Na2O-K2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统熔析乳浊釉的研究

采用正交试验法,对传统的Na2O-K2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统釉进行了较全面系统的研究,找到了影响该系统乳浊釉乳浊的主次因素,获得了性能良好的乳浊釉及其较优乳浊釉配方.借助XRD分析,研究了该系统乳浊釉的乳浊机理.

介绍了卫生瓷锆乳浊釉的主要原料组成、配方设计及工艺参数。利用XRD、TEM、高温显微镜等测试手段 ,初步研究了骨灰对卫生瓷乳浊釉工艺性能的影响以及骨灰乳浊釉的乳浊机理。

初步研究了锡、锆乳浊釉在珐琅生产中的应用可行性,并确定了最佳配方.讨论了釉的膨胀系数和坯釉适应性,表面张力和釉层表面收缩性的关系;分析了乳浊程序与铜绿现象的关系.实验结果表明:锡、锆乳浊釉可以代替传统的砷、铅乳浊釉,且产品釉面无裂纹,针孔少,平整度好.

二氧化钛在乳浊釉中的应用

以二氧化钛作为乳浊剂，部分或全部锆英石，可明显提高产品釉的产量。本文简述了二氧化钛在釉中的乳浊机理及二氧化钛熔块乳浊釉的试验情况。     

一种多次分相乳浊釉及其乳浊机理

研制了一种具有相当遮盖力和白度的新型分相乳浊釉，其主要成分为ＳｉＯ２，Ｂ２Ｏ３，Ａｌ２Ｏ３，ＣａＯ，ＭｇＯ，ＺｎＯ，Ｋ２Ｏ和Ｎａ２Ｏ通过电子显微镜观察，证实这种釉是分相乳浊釉，引用玻璃分相理论进行分析，探讨其产生分相现象的原因和其光学乳浊原理。     

含锂锆乳浊釉的耐磨性能研究

采用锂辉石代替部分长石，显著降低了釉的高温粘度，提高了锆乳浊釉的釉面光洁度和耐磨性能。同时用CaO、UgO、ZnO、BaO等完全取代了普通釉料中的K20，NazO，在保留了碱金属氧化物的强助熔作用的同时，提高了釉面硬度、增加了釉面耐磨性和化学稳定性。在配方设计中通过优化配比，制备了可在1180℃～1200℃烧成的光泽度良好的耐磨锆乳浊釉。并采用XRD，SEM等现代测试手段对实验釉进行了分析。提出了含Li2O、CaO、MgO、ZnO、BaO锆乳浊的耐磨机理。     

分相对熔析乳浊的影响

研究了玻璃分相现象对成熟温度为１０８０℃的锆英石乳浊釉乳浊性能的影响。试验结果表明，玻璃分相促进了直径小于１μ的针状锆英石晶体的形成，提高了釉的白度。     

《中高档铸铁浴缸搪瓷釉研究》项目通过市教委结题

2008年1月10日,在我校召开上海市教委科技发展基金项目《中高档铸铁浴缸搪瓷釉研究》结题会,结题会由学校科学技术处主持,项目负责人钱蕙春高级工程师代表项目组作项目研究报告。项目研究中高档铸铁浴缸搪瓷釉集成采用多种碱金属和碱土金属氧化物,产生“双碱和多碱效应”,引入乳浊剂,产生“乳浊效应”,磨加物引入纳米二氧化硅等新方法,解决了铸铁浴缸搪瓷耐酸差、易污染等难题,使釉层减薄,降低材料消耗,搪瓷釉性能通过美国上海科勒有限公司工业化试验。结题专家组听取了项目研究报告和认真审阅有关结题材料后,一致同意通过结题。《中高档铸铁浴缸搪瓷釉研究》项目通过市教委结题     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
