利用非径向DEA模型和扩展DEA(C2GS2)模型组成两阶段DEA评价模型,对带有独立子系统的决策单元的有效性进行评价·将被评价单元分为有效单元集和无效单元集·对于有效单元,利用子系统有效性指标的权重和对有效决策单元进行排序·方法反应了子系统对决策单元有效性的影响,能够为绩效改进提供更为详细的、具有针对性的管理信息·利用该方法对我国26个省市医药商业企业的运行绩效进行了评价分析,对其中有效的10个省市进行了排序·     

基于DEA系统潜力损失的决策单元全排序方法

DEA模型作为一种非参数评价方法,在很多领域得到广泛应用。传统的DEA方法经常会遇到多个决策单元同为DEA有效而无法区分相对优劣的情况。为了对决策单元进行全排序,本文从系统和相对效率的角度定义了相对潜力和潜力损失的概念,揭示潜力损失和强弱有效性之间的内在关联,并提出一个基于DEA系统潜力损失的决策单元全排序方法,来判定所有决策单元的优劣,最后用一个实例来说明本方法的计算步骤。

一种具有独立子系统的决策单元DEA排序新方法

 数据包络分析是(data envelopment analysis, DEA)评价具有可比性决策单元相对有效性的一种工具。在排序过程中,如果同时比较决策单元的最优效率与最劣效率,排序结果会更合理。将基于完全包络面的超效率DEA模型、虚拟决策单元以及非径向C2GS2模型引入具有独立子系统的决策单元DEA排序问题中,提出了改进的能体现决策者偏好或指标重要程度的两阶段模型。最后算例证明该方法的排序结果具有公平性、合理性、完全性。     

DEA／TOPSIS模型在高校教育质量评价中的应用

为提高高校教育质量评价的客观性,采用DEA／TOPSIS两阶段模型对高校教育资源的利用进行综合评价。该模型第一阶段使用DEA方法计算每个决策单元的相对有效性,第二阶段对相对有效性进行TOPSIS计算并作全排序优选,最后结合例子进行了分析。

我国不同运输方式运营相对有效性评价分析

从投入产出角度,以各种运输方式为决策单元,以各种运输方式的劳动力、固定资产净现值为投入,各种运输方式完成的客运量、货运量、客运周转量、货运周转量为产出,利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对各种运输方式运营的相对有效性予以评价,分析不同运输方式存在的差距,为运营不相对有效的决策单元提供改进运营的管理信息。通过对2012年我国不同运输方式运营相对有效性进行评价表明,水运、民航和管道运输方式的运营是(DEA)相对有效的,公路运输方式运营是弱(DEA)有效的,铁路运输方式是非(DEA)有效的。铁路运营非有效的原因是人员结构庞杂,近年来大规模投资效益还未充分发挥,以及铁路缺乏内部竞争机制和对外经营的灵活性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
