棒曲霉(Aspergilusclavatus)UA-2固态发酵蔗渣产木聚酶的培养基为每克蔗渣加营养液5ml,初始pH8.5.营养液的适宜组成为每升含:NH4NO310g、K2HPO46g、MgSO4·7H2O0.75g、CaCl20.75g、FeSO4·7H2O11.25mg、MnSO4·H2O3.75mg、ZnSO43.0mg、CoCl24.5mg.在上述培养基中接入其湿重10%(W/W)的新鲜的UA-2种子曲,28℃培养108h,其木聚糖酶,滤纸降解酶和羧甲基纤维素酶的活力分别为2695.6、28.5和42.7u/g蔗渣.酶反应的最适pH5.0,最适温度50℃;在pH4.0~11.0内酶活性十分稳定.50℃保温1h,酶活剩余55%,8℃下放置23d,活力几乎不变.磷酸盐,半胱氨酸对酶有激活作用,EDTA和对氯汞本甲酸对酶有抑制作用  相似文献

菌株R08(Bacillus)具有强吸附还原Pd2+ 的能力. 用R08 将Pd2+ /γ- Al2O3 表面的Pd2+ 完全还原为Pd0,制成高分散度的Pd0/γ- Al2O3 催化剂. 该催化剂对CO催化转化为CO2 表现出高的活性,在150 ℃,通CO(2% )空气混合气、GHSV 30 000 m L·g- 1·h- 1的条件下,CO转化率100% ;而且已测单程寿命为80 h.  相似文献

顺丁烯二酸二丁酯(MB)催化加氢制γ-丁内酯(GBL),是一个具有工业应用价值的反应.本文采用Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂得到较高的收率和选择性.低压、低温有利于GBL生成,H2/酯比对GBL收率影响不大,助剂B使催化剂抗烧结能力提高.在0.5MPa反应压力下,经过1000h的寿命试验,结果表明,Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂仍具有较高的活性,选择性及良好的寿命  相似文献

合成了四种新的含苯并咪唑双钴配合物:Co2Cl4L,Co2(SCN)4L·3H2O,Co2(OH)2(Ac)2L,Co2(NO3)4L·C2H5OH·2H2O,其中L=N-羟乙基-N,N′,N′-三苯并咪唑甲基乙二胺。用IR,UVVis,TG,变温磁化率等对配合物进行了表征。结果表明双钴间存在弱的反铁磁相互作用。  相似文献

己内酰胺与α,ω-二卤代烷在固-液相转移条件下(KOH/K2CO3混合碱,TBAB为PTC)反应得1-(ω-卤代烷基)己内酰胺1,研究了反应温度、时间、碱及催化剂用量对1,4-二溴了烷与己内酰胺进行单取代反应产率的影响.结果表明:当己内酰胺:1,4-二溴丁烷:氢氧化钾:碳酸钾:TBAB为1:3:1.5、3:0.05(摩尔比)时,90℃下反应,13h,产率可达75.4%,并合成了其它3个1-(ω-卤代烷基)己内酰胺,在类似的固-液相转移条件下,1与醇反应得标题化合物.  相似文献

在常压下,以氧气为氧化剂,用两种不同制法的载体分别制备催化剂,用于甲烷部分氧化反应,对比结果表明用醇盐法所制SiO2(ZSiO2)做成的催化剂比用市售SiO2(QSiO2)做成的催化剂反应活性和选择性好,助剂V2O5加入提高了CH4转化率和CO2,CO选择性,降低了HCHO产率和选择性,B2O3加入提高了CH4转化率,HCHO产率和其选择V2O5和B2O3的加入使MoO3与ZSiO3发生了不同的相  相似文献

合成和表征了3种新型的对苯二甲酸根桥联的双钴(Ⅱ)配合物:[Co2(TPHA)(NO2-phen)4」(CIO4)2·H2O(1),[Co2(TPHA)(tmen)4](CIO4)2(2)和[CO2(TPHA)(tmd)4」(CIO4):(3).经元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、电导和磁性测量等手段推定配合物具有对苯二甲酸根桥联结构,Co(Ⅱ)离子处于畸变的八面体环境.测定了配合物(1)和(2)的变温(4~300K)磁化率,其数值与自旋哈密顿算符h=-2JS1·S2导出的磁方程拟合,求得交换积分J分别为-2.95cm-1(1)和-1.24cm-1(2),表明双核配合物中金属离子间存在弱的反铁磁性超交换作用.  相似文献

研究了以2,6-二氯甲苯为原料,催化氨氧化合成2,6-二氟苯甲腈,制备和筛选了性能优良的 P-V-Mo-Cr-K-O/γ-Al2O3氨氧化反应催化剂。经过 240 h催化剂寿命的初步实验,催化剂活性、选择性不降低。在 φ32 mm×3 mm单管反应器中进行了氨氧化反应条件优化研究,反应温度 360 C,接触时间 10 S,氧气对 2,6-二氯甲苯物质的量比为3时,2,6-二氯甲苯转化率92.2%,2,6-二氯苯甲腈收率77.6%,纯度为98.7%。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
