研究了聚磺基水杨酸修饰玻碳电极的制备及多巴胺在此修饰电极上的电化学行为.在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺在修饰电极上呈现两个还原峰和两个氧化峰.其峰电位随着pH的增加而负移.多巴胺的氧化峰电流与其浓度分段呈线性关系:在3×10-7~9×10-6mol/L浓度范围内,其回归方程为ipa (10μA) = 0.23548 0.30552c(mol/L),相关系数r=0.9930;在10-5-10-4mol/L浓度范围内,其回归方程为ipa(10μA) =2.35604 0.0685c (mol/L), 相关系数r=0.9913.检出限为3.0×10-7mol/L.实验结果表明:该修饰电极能有效消除抗坏血酸的干扰,用于注射液中多巴胺的检测,其回收率在97.7%-101.6%范围内.  相似文献

采用电化学方法制备了纳米氢氧化镍/过氧化聚吡咯复合膜修饰电极(Nano-Ni(OH)2/PPyox),研究了该修饰电极的电化学性质及其电催化活性.结果表明:在0.10 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液中,该修饰电极对葡萄糖具有较强的电催化活性,且具有良好的抗干扰性.在优化实验条件下,安培法检测葡萄糖的线性范围为2.0×10-7 ~5.0×10-5 mol·L-1(r =0.999 7)和5.0×10-5~1.0×10-3 mol·L-1(r=0.999 4),灵敏度分别为1017 μA·mM-1 ·cm-2和733 μA·mM-1·cm-2.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法直接制备了石墨烯修饰玻碳电极并对其进行了表征,研究了亚硝酸根在石墨烯修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为.研究结果表明:石墨烯修饰电极对亚硝酸根的氧化有良好的电催化活性,在0.10 mol·L-1PBS缓冲液(pH值为7.0)中动态安培法检测亚硝酸根的线性范围为2.69×10-6~8.13×10-4 mol·L-1和8.13×10-4~8.56×10-3 mol·L-1,灵敏度分别为42.68和10.91 μA·(mmol·L-1)-1,检出限为8.68×10-7mol·L-1(3sb).利用该方法测定了土壤样中亚硝酸根的含量,结果令人满意.  相似文献

采用电化学沉积法在酸性溶液中制备核固红(NFR)修饰玻碳电极,循环伏安法研究核固红膜的电化学性质,核固红膜在PBS(pH=2.45)中,Epa=-0.31V,Epc=-0.36V;当扫描速度v<200mV·s-1时,核固红膜峰电流与v呈线性关系,且Ipa/Ipc≈1,符合可逆过程的特征.核固红修饰电极对抗坏血酸(AA)、多巴胺(DA)和尿酸(UA)具有显著的电催化作用, 差分脉冲伏安结果表明,AA、DA和UA浓度分别在6.5×10-5~2×10-3mol·L-1,5×10-7~2×10-5mol·L-1和6×10-5~1×10-3mol·L-1范围内其氧化峰电流与各自的浓度呈线性关系,而且AA、DA和UA混合物在核固红修饰电极表现出良好的分离伏安峰,可实现对三种物质的同时测定.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法制备了氢氧化铜/过氧化聚吡咯膜修饰电极(Cu(OH)2/PPyox/CCE),并对其进行了表征。研究了该修饰电极对Glu的电催化氧化活性。结果表明,该修饰电极对Glu的氧化具有良好的电催化活性。在优化条件下,安培法检测Glu的线性范围为2.0×10-7~1.2×10-3mol.L-1,灵敏度最高为2500.0μA.mmol-1.cm-2,检出限(3Sb)为1.0×10-7mol.L-1,加标回收率为96.5%~100.6%。该方法已用于血清中葡萄糖含量的测定。  相似文献

建立循环伏安法测定肾上腺素的新方法.制备聚L-丝氨酸修饰的化学修饰电极,用其测定了肾上腺素.结果表明,在pH5.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,扫描速率为140mV/s,循环扫描电位在0~0.6V时,肾上腺素在聚L-丝氨酸修饰玻碳电极上出现一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电位为:Epa=0.364V,Epc=0.311V,ΔE=0.53V;测定肾上腺素的线性范围为5.0×10-7~2.0×10-4mol.L-1,方法检出限1.0×10-8mol.L-1.该方法简单、快速、灵敏、电极稳定性好,用于针剂中肾上腺素的测定,取得满意的结果.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法制备了聚L-组氨酸/石墨烯复合膜修饰电极(poly-(L-His)/ERGO/GCE),研究了抗坏血酸(AA)、多巴胺(DA)和尿酸(UA)在该修饰电极上的电化学性质.研究结果表明:AA、DA和UA在该修饰电极上具有良好的电化学响应,且这3种物质的氧化峰能完全分离.据此建立了在大量AA存在下同时测定DA和UA的新方法,微分脉冲伏安法测定DA和UA的线性范围分别为3.0×10-7~3.0×10-5 mol·L-1和5.0×10-7~3.0×10-5 mol·L-1,检出限分别为3.0×10-7和5.0×10-7 mol·L-1.  相似文献

通过在水溶液中直接电聚合的方法制备了聚天冬氨酸修饰玻碳电极.在pH为4.5,0.1 mol.L-1HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,修饰电极对阿魏酸表现出良好的吸附能力,显著地提高了阿魏酸的电信号强度.探讨了聚天冬氨酸修饰玻碳电极的作用机理,建立了阿魏酸的快速检测方法.在浓度为9.1×10-7~3.0×10-3mol.L-1范围内,阿魏酸的微分脉冲氧化峰电流与其浓度呈线性关系,检出限为3.1×10-7mol.L-1.此方法用于中成药逍遥丸中痕量阿魏酸的检测,回收率为97.9%~102.2%.  相似文献

运用循环伏安法(CV)、线性扫描伏安法(LSV)等方法研究了维生素B2在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种直接测定维生素B2的电化学分析方法.与裸玻碳电极相比,多壁碳纳米管修饰电极显示出很好的催化作用,维生素B2在修饰电极上得到一对灵敏的氧化还原峰(Epa=-0.222 V,Epc=-0.317 V),且氧化还原峰电流显著增强.在优化实验条件下,还原峰电流与维生素B2浓度在3.0×10-6~2.0×10-5 mol·L-1有良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-6 mol·L-1.对1.0×10-5 mol·L-1维生素B2溶液平行测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.2%.用此方法测定了维生素B2片中维生素B2的含量,结果满意.  相似文献

文章利用电聚合法制备出银/乙二胺修饰电极,并研究H2O2在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,并考察实验条件的影响.实验结果表明:在pH6.7的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,银/乙二胺修饰电极对H2O2具有良好催化还原作用,H2O2在修饰电极上产生一对较好的氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=0.344 V,Epc=-0.215 V.线性范围为2.0×10-5~8.0×10-4 mol.L-1,检出限为1.0×10-6 mol.L-1.用于样品中H2O2的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
