用sol-gel工艺直接在Pt/Ti/Si O2/Si衬底上制备出了a轴择优取向(α(100)=62%)和高c轴取向(α(100)=96%)的Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12(BNdT)薄膜.发现BNdT薄膜的铁电介电性能强烈依赖于晶粒取向.a轴择优取向BNdT薄膜的2Pr和εr值最高,分别为65μC/cm2和343(100kHz处);随机取向薄膜的2Pr和εr值为34μC/cm2和331;而高c轴取向薄膜的2Pr和εr值最低,分别为23μC/cm2和218.上述结果表明,BNdT的自发极化矢量靠近a轴.纯a轴取向BNdT薄膜的2Pr值可估算为84μC/cm2.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法在FTO/glass 衬底上制备了Bi4 Ti3O12和Bi3.35Nd0.65Ti3O12 (BNT) 薄膜, 研究了Nd 掺杂对Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的晶体结构、铁电性能和介电常数的影响. XRD 研究表明Nd 掺杂未对薄膜的结晶产生显著的影响.铁电性的测试表明,通过Nd 掺杂,使薄膜的介电性和铁电性得到了增强,剩余极化强度由57.2 μC/cm2 增加到68.4 μC/cm2.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法在Sn的In2O3导电透明薄膜(ITO)衬底上制备了钙钛矿型Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜,研究了退火温度对铁电薄膜结构和性能的影响.X-射线衍射分析表明,经650℃和650℃以上温度退火的薄膜为具有层状钙钛矿型结构Bi4Ti3O12的铁电薄膜.在750℃退火20 min得到Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜的剩余极化强度Pr=10μC/cm2,矫顽场Ec=45 kV/cm.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶方法在LaNiO3包覆的Si(111)衬底上制备了BiFeO3掺杂的Bi4Ti3O12薄膜,XRD研究表明薄膜呈完全随机取向,通过BiFeO3的掺杂使Bi4Ti3O12层状钙钛矿的C轴缩短.铁电性测试的结果表明,薄膜的剩余极化强度为2.0μC/cm^2,略小于用溶胶-凝胶方法制备的纯Bi4Ti3O12薄膜的剩余极化强度.漏电流测试结果表明薄膜导电机构满足公式.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si基片上制备了(Bi, Nd)4Ti3O12铁电薄膜.将薄膜分别进行每一层、每二层、每三层500 ℃空气中预退火10 min,分别称为样品a、b、c,最后都于氮气氛中680℃总退火半小时. 结果表明预退火工艺对薄膜的铁电性能影响很大.样品a、b的铁电性能(2Pr分别为47.8 μC/cm2和51.9 μC/cm2)远远高于样品c(2Pr = 28.7 μC/cm2).三组薄膜都呈现良好的抗疲劳特性.  相似文献

研究了TiO2过渡层对BiFeO3薄膜微结构和铁电磁性质的影响.采用溶胶-凝胶法分别在Si(100)和Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底上制备了BiFeO3薄膜.通过加入约10 nm厚度的TiO2过渡层,在两种衬底上均制备出了纯相BiFeO3薄膜,而未加过渡层的薄膜均有杂相存在.与未加TiO2过渡层相比较,BiFeO3/TiO2薄膜表面颗粒大小更加均匀、致密、平整.在室温10kHz下沉积在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上的薄膜的损耗从0.094下降到0.028;而薄膜的介电常数变化不大,分别为177和161.在室温下同时测得了薄膜的电滞回线和磁滞回线.BiFeO3/TiO2薄膜的饱和磁化强度为16.8 emu/cm3,在600kV/cm电场下,剩余极化强度为9.8μC/cm2.研究表明,TiO2过渡层能够有效地抑制Bi FeO3薄膜杂相的生成,提高薄膜的表面平整度以及耐压性.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si基片上制备了掺钕(Nd)的Bi4Ti3O12薄膜(Bi4-xNdx)Ti3O12(x=0.85),将薄膜于空气中710℃退火0.5h,形成BNT多晶薄膜。系统研究了薄膜的结构、电学性质、表面形貌、漏电流、疲劳特性等。结果表明薄膜呈(117)和(00l)的混合取向,显示良好的铁电性(2Pr=60.8μC/cm^2),并呈现良好的抗疲劳特性。  相似文献

电子设备领域的迅速发展和广泛应用导致电磁辐射干扰问题日趋严重,为此,开发精确度更高、安全性更好的电磁屏蔽材料成了重要的研究方向。Ti3C2Tx/MXene以其优异的电磁屏蔽性能被广泛应用于各领域的电磁屏蔽应用中,其薄膜、轻质多孔气凝胶的组装研究也取得了重大突破。笔者基于Ti3C2Tx为主体的电磁屏蔽材料,重点介绍了Ti3C2Tx/MXene的制备方法、应用电磁屏蔽机理、Ti3C2Tx/MXene薄膜及轻质气凝胶多孔结构组装技术,并根据MXene的各种性能,分析了Ti3C2Tx/MXene材料的发展方向。  相似文献

利用射频磁控溅射法在低阻Si,Si O2/Si以及Pt/Ti/Si O2/Si等不同衬底上制备了Pb(Zr0.8Ti0.2)O3薄膜.利用XRD,SEM等对薄膜的结构性能进行了分析,结果发现不同衬底对溅射制备的PZT薄膜的结构有很大影响.在Pt/Ti/Si O2/Si衬底上制备的PZT薄膜经600℃退火1h后,薄膜表面光滑、无裂纹,XRD分析显示PZT薄膜呈完全钙钛矿结构,测试PZT薄膜的电学性能,表明PZT薄膜具有良好的介电性能.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献
