描的图像质量(Ⅰ级29例、Ⅱ级5例、Ⅲ级0例)明显好于MRI扫描(Ⅰ级16例、Ⅱ级14例、Ⅲ级4例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).形状不规则肿块型发生率高于圆形与类圆形肿块型发生率,结节状腔内生长型发生率高于菜花状腔内生长型发生率,片状浸润狭窄型发生率高于星芒状浸润狭窄型发生率,64层螺旋CT扫描的定位准确率和定性准确率均高于MRI扫描,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 64层螺旋CT扫描与MRI扫描均是胆管细胞癌的有效诊断方法,64层螺旋CT扫描的图像更为清晰,准确性更高.  相似文献

目的:探讨CT磨玻璃密度影(ground glass opacity, GGO)特征对新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19)不同阶段的诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析襄阳市中心医院的102例COVID-19确诊患者和49例疑似患者的影像资料,比较GGO影像特征在症状发生3 d内与3 d后的诊断价值.结果:当症状出现到首次CT间隔≤3 d时,与疑似患者比较,COVID-19患者的GGO常见累及双肺、多叶,位于胸膜下、长径与胸膜平行,边缘模糊,单纯磨玻璃密度或部分实变,合并小叶内间隔增厚以及沿支气管血管束等特性,两者具有统计学差异(P0.05);而GGO是否融合两者差别无统计学意义(P=0.731).当症状出现至首次CT间隔3 d时,单纯磨玻璃密度或部分实变、小叶内间隔的增厚以及沿支气管血管束分布仍是诊断COVID-19的主要CT特征(P0.01),而其他的GGO特性对于区分COVID-19患者与疑似患者则无统计学意义(P0.05).结论:肺部CT单纯磨玻璃密度或部分实变、合并小叶内间隔增厚以及沿支气管血管束分布的GGO特征对不同阶段的COVID-19患者具有非常可靠、稳定的诊断价值.  相似文献

探讨研究CT与MRI技术在临床鼻咽癌患者诊断中应用的效果。选取60例鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,根据入院单双号随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者采用CT技术进行诊断,实验组患者采用MRI进行诊断。对比观察两组患者的鼻咽部影像学诊断结果以及颅底部位影像学诊断结果。实验组患者鼻咽部位的检出率76.67%显著高于对照组的43.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组患者颅底部位的检出率66.67%显著高于对照组的30.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。与CT技术相比,MRI在鼻咽部和颅底部位的影像学检查效果更加突出,利于鼻咽癌的诊断,能够更加明确的了解到鼻咽癌的病症原发灶,便于对鼻咽癌患者的及早诊断和及早治疗,值得进一步推广其运用。  相似文献

目的:探讨核磁共振影像(MRI)对儿童先天性子宫发育异常的诊断价值.方法:对20例先天性子宫发育异常的患儿行MRI检查,并与临床手术结果相对照,分析MRI影像诊断价值.结果:MRI检查结果诊断双子宫畸形5例(25%),双子宫合并双阴道畸形3例(15%),无子宫3例(15%),无子宫合并无阴道畸形6例(30%);残角子宫2例(10%);两性畸形1例(5%)与临床诊断完全符合.结论:MRI可清晰显示儿童先天性子宫发育异常的类型,对于确定病变累及范围及是否合并其它畸形具有明显优势,是一种实用价值很高的无创性检查方法.  相似文献

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描及后处理三维重建在胃肠道疾病方面的诊断价值.方法:收集65例经手术或内窥镜活检证实胃肠道疾病的MSCT三维重建并与大体病理解剖对照;所有病例均运用16层MSCT进行螺旋扫描,扫描后运用后处理图像技术多平面重建(MPR)、CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)、透明显示(Raysum)三维重建.结果:65例中后处理重建技术诊断准确39例;对病变大小、形态、癌肿向周围侵犯的程度、肿瘤灶周血供等情况清楚显示.结论:MSCT结合后处理三维重建技术在胃肠道疾病诊断方面具有一定的优势,尤其是胃肠道肿瘤的定位、病变累及的范围等具有较高的诊断价值.  相似文献

目的:探讨肾细胞癌(rerral cell carcinoma,RCC)中细胞周期素依赖激酶抑制蛋白p27kipl(p27)与多层螺旋CT(Multi-slice CT,MSCT)部分征象间的关系.方法:观察CT图象上肿瘤大小,有无坏死、液化、囊变,强化峰值,肿瘤边界,有无肾周脂肪浸润、淋巴结肿大,静脉侵犯,邻近器官侵犯或/和远处转移等,进一步分析肾细胞癌中p27表达与MSCT征象关系.结果:54例RCC组织中p27阳性表达率与部分MSCT征象有关(P<0.05).结论:RCC的部分MSCT征象与p27的表达有关,提示RCC的部分MSCT征象可间接反映肾细胞癌的生物学行为.  相似文献

目的:探讨核磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)在早产儿脑损伤及脑发育中的临床诊断价值及影响早产儿脑损伤的危险因素.方法:选取44例早产儿,在纠正胎龄40周进行头颅MRI检查,并进行大脑发育成熟度的MRI评分.在纠正胎龄3月时行盖泽尔(GESELL)智能发育检测,同时结合临床危险因素分析.结果:1纠正胎龄40周MRI结果发现早产儿有脑损伤27例,足月儿未发现脑损伤.2早产儿脑损伤组、早产儿无脑损伤组及对照组大脑发育成熟度评分通过方差分析三组平均值比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05).3大脑发育成熟度的MRI评分各项评分点比较,早产儿脑损伤组与早产儿无脑损伤组在大脑卷曲程度、髓鞘化程度和胶质细胞迁移带方面得分有统计学差异(P0.05),胚胎基质残余方面得分无统计学差异(P0.05).4神经发育落后组、神经发育正常组与神经发育聪明组的大脑发育成熟度的MRI评分三组间比较有统计学意义(P0.05).5Logistic多元逐步回归法分析,产前因素及产后因素中机械通气、脐带异常、生后1分钟Apgar评分低、分娩方式是早产儿发生脑损伤的高危险因素(P0.05).结论:MRI是评价新生儿脑损伤的有效手段,大脑发育成熟度的MRI评分对预测早产儿远期神经发育有重要意义.早产儿脑损伤是多种因素相互作用的结果,机械通气、脐带异常、窒息与早产儿脑损伤有密切关系.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
