低损耗阶跃型聚合物光纤制备工艺的研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
介绍了制备低损耗阶跃型聚合物光纤的工艺流程,研究发现随着链转移剂质量分数的增加,聚合物的相对分子质量相应降低,聚合物光纤的力学性能也随之改变,加入改性单体丙烯酸乙酯或丙烯酸丁酯后,提高了聚合物光纤的柔韧性,但降低了聚合物光纤的透光率,包层工艺对光纤损耗也有较大影响。通过原料精馏提纯、材料改性和共挤工艺等措施制备出低损耗聚合物光张样品,其光损耗小于200dB/km(波长650nm)。 相似文献

利用Co^60γ射线辐射引发聚合的方法以丙烯酸丁酯为改性组分合成亲油改性吸水剂,用于光缆用膨胀阻水油膏的制造.研究丙烯酸丁酯摩尔含量对其分散稳定性和吸水倍率的影响,确定组分配比:丙烯酸丁酯的摩尔分数为3 %,改性吸水剂在油膏中的质量浓度为5~10 g/.优化辐射工艺条件:辐射剂量率2.5 Gy/min,辐射剂量10 ~20 kGy.实验证明,改性吸水剂与基础油的相容性和分散稳定性明显提高,所制备的油膏性能指标满足要求. 相似文献

为进一步研究钢筋—沥青隔震层在地震作用中的隔震动力表现,在50、100、150kPa3种竖向压力下分别对灰胶质量比为0、0.2、0.25、0.3的沥青油膏—双飞粉混合物进行了循环单剪试验,测出3种不同竖向压力下4种不同配比的沥青油膏—双飞粉混合物的动剪模量,绘出动剪模量随动剪应变的变化曲线并对其进行比较。研究结果得出:沥青油膏可以有效降低沥青油膏—双飞粉混合物的动剪模量;沥青油膏—双飞粉混合物的动剪模量随竖向压力增大而增大。 相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。 相似文献
