本文利用美国大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用“壳到体子模型”法,通过在子模型中设置缺陷,对某电厂泄洪闸门焊接缺陷对结构强度的影响进行了分析,得到了焊缝未焊透缺陷对结构强度的影响规律;焊缝未焊透缺陷仅使结构在局部产生较大应力。对于低碳钢而言,局部应力达到屈服后,由于应力存在着重新分配,焊接缺陷引起的局部应力集中,不易造成结构的破坏。  相似文献

针对钢管二维漏磁检测系统中,轴向缺陷检测装置中探头采集到各路轴向缺陷信号之间的互扰问题,采用基于相对梯度算法的盲分离技术,消除探头中各通道传感器采集信号之间的互扰.仿真结果表明,该方法具有稳定的可靠性和有效性,可以有效消除信号间互扰,提高检测设备探测缺陷能力,具有一定的应用前景.  相似文献

Ultrasonic flaw detection using EMD-based signal processing   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The precise detection of flaw echoes buried in backscattefing noise caused by material microstructure is a problem of great importance in uhrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT). In this work, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is proposed to deal with ultrasonic signal. A time-frequency filtering method based on EMD is designed to suppress noise and enhance flaw signals. Simulated results are presented, showing that the proposed method has an excellent performance even for a very low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The improvement in flaw detection was experimentally verified using stainless steel pipe sample with artificial flaws.  相似文献

The lengths of human telomeres, which protect chromosome ends from degradation and end fusions, are crucial determinants of cell lifespan. During embryogenesis and in cancer, the telomerase enzyme counteracts telomeric DNA shortening. As shown in cancer cells, human telomerase binds the shelterin component TPP1 at telomeres during the S phase of the cell cycle, and adds ~60 nucleotides in a single round of extension, after which telomerase is turned off by unknown mechanisms. Here we show that the human CST (CTC1, STN1 and TEN1) complex, previously implicated in telomere protection and DNA metabolism, inhibits telomerase activity through primer sequestration and physical interaction with the protection of telomeres 1 (POT1)–TPP1 telomerase processivity factor. CST competes with POT1–TPP1 for telomeric DNA, and CST–telomeric-DNA binding increases during late S/G2 phase only on telomerase action, coinciding with telomerase shut-off. Depletion of CST allows excessive telomerase activity, promoting telomere elongation. We propose that through binding of the telomerase-extended telomere, CST limits telomerase action at individual telomeres to approximately one binding and extension event per cell cycle. Our findings define the sequence of events that occur to first enable and then terminate telomerase-mediated telomere elongation.  相似文献

A new gene like the alpha-globin gene has been identified in higher primates at the 3' end of the alpha-globin gene cluster. There is some controversy as to whether this gene, theta, is a functional globin gene or a non-functional pseudogene. The high degree of sequence conservation displayed by theta between primates and various mammals, such as horse and rabbit, suggests that this gene is functional in some species. Furthermore, theta encodes a 141-amino-acid polypeptide in sequence similar to alpha-globin and appears to possess functional RNA-processing signals. But the promoter region of theta is unlike the other globin genes because its CCAAT and ATA box sequences are displaced from the coding sequence by the insertion of a 200-base-pair GC-rich sequence. We demonstrate here the presence of theta-globin messenger RNA in human fetal erythroid tissue, but not in adult erythroid or other non-erythroid tissues. Furthermore, theta-globin mRNA is detectable in significant amounts in a human erythroleukaemic cell line. These results predict that theta-globin protein will be found in the early stages of human fetal development. Surprisingly, the promoter sequence of theta-globin does not correspond to the CCAAT and ATA box sequences of the gene but rather lies within the adjacent GC-rich sequence, resulting in a heterogeneous series of mRNA 5' ends 50-10 base pairs to 5' of the initiation codon. This type of promoter is reminiscent of that found in housekeeping genes such as adenine deaminase and hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyl-transferase.  相似文献

本文对钛合金TB6材料的划伤和冲击两种典型缺陷容限性能进行了研究。设计了无缺陷、预制划伤和预制冲击缺陷的板状试样并开展了成组法和升降法疲劳试验。试验结果表明两种缺陷均会导致钛合金的疲劳性能下降,且下降程度随着缺陷深度的增加而增大。断口观察表明疲劳源在两种缺陷情况中均倾向于在缺陷底部萌生,但由于冲击缺陷底部在预制时会产生一定塑性区,其疲劳断口形貌与划伤缺陷呈现明显不同的特征。与采用升降法试验测得的疲劳极限相比,采用成组法数据进行S-N曲线拟合推导得到疲劳极限在两种缺陷情况中均偏安全。最后在此基础上运用二次表达式和指数表达式拟合了疲劳缺口系数Kf与理论应力集中系数Kt之间的关系,通过分析发现二次表达式仅对划伤缺陷具有较好的精度,指数关系表达式对两种缺陷均有较好的精度。通过本研究工作,得到了TB6钛合金的划伤、冲击缺陷容限性能,并得到了一种适用于Kf-Kt关系描述的指数表达式。  相似文献

设计电磁探伤电路,该电路体积小、操作简单、成本低,其中阻抗芯片AD5933由单片机控制以产生激励信号并解调检测信号。同时,设计控制软件,该软件具有激励频率设置、数据读取模式设置、通道设置等功能。实验结果表明,该电路可以探测样品是否存在缺陷及缺陷的大概位置,在未来的船舶港口机械金属结构探伤中具有实用潜能。  相似文献
