用两步炭化法由杏核壳制备变压吸附空分制氮用炭分子筛,考察了一次炭化温度和二次炭化温度对产品空分性能的影响,并利用吸附分子探针法对产品微孔结构进行了表征。结果表明,作为粘结剂的煤焦油在二次炭化过程中裂解积炭,改善了二次炭化产品的微孔结构和空分性能。  相似文献

以鸡西烟煤为原料综合使用炭化法和碳沉积法进行了空气分离生产富氮空气用炭分子筛的制备研究,考虑了炭化和碳沉积工艺条件对产品空气分离性能的影响。结果表明,鸡西烟煤是制备炭分子筛的优良原料。最佳工艺条件为粘结剂用量35%,升温速度为10℃/min,炭化终温为900℃,恒温时间为60min。  相似文献

提出以椰壳预炭化料为骨料、酚醛树脂为黏结剂制备变压吸附空分制氮用炭分子筛的新工艺路线,包括成型、炭化、水蒸气活化、两步苯气相碳沉积调孔等主要工序;完善了炭分子筛的变压吸附空分评价手段,即以变压吸附空分为基本手段,结合变压吸附脱附尾气总量及其中O2浓度等参数分析,准确表征炭分子筛制备过程中样品的微孔孔容和孔径变化,从而实现对炭分子筛制备工艺参数的精确控制.所得的椰壳基炭分子筛具有较高的抗压强度,其变压吸附空分性能接近商业炭分子筛产品.  相似文献

在工业生产条件下,由核桃壳制得变压吸附空分制氮用碳分子筛。核桃壳首抚在600-800℃下置于转炉中一步炭化制得核桃壳木炭;木炭粉碎后加入结煤焦油捏,挤条成型;成型样干燥后,在氮气保护下置于转炉中二次炭化,炭化温度600-850℃,冷却后得到炭分子筛。  相似文献

以无机陶瓷管为支撑体、热塑性酚醛树脂为原料,经高温炭化制备了炭分子筛膜.用低温N2吸附的方法测定了炭分子筛膜的比表面积,用扫描电子显微镜对膜的形貌和厚度进行了表征.考察了膜的气体透过率以及气体的理想选择性随温度的变化关系: H2、CO2、O2、N2和CH4的透过率随温度的升高而增大;理想选择性α(H2/N2)、α(CO2/N2)、α(CO2/CH4)随温度的升高而减小,而α(O2/N2)随温度的升高先增大后减小,在90℃左右气体选择性达到最大.最后由阿累尼乌斯公式计算了气体透过炭分子筛膜的活化能, 进一步说明气体透过机理为活化扩散.  相似文献

13X型沸石分子筛由于其独特的多级孔道结构,具有优异的吸附性能、离子交换性能,在催化、绿色能源、环境等领域具有巨大的应用潜力。用传统的矿物材料制备13X型分子筛,制备产物中易出现杂晶,较难获得纯品且能耗高。埃洛石是纳米管状的硅酸盐矿物材料,价格便宜,资源丰富,无序度较高,具有和13X型分子筛相似的化学组成。文章采用埃洛石矿物为原料,低温煅烧水热合成13X型分子筛并针对其合成条件、晶化规律等进行系统研究。实验结果表明,所制备的分子筛比表面积为726 m2/g,其内比表面积占总比表面积的体积比94.77%,最大孔体积为0.284 3 cm3/g,且为分布均匀的微孔型,其静态水吸附量均高于行业标准和同类型商品分子筛,质量百分比可达31.56%。并对其机理进行探讨,认为13X型沸石分子筛首先在溶液中成核,一部分非晶态的初始凝胶在碱激发下溶解到溶液中,形成了以离子形式存在的具有活性的硅酸根和铝酸根离子,彼此之间进一步聚合,形成了13X型沸石分子筛晶体的结构单元,最后在溶液中逐步形成了13X型沸石分子筛的晶体。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
