采用有限元分析技术,对工业机器人整机进行有限元建模;基于有限元模型对整机和各零部件进行刚度贡献度分析,将分析结果和现有评价标准进行对比,识别待优化零部件;对待优化零部件采用结构拓扑优化技术进行优化,最终得出刚度合理的零部件及整机设计方案。通过对比优化前后的整机刚度综合系数和质量参数,可知本文所述方法能够在机器人设计阶段有效优化工业机器人的整机刚度和整体质量,使得机器人刚度设计更为合理。  相似文献

由于并联机器人构型的特点,在其运动学分析中,正解分析较为复杂,也是在研究并联机器人运动学过程中的一个难点.本文采用遗传算法,将并联机器人的运动学正解问题转化为优化问题.利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱对三平动3-PRRRR并联机器人的正解问题进行求解,得到优化解,并用反解结果与正解结果进行互相印证,证明该方法对于并联机器人正解问题具有较高的实用性.  相似文献

激励轨迹的选取和优化是机器人动力学参数辨识的重要基础。为了提高机器人动力学参数的辨识精度,以SCARA机器人为研究对象,设计了基于双层自适应遗传算法的机器人激励轨迹优化方案。运用Newton-Euler法建立了机器人的动力学模型,并对机器人的动力学模型进行线性分离,得到了机器人的最小惯性参数集和对应的观测矩阵。分析机器人的参数辨识方程,确定了观测矩阵条件数最小的优化目标。针对传统遗传算法进行改进,提出了双层自适应机制,提升了算法的全局搜索能力和搜索效率。最后利用MATLAB和ADAMS进行联合仿真实验,使用递推最小二乘法计算机器人的最小惯性参数集。实验结果表明,使用改进的双层自适应遗传算法得到的激励轨迹可以保证机器人动力学参数的辨识精度。  相似文献

应用Solid Works软件以某船厂车间机器人底座结构为例,建立三维钢架结构模型。将建好的三维钢架模型直接无误差导入ANSYS Workbench软件,设定适当单元格大小和选择单元格类型对有限元模型网格划分,为机器人底座结构优化改进提供有限元模型。充分运用ANSYS Workbench中的静态结构模块分析机器人底座模型的静强度、静刚度。根据有限元计算得到机器人底座结构模型等效应力和变形分布云图,制定机器人底座结构优化改进方案。通过对提出的A、B两种优化改进方案的有限元结果进行对比分析,优化改进后的底座钢架结构机械性能和安全系数都得到明显提高,同时,达到了最初的设计要求。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
