计算焊接力学

本书重点介绍了计算焊接力学的计算原理和实践应用，目的是扩展计算焊接力学在焊接温度、应力和应变与焊接微观组织生长的分析能力。由于焊接的过程过于复杂，难以编码计算。为了提高对焊接的分析计算能力，经过20年的不懈努力，人们不仅发展了新的计算方法，还开发了新的工程计算软件，用来自动初始化焊接条件、边界条件、划分网格以及阶段时间处理。     

用于汽车部件制造的焊接质量数据库

以桑塔的轿车主要部件－前悬架焊接总成的生产和管理为背景，开发了用于焊接生产和质量管理的数据库。利用统计过程控制和知识推理方法，对该焊接产品的质量进行了有效的分析与监控，成为实现焊接生产过程“零缺陷”质量管理目标的一个重要手段。     

基于知识库的焊接工艺设计专家系统

从焊接工艺设计的特点出发，按照焊接工艺知识的复杂性和多样性，以不同的知识表示方式为基础开发焊接工艺设计专家系统。通过对焊接工艺知识的归纳总结，系统将焊接工艺知识按其特点分为5类，并针对不同类知识分剐以不同的知识表示方式来表示；应用专家系统的设计原理，根据用户输入的已知事实，采用盲目搜索、特殊优先等交替使用的搜索策略，自动搜索和生成焊接工艺文件。系统可视化的图形用户界面极大地方便了用户对知识库的各项操作和维护。     

通用型焊接板材CAPP开发环境的研究

介绍CAPP系统的开发及原理，以集成环境下支座类、箱体类等焊接零件CAPP系统的开发为例，重点讨论焊接类零件CAPP系统在集成环境下的开发及实践问题。     

新型节能高效不锈钢冲压焊接管道泵的设计研究

提出一种新型节能高效不锈钢冲压焊接管道泵的设计开发。该泵是一种过流部件全部为冲压焊接成型的管道式单级离心泵，即冲压焊接成型的管道泵。它应用三元流原理、低比转数冲压焊接离心泵粘性设计方法以及刀型叶轮技术等设计开发并设计相应的模具结构。结果表明其性能优良，值得推广。     

弧焊过程电信号分析系统的研究

弧焊过程电信号分析系统是研制高质量焊接电源设备的一种重要测试技术手段，本文基于Windows环境、调整数据采集卡PCL1800和工控机通用平台，采用VisualC＋＋0开发出高速侈功能弧焊电信号测试分析软件，该系统能精确测定焊接过程的弧焊电压和焊接电流波形，并提出焊接过程动特性的特征信息，从而为高性能焊机的研制和焊接工艺参数的优化提供了一个强有力的工具。     

双金属爆炸焊接窗口计算机仿真

文章根据爆炸焊接窗口理论及实验分析，开发了“爆炸焊接窗口仿真系统(EWW1.0)”，通过该系统可以实现各种双金属爆炸焊接窗口曲线的计算机仿真．在双金属爆炸焊接实际工程中，应用该软件对于确定合理的工艺参数具有很好地指导意义．     

新型机器人控制器在焊接系统中的应用

为了实现焊接机器人焊接功能产权化,采用了一种新型机器人控制器--KeMotion机器人控制器,在此基础上实现了机器人在控制器平台上的焊接功能集成应用,包括焊接系统的控制总线结构、硬件构成以及应用指令模式,实现一种基于新型控制器平台的工业焊接机器人焊接系统方案。在此平台上实现了机器人焊接功能开发,并通过实际焊接作业过程验证了焊接功能开发方案的有效性以及系统的可行性,满足焊接工艺要求。     

高黏结相硬质合金与因瓦合金焊接组织性能

为了提高硬质合金与因瓦合金的焊接性能,开发了一种新型因瓦合金的焊接工艺,利用钨极氩弧焊接方法获得因瓦合金在无填充及不开坡口条件下的焊接接头,利用光镜、扫描电子显微镜观察焊接接头界面的组织形貌,并分析了焊接接头的硬度分布.结果表明:利用开发的焊接工艺,能够实现因瓦合金焊接接头的冶金结合;焊接接头硬度为16.3~72.6HRC,且过渡平滑.     

谈金属焊接雕塑艺术创作

哈尔滨是中国的焊接名城,哈尔滨焊接研究所与俄罗斯巴顿焊接研究所就金属焊接艺术品的开发研究做了大量的探索。笔者有幸参加了《金属焊接艺术产品设计与开发》课题组,在几年的研究探索过程中摸索了一些有关金属焊接艺术的独到特点,在这里着重探讨金属焊接雕塑艺术的创作方法。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
