采用锂辉石代替部分长石,显著降低了釉的高温粘度,提高了锆乳浊釉的釉面光洁度和耐磨性能。同时用CaO、UgO、ZnO、BaO等完全取代了普通釉料中的K20,NazO,在保留了碱金属氧化物的强助熔作用的同时,提高了釉面硬度、增加了釉面耐磨性和化学稳定性。在配方设计中通过优化配比,制备了可在1180℃~1200℃烧成的光泽度良好的耐磨锆乳浊釉。并采用XRD,SEM等现代测试手段对实验釉进行了分析。提出了含Li2O、CaO、MgO、ZnO、BaO锆乳浊的耐磨机理。  相似文献

2008年1月10日,在我校召开上海市教委科技发展基金项目《中高档铸铁浴缸搪瓷釉研究》结题会,结题会由学校科学技术处主持,项目负责人钱蕙春高级工程师代表项目组作项目研究报告。项目研究中高档铸铁浴缸搪瓷釉集成采用多种碱金属和碱土金属氧化物,产生“双碱和多碱效应”,引入乳浊剂,产生“乳浊效应”,磨加物引入纳米二氧化硅等新方法,解决了铸铁浴缸搪瓷耐酸差、易污染等难题,使釉层减薄,降低材料消耗,搪瓷釉性能通过美国上海科勒有限公司工业化试验。结题专家组听取了项目研究报告和认真审阅有关结题材料后,一致同意通过结题。《中高档铸铁浴缸搪瓷釉研究》项目通过市教委结题  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
