采用离心压气机计算机辅助集成设计系统,设计了两个不同子午形面和叶片角的离心压气机叶轮.对这两个离心压气机叶轮内部流场进行了三维粘性计算,给出了计算结果.计算结果表明,在一定范围内,降低叶片轮缘-轮毂方向的负荷可以提高叶轮效率,后加载方式可以改善离心压气机叶轮性能.叶轮进口尺寸相同的情况下,子午形面和叶片角的变化对叶片负荷分布有较大影响.  相似文献

基于Vista CCD离心压气机设计和气动性能分析软件,设计了一型增压比达到8的高增压比离心压气机,并利用叶轮分析工具对该压气机的叶轮的气动性能进行了验算。计算结果表明:该型离心叶轮设计点的工况基本接近设计的预期值,但由于叶轮结构和高负荷带来的叶轮壅塞条件下气流参数分布的复杂性,叶轮的流量大于设计流量,由此验证了该软件良好的初级设计效果。叶轮工作流场的数值分析结果还表明:高负荷叶轮出口部位后弯角度、前倾角度、叶顶间隙对整体性能均有影响。  相似文献

以某离心压气机叶轮为基础,通过反设计形成的几何模型,采用kω湍流模型计算流场的湍流效应,对微型的离心压气机流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:采用大小叶片技术的叶轮在较宽的工作范围内有很好的性能,入口攻角增大以及叶尖间隙二次流与压气机叶轮流场的失速有直接的关系。  相似文献

设计了两个带楔形扩压器的离心压气机,一个为叶片前缘后掠,另一个为叶片前缘不掠式普通叶轮.分别对这两个离心压气机进行内部流场数值计算,比较了这两种压气机性能的差别 ,分析了前缘后掠对离心压气机的性能及内部二次流的影响.比较了19个扩压器叶片压气机与23个扩压器叶片压气机性能的差别.结果表明,叶片前缘后掠使压气机喘振裕度减小;在叶轮进口附近区域,两种叶轮二次流涡系有一定差别.  相似文献

基于运动齐次坐标的变换矩阵和矢量运算法则,结合多轴铣削的特点,在充分考虑刀具倾角变化的基础上,建立球头铣刀铣削过程中刀齿的运动轨迹方程,给出了加工表面形貌的仿真思路,并对仿真方法进行了优化.仿真分析了侧倾角和前倾角对表面形貌的影响规律,结果表明:刀具倾斜有利于提高表面质量,但是侧倾和前倾对表面形貌的影响规律不同,正向侧倾加工效果最好,负向侧倾加工效果最差;而正向前倾和负向前倾的加工效果基本一致,并且介于正向侧倾和负向侧倾之间;当侧倾角为10°~20°时或前倾角为±10°时加工表面粗糙度最小.分析结果对多轴铣削加工时刀具倾角的选择和调整具有较好的指导意义.  相似文献

采用离心压气机计算机辅助集成设计系统设计直叶片、正弯叶片和反弯叶片3种离心压气机叶轮.对具有不同弯曲程度的叶轮内部流场进行三维粘性计算,给出了不同弯曲程度的计算结果,比较了进口中间叶高处具有1.5 mm正弯和反弯叶形叶片压力面和吸力面上的熵分布.计算结果表明,进口正弯叶轮绝热效率略高于进口反弯叶轮的绝热效率;出口正弯和出口反弯叶轮绝热效率基本相同;叶形弯曲对小型离心压气机叶轮效率影响很小.  相似文献

压气机作为航空发动机的核心器件,对发动机的流量和功率影响显著。与轴流压气机相比,离心压气机具有结构简单、制造方便以及单级压比高等特点,十分适用于流量较小、总压比不高的小型涡轴发动机。该文基于Concepts NREC对离心压气机的叶轮和扩压器在规定工况下进行整体设计,并对离心压气机进行三维数值模拟,研究典型参数对离心压气机的影响,对初步设计模型参数进行优化,得到在设计工况下离心压气机的理想模型。研究表明:适当降低进口轮毂比、适当减小叶轮叶根进口角、合理选择叶顶间隙数值和叶轮出口相对宽度对提升压气机的效率和压比有利,优化后的离心压气机效率最高可达0.831,对应压比为8.771,工作裕度为18.44%,效率比初步设计的离心压气机提高了4.79%,压比提高了3.68%。  相似文献

分析了PDC钻头切削齿结构特点及工作过程,定义了切削齿的侧倾角和前倾角两个工作角,并建立了这两个角的计算模式.研究认为,PDC钻头切削齿的齿前角、装配角及侧转角,决定了其工作面的方向及侧倾角;齿前角、侧转角及切削齿齿刃上工作点的位置,决定了该点工作时的前倾角.侧倾角和前倾角的概念不同于侧转角和齿前角.  相似文献

以某离心压气机为研究对象,依据一维平均流线法计算了不同换算转速下的特性,获得了具有较高参考价值的性能曲线。为了进一步匹配不同换算转速下的几何参数,分别优化分析了叶轮叶片出口角、导流叶片进口预旋角以及叶片扩压器安装角等参数对离心压气机性能的影响。结果表明:后弯叶片角度提高10°,100%转速下压比降低最多达9.9%;90%转速下最高效率降低最多达1.5%。前弯叶片角度提高10°,90%转速下压比提高最多达7.4%;80%转速下效率降低最多达1.4%。进口导流叶片预旋值的调节对设计转速下峰值效率影响不大,其值在以5°为梯度由正到负的变化过程中,压比逐渐升高且较原始值最大改变量多达2.7%。叶片扩压器安装角在±8°为梯度调节时,设计转速下压比最多有2.7%的下降量,峰值效率点变化不明显。  相似文献

针对激光成像引信在空空导弹中的应用要解决引信前倾角和引信探测距离的设计问题,在分析激光成像引信推扫成像原理的基础上,建立了激光引信脚印尺寸模型和引信前倾角与探测距离模型,通过仿真得到了最佳引信前倾角和探测距离的设计指标:最佳引信前倾角为15°~40°,相应最佳引信探测距离为70~24 m.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
