采用微乳液法合成了表面包覆有一层十二烷基苯磺酸(DBS)分子的Co_2O_3超微粒溶胶,研究了表面活性剂(DBS),氧化剂及酸度对合成的影响,利用小角X射线散射和透射电镜测得其粒径分布为3~7 nm,并采用自制的简并四波混频装置,测定了其有机溶胶的三阶光学非线性极化率(x~((3))),得到x~((3))≈1.4×10~(-17)m~2/V~2和CdS_(1-x)Se_x掺杂玻璃相近。  相似文献

利用简易水热法原位合成制备Zn2SiO4:Mn绿色荧光体,主要原料为TEOS(Tetraethyl orthosilicate),Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O,Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O.通过控制反应条件,合成出了具有空心和微米花状结构的硅酸锌掺锰,利用XRD,TEM,SEM和荧光光谱仪对其进行表征,并对其反应机理进行解释.  相似文献

以氧化钙和磷酸为起始原料合成骨灰瓷原料.采用XRD和SEM方法表征了合成料的晶相与显微结构,探讨了不同Ca/P的比值对结构的影响.结果表明:合成料存在α-Ca3(PO4)2、β-Ca3(PO4)2、Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2和CaO四个晶相.Ca/P比值从1.0→1.6,β-Ca3(PO4)2含量增加,α-Ca3(PO4)2含量降低;Ca/P比值从1.6→2.0,β-Ca3(PO4)2含量降低,而α-Ca3(PO4)2含量增加;Ca/P=1.6时,β-Ca3(P4)2含量最高,因此选择其为最佳的配方.对应的晶相含量(质量分数)分别为:β-Ca3(PO4)2为76.0%,α-Ca3(PO4)2为6.6%,Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2为9.2%,CaO为7.7%.  相似文献

以六氯环三膦、对羟基苯甲醛为原料合成了N3P3(OC6H4-p-CHO)6;经硼氢化钾还原合成了N3P3(OC6H4-p-CH2OH)6;加入一定量的2-溴-2-甲基丙酰溴,部分取代醇羟基,合成N3P3(OC6H4-p-CH2OH)3(OC6H4-p-CH2OCOC(CH3)2Br)3;合成的产物与己内酯(CL)进行开环聚合(ROP),制备含3条聚己内酯(PCL)臂的星型聚合物[N3P3(OC6H4-p-CH2OCOC(CH3)2Br)3(OC6H4-p-CH2O(PCL))3];3臂星型聚合物引发苯乙烯的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP),合成含3条聚己内酯臂和3条聚苯乙烯(PSt)臂的新型杂臂聚合物[Star-(PCL)3-(PSt)3].通过红外光谱表明,聚合物已成功合成.  相似文献

利用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)凝胶法合成了LaAlO3.利用差热分析(DTA)、热重分析(TG)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等技术对前驱体及得到的粉末进行了分析.其结果是:在LaAlO3合成过程中,溶液的pH值直接影响凝胶的形成,本实验中控制溶液的pH值在0.5左右;在800℃条件下,2h合成了结晶良好的、单相的LaAlO3,并且LaAlo3不是通过La2O3与Al2O3经过固相反应形成的,而是直接从无定形前驱体结晶形成的,没有中间相生成.  相似文献

采用水热合成和恒温加热合成方法,得到了两种Ln3 的配合物[Nd(oxinate)(phen)2(NO3)2]·(CH3OH)1/2(1)和Sm(phen)2(CH3COO)3(2).对这两种化合物的单晶进行了X-射线衍射分析,确定了它们的结构.并对这两种化合物的UV-VIS-NIR,IR和荧光光谱进行了测定和分析.  相似文献

采用固-液-固转化法,研究了在40℃恒温、磁力搅拌条件下快速合成多水硼镁石(2MgO·3B2O3·15H2O)的方法。运用化学分析、X-ray粉晶衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱和同步热分析(TG-DSC)对合成的多水硼镁石产品进行了表征。结果表明该合成方法具有合成时间短、工艺操作简单、产品纯度高等优点。合成的高纯多水硼镁石产品可应用于其相关的物化性质研究。此外,在合成实验的基础上,结合反应过程中溶液pH的变化,对其结晶机理进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

采用水热法合成了新化合物(H3O)2[Co(C2N2H8)3]2[W7O24],对其结构进行了红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射测定。通过密度泛函理论,对其红外光谱进行了计算,对吸收峰的振动模式进行了指认。结果显示,(H3O)2[Co(C2N2H8)3]2[W7O24]的红外光谱对溶剂十分敏感。  相似文献

以球形Ni(OH)2为核心原料,Al(NO3)3.9H2O、Co(NO3)2.6H2O和LiNO3为包裹原料,采用融盐包裹法在空气中煅烧合成了单相固溶体LiNi0.7Co0.2Al0.1O2。用XRD研究了合成产物的物相和结构,用SEM研究了合成产物的形貌,用电池性能测试仪研究了合成产物的电化学性能。实验结果表明,合成产物具有α-NaFeO2型层状有序结构、球状形貌和良好的电化学性能。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
