以中铝贵州分公司生产的拜耳法赤泥、烧结法赤泥和灰渣为对象,对拜尔法∶烧结法=1∶1和拜尔法∶烧结法∶灰渣=50∶50∶15两种配比混合赤泥进行了击实试验。以击实试验所得的最优含水量和最大干密度为依据制作试验样品,研究了掺灰渣与不掺灰渣两种配比混合赤泥在90%和95%两种压实度情况下、最优含水量和浸水饱和两种状态时的抗剪性能和压缩性。研究得出:1添加灰渣混合赤泥滤饼的最大干密度较未加灰渣的略大,最优含水量略小;2添加灰渣可提高最优含水量状态混合赤泥的抗剪强度,但添加灰渣的混合赤泥浸水饱和后的抗剪强度较未添加灰渣时降低;3添加灰渣的混合赤泥的压缩模量较未加灰渣的高得多,并且提高压实度能显著提高掺灰渣混合赤泥的压缩模量,而对未加灰渣的混合赤泥,在压实度提高时,压缩模量增加并不显著;4添加灰渣可改善混合赤泥的抗剪性能和压缩性能,但宜在最优含水量状态下工作,并建议添加灰渣混合赤泥用于筑坝时应做好防渗措施。  相似文献

赤潮是近海常见的重要灾害之一,为了建立对赤潮生物的有效监测方法,本文提出了一种基于LabVIEW语言的海洋赤潮生物荧光实时采集系统.该系统通过光电倍增管将赤潮生物受激光激发出的荧光信号获取并转换为电流信号,通过信号调理电路及基于LabVIEW编程的数据采集卡将电压信号读入计算机处理并分析.实验结果表明,该系统可以实时有效地捕获海水样品中赤潮生物的荧光信号。为检测和计算海洋赤潮生物及其浓度提供了一种有效的辅助检测途径,有助于预测海洋赤潮爆发.  相似文献

Previous studies support a model in which the physiological O2 gradient is transduced by haemoglobin into the coordinate release from red blood cells of O2 and nitric oxide (NO)-derived vasoactivity to optimize oxygen delivery in the arterial periphery. But whereas both O2 and NO diffuse into red blood cells, only O2 can diffuse out. Thus, for the dilation of blood vessels by red blood cells, there must be a mechanism to export NO-related vasoactivity, and current models of NO-mediated intercellular communication should be revised. Here we show that in human erythrocytes haemoglobin-derived S-nitrosothiol (SNO), generated from imported NO, is associated predominantly with the red blood cell membrane, and principally with cysteine residues in the haemoglobin-binding cytoplasmic domain of the anion exchanger AE1. Interaction with AE1 promotes the deoxygenated structure in SNO-haemoglobin, which subserves NO group transfer to the membrane. Furthermore, we show that vasodilatory activity is released from this membrane precinct by deoxygenation. Thus, the oxygen-regulated cellular mechanism that couples the synthesis and export of haemoglobin-derived NO bioactivity operates, at least in part, through formation of AE1-SNO at the membrane-cytosol interface.  相似文献

The shirt colour worn by sportsmen can affect the behaviour of the competitors, but Hill and Barton show that it may also influence the outcome of contests. By analysing the results of men's combat sports from the Athens 2004 Olympics, they found that more matches were won by fighters wearing red outfits than by those wearing blue; they suggest that red might confer success because it is a sign of dominance in many animal species and could signal aggression in human contests. Here we use another data set from the 2004 Olympics to show that similar winning biases occur in contests in which neither contestant wears red, indicating that a different mechanism may be responsible for these effects.  相似文献

《甄娠传》对《红楼梦》的戏仿在《甄娠传》里诸多地方能够找到痕迹,其中最主表现在三个方面:首先是人名与情节或者性格的暗合,其次是叙述与话语的模仿,最后是人生哲理的相似。《甄娠传》对《红楼梦》的戏仿可以说只是一种写作技术层面的借鉴,《甄嫒传》之文学艺术成就虽远不能跟《红楼梦》相提并论,但她精致典雅之语言、独具匠心之情节、沉伟岸之哲理在后宫(或说“宫斗”)题材小说的苑囿里的确独树一帜、鹤立鸡群,这是我们必须肯定和承认的地方。  相似文献

以标准红砂岩方形试样为研究对象,运用自行研制开发的软弱煤岩剪切蠕变试验设备和煤岩细观力学特性测控软件、超声波检测设备,对红砂岩限制性剪切、限制性剪切蠕变过程的破坏过程、破坏模式、渐变特性进行了分析。结果表明:红砂岩试样在限制性剪切、限制性剪切蠕变条件下表现出明显的渐变破坏特性;大部分试验过程中试样内部的超声波速减小幅度较小,仅在临近破坏处有明显减小;红砂岩限制性剪切蠕变破坏发育过程表现为先形成主控破裂面,又在其附近区域形成丰富微裂隙,并发育、相互贯通,最后克服剪切面摩擦力并发生突发式破坏,且伴有较大断裂声;其破坏模式发育过程呈渐进式,破坏模式呈突发式;建立了一种可以表征红砂岩剪切蠕变渐进式破坏发育过程的本构模型。  相似文献

A paleosol dated for about 500–700 kaBP and developed on a glacial deposit at ~3 000 m a.s.l. in the Yulong Mountains is studied using soil chemical, morphological and mineralogical methods. The analytical results indicate that this soil was formed under tropical and humid conditions and can be classified as red soil, which cannot be formed in the present alpine environment at the studied site. This implies that the southeast margin of the Tibetan Plateau has experienced intense uplift since the formation of the paleosol. According to the necessary conditions for the formation of the modern red soil in China, we estimate that the uplift height of the Plateau since 500–700 kaBP would have exceeded 800 m.  相似文献

为重新全面认识骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS).对12例MDS患者的临床和实验室资料进行分析.MDS患者外周血象中两系或三系减少,血象中有明显形态异常,骨髓像中必有两系或三系病态造血,特别是见到:中性粒细胞颗粒减少、PeLger-Huet异常、多核红细胞、巨大红细胞、微巨核细胞、巨血小板更具有诊断意义,有力证实了骨髓增生异常是MDS的病理特征.  相似文献

Silicate dust in the interstellar medium is observed to be amorphous, yet silicate dust in comets and interplanetary dust particles is sometimes partially crystalline. The dust in disks that are thought to be forming planets around some young stars also appears to be partially crystalline. These observations suggest that as the dust goes from the precursor clouds to a planetary system, it must undergo some processing, but the nature and extent of this processing remain unknown. Here we report observations of highly crystalline silicate dust in the disks surrounding binary red-giant stars. The dust was created in amorphous form in the outer atmospheres of the red giants, and therefore must be processed in the disks to become crystalline. The temperatures in these disks are too low for the grains to anneal; therefore, some low-temperature process must be responsible. As the physical properties of the disks around young stars and red giants are similar, our results suggest that low-temperature crystallization of silicate grains also can occur in protoplanetary systems.  相似文献

When the core hydrogen is exhausted during stellar evolution, the central region of a star contracts and the outer envelope expands and cools, giving rise to a red giant. Convection takes place over much of the star's radius. Conservation of angular momentum requires that the cores of these stars rotate faster than their envelopes; indirect evidence supports this. Information about the angular-momentum distribution is inaccessible to direct observations, but it can be extracted from the effect of rotation on oscillation modes that probe the stellar interior. Here we report an increasing rotation rate from the surface of the star to the stellar core in the interiors of red giants, obtained using the rotational frequency splitting of recently detected 'mixed modes'. By comparison with theoretical stellar models, we conclude that the core must rotate at least ten times faster than the surface. This observational result confirms the theoretical prediction of a steep gradient in the rotation profile towards the deep stellar interior.  相似文献

针对赤潮检测方法的及时性和普适性较差的问题,选取美国国家航空航天局(NASA)对地观测系统(EOS)所获取的多景MODIS遥感图像,经过光谱分析和特征选择获得所需数据集,采用数据挖掘技术训练赤潮检测的决策树分类模型,抽取赤潮分类规则。通过对2004年5到6月份一次赤潮爆发周期内获取的8景MODIS遥感影像的赤潮检测,验证了利用挖掘出的分类规则对渤海黄河入海口及邻近海域所发生的赤潮进行检测可取得较满意的结果。  相似文献

Many sub-stellar companions (usually planets but also some brown dwarfs) orbit solar-type stars. These stars can engulf their sub-stellar companions when they become red giants. This interaction may explain several outstanding problems in astrophysics but it is unclear under what conditions a low mass companion will evaporate, survive the interaction unchanged or gain mass. Observational tests of models for this interaction have been hampered by a lack of positively identified remnants-that is, white dwarf stars with close, sub-stellar companions. The companion to the pre-white dwarf AA Doradus may be a brown dwarf, but the uncertain history of this star and the extreme luminosity difference between the components make it difficult to interpret the observations or to put strong constraints on the models. The magnetic white dwarf SDSS J121209.31 + 013627.7 may have a close brown dwarf companion but little is known about this binary at present. Here we report the discovery of a brown dwarf in a short period orbit around a white dwarf. The properties of both stars in this binary can be directly observed and show that the brown dwarf was engulfed by a red giant but that this had little effect on it.  相似文献

学界已就红色资源的概念、内涵、特征与价值等问题进行了深入研究,但关于红色资源的研究还仍存在诸多不足。对红色资源的研究,应首先从资源学的角度,厘清红色资源在资源学体系中的定位,并从资源学的角度探讨分析红色资源的属性、特征以及作为与自然资源并立的独特人文资源的特性。在此基础上,以红色资源观、红色资源形态论、红色资源价值论、红色资源开发利用论、红色资源保护与培植论、红色资源与区域社会发展论等理论论题,支撑构建具有中国特色的红色资源学。这既是传承红色精神、红色文化的需要,也是创新社会主义先进文化、推进社会主义和谐社会建设的必要基础。  相似文献

以中性红为探针,用吸附伏安法测定了新型阳离子表面活性剂3-对壬基酚基-2-羟丙基三甲基溴化铵(NPB)的临界胶束浓度,该法的基本原理基于表面活性剂溶液中的痕量中性红能被悬汞电极吸附,由于中性红溶解在胶束中的浓度远大于水中,吸附伏安峰电流在表面活性剂临界胶束浓度形成时有一个明显的转变点,该转变点即为表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度。  相似文献

To obtain the maximum luminous efficiency from an organic material, it is necessary to harness both the spin-symmetric and anti-symmetric molecular excitations (bound electron-hole pairs, or excitons) that result from electrical pumping. This is possible if the material is phosphorescent, and high efficiencies have been observed in phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices. However, phosphorescence in organic molecules is rare at room temperature. The alternative radiative process of fluorescence is more common, but it is approximately 75% less efficient, due to the requirement of spin-symmetry conservation. Here, we demonstrate that this deficiency can be overcome by using a phosphorescent sensitizer to excite a fluorescent dye. The mechanism for energetic coupling between phosphorescent and fluorescent molecular species is a long-range, non-radiative energy transfer: the internal efficiency of fluorescence can be as high as 100%. As an example, we use this approach to nearly quadruple the efficiency of a fluorescent red organic light-emitting device.  相似文献
