通过对山口对林保护区昆虫春季(4月25日-30日)、夏季(7月14日-19日)、秋季(10月5日-8日) 季的4次调查,结果表明昆虫物种组成较丰富,1年内共有194种昆虫在该地区出现。同时其季节变化也很明显,春季、夏季、秋季和冬季的昆虫物种数为:69、166、94和33,春季的昆虫以双齿多刺蚁、淡紫异色粉等占优势,夏季以黄柑蚁、竹木蜂、等占优势,秋季以黄柑蚁、白逅中泰亚种等占优势,冬季则以小红标虫  相似文献

鉴定和分析肝癌细胞中新的天然反义RNA MEF2D-AS根据已建立的双链RNA文库筛选与肝癌相关的反义RNA.通过RT-qPCR验证其反义RNA的存在,采用cDNA末端快速扩增技术获得其全长序列,并检测HepG2细胞经5-Aza-dC处理前后MEF2D基因正反义链表达量的变化.结果显示,成功鉴定出1条全长为1 265bp的新的天然反义RNA,并预测其属于长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,简称为lncRNA),命名为MEF2D-AS.经5-Aza-dC处理后,MEF2D-AS的表达量升高,而MEF2DmRNA的表达量降低.证实了MEF2D-AS的存在并预测其属于长链非编码RNA,且与MEF2D正反义RNA是反相关关系.此研究结果可为进一步探讨肝癌发生机制提供参考.  相似文献

A DNA fragment about 1.5 kb has been isolated from spleen of adult Chinese swine by RT-PCR. The DNA fragment encodes immunoglobulin IgG H chain gene. Sequencing analysis showed that the DNA fragment is 1 425 bp long, complete CDS. The C region of the gene has been classified as Subclass Ig γ3, and is the same as reported by Sun et al., but V region of the present gene is 42 bp less by comparison. The gene has been ligated into expression vector pET-3b (NSEB)( - ). A protein about 52 ku has been expressed in E. coli with an expression level of about 21 % .  相似文献

The development of stamen is an important stage during the sexual reproduction in higher plants. Studying the genes that predominantly or even specifically expressed in stamens will aid in undestanding the molecular mechanism of stamen development. The structure of a rice CHS-like gene (D5) which predominantly expressed in anthers has been analysised, showing high structural similarity with two other anther-specific genes (A1 and BA42) fromBrassica napus. Northern analysis also reveals that the three genes share a similar expression pattern and that the expression of D5 may relate to the early development of pollens. It is concluded that D5, A1 and BA42 represent a group of diverged CHS-like genes which are related to stamen development.  相似文献

The reaction mechanism between (Me)3CO· radical and trans-3-hexene in benzene was studied for the first time at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-31G(d)+ZPVE level. Two distinct elementary channels were identified as: (1) abstraction-addition; (2) addition-addition-elimination. Analysis of the potential energy surface demonstrates that for the title reaction, channels (1) and (2) have the major and minor contribution, respectively. Our calculated results can well explain the recently observed product distribution by Coseri et al. (J. Org. Chem. 2005, 70, 4629). However, we found that the addition-abstraction channel proposed by Coseri et al. is kinetically infeasible.  相似文献

Fail-stop signature schemes provide security for a signer against forgeries of an enemy with unlimited computational power by enabling the signer to provide a proof of forgery when a forgery happens. Chang et al proposed a robust fail-stop blind signature scheme based on bilinear pairings. However, in this paper, it will be found that there are several mistakes in Chang et al's fail-stop blind signature scheme. Moreover, it will be pointed out that this scheme doesn't meet the property of a fail-stop signature: unconditionally secure for a signer. In Chang et al's scheme, a forger can forge a valid signature that can't be proved by a signer using the "proof of forgery". The scheme also doesn't possess the unlinkability property of a blind signature.  相似文献

为了解中国南海北部凹顶藻物种的多样性以及加快该地的凹顶藻属物种资源开发和利用,本研究利用形态学和解剖学方法,对采自广东汕尾的大型海洋红藻凹顶藻类(Laurencia Complex)进行分类学研究。经鉴定共发现4个物种,即波状软凹藻(Chondrophycus undulatus (Yamada)Garbary et Harper)、凹顶藻(Laurencia chinensis Tseng)、三列凹顶藻(Lt.risticha Tseng,Chang,Xia et Xia)和小瘤栅凹藻(Palisada parvipapillata (Tseng)Nam)。文中对此4种凹顶藻类物种的内、外部形态特征进行了较详细的描述与介绍,并结合生物冷冻切片技术,获得了各个物种较清晰的解剖学特征图片,对未来凹顶藻类物种的鉴定提供一定分类学意义。  相似文献

Since the musk deer distributed in the Dabie Mountains, Anhui was defined asMoschus moschiferus anhuiensis, its status has been disputed based on researches of morphology and ecology. This study further probed into its taxonomic status with principal components analysis (PCA) on skull measurements and mtDNA cytochrome b sequences (367 bp) analysis so as to clear its status. It is concluded that the figure and skull in Anhui musk deer are different from other species, and DNA divergence between it and other species is 6.24%–7.90%, which belongs to inter-specific difference. Thus, the study defines this musk deer as one distinct species,Moschus anhuiensis (Wang, Huet al.)  相似文献

S100 calcium binding protein A8 (S100A8), a possible novel member of NF-kappa B signal pathway in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), interacts with human leukocyte antigen B (HLA-B) which carries an NF-kappa B binding site within the enhancer A. The objective of this study was to explore the molecular mechanism of S100A8 in laryngeal carcinogenesis. RT-PCR, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry staining were applied to evaluate the expression levels of IKKα, P65, REL-B, S100A8, APAF-1 and BCL-2 genes. The signal transduction passway in which S100A8 might participate was explored by RNA interference. Flow cytometry, TUNEL assay and cell invasion in vitro were used to detect the biological behavior of Hep2 cells induced by S100A8 gene. Our results showed that high expression of S100A8 was related to tumorigenesis in LSCC and negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation, indicating that S100A8 gene could inhibit apoptosis and promote metastasis in LSCC. Additionally, the suppression of S100A8 by RNA interference down-regulated BCL-2 but not APAF-1, P65 and IKKα, while, the suppression of P65 could significantly down-regulate the expression of S100A8 gene. In conclusion, S100A8 plays an important role in P65/HLA-B/S100A8/BCL-2/Caspase-9 (-3) pathway in laryngeal carcinoma.  相似文献

It is of profound theoretical and practical significance to study endangerment status of rare species in Tibet. Index system is firstly set down for quantitative assessment of rare animal and plant species, then endangerment degree of wildlife under special state protection are calculated, which is expressed by value E. The results reveal that Yunnan snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus bieti), Himalayan tahr (Hemitragus jemlahicus) and Gigantic Cypress (Cupressus gigantea) have the highest E respectively in animals and plants. According to value E, all species are categorized into 4 ranks: critically endangered(0.6-0.8), endangered (0.4- 0.6), vulnerable (0.2-0.4) and lower risk ( E ≤ 0.2). By comparison of the first five animals and plants of the highest E, each sub-ecozone bears a distinct identity.  相似文献

The natural reproduction of mammal is sexual reproduction, which needs fertilization involving sperm and oocyte. Nuclear transfer provided an asexual reproduction method for mammal. Donor cells used in previous experiments of nuclear transfer were mostly from undifferentiated or non-terminally differentiated cells, such as embryonic or fetal cells. However, since Wilmutet al. obtained a viable lamb by transfer of an adult sheep somatic cell into an enucleated oocyte, nuclear transfer using adult somatic cell has been successful in several species. Wilmutet al. suggested that it was a key factor for the success of somatic nuclear transfer to induce the donor cells into GO phase (“GO-phase hypothesis”). In order to verify the Gophase hypothesis, nonquiescent adult fibroblasts from a bovine ear were transferred into enucleated bovine oocytes. The experiments showed that the rate of electrofusion after micromanipulation was above 50%, the cleaving rate was 54.5% and 9.1% of those reconstructed embryos developed to 32-cell stage. These results indicate that for cattle, nuclei from nonquiescent adult somatic cells introduced into enucleated oocytes are at least capable of supporting early development.  相似文献

Comparative analysis of multiple genomes in a phylogenetic framework dramatically improves the precision and sensitivity of evolutionary inference, producing more robust results than single-genome analyses can provide. The genomes of 12 Drosophila species, ten of which are presented here for the first time (sechellia, simulans, yakuba, erecta, ananassae, persimilis, willistoni, mojavensis, virilis and grimshawi), illustrate how rates and patterns of sequence divergence across taxa can illuminate evolutionary processes on a genomic scale. These genome sequences augment the formidable genetic tools that have made Drosophila melanogaster a pre-eminent model for animal genetics, and will further catalyse fundamental research on mechanisms of development, cell biology, genetics, disease, neurobiology, behaviour, physiology and evolution. Despite remarkable similarities among these Drosophila species, we identified many putatively non-neutral changes in protein-coding genes, non-coding RNA genes, and cis-regulatory regions. These may prove to underlie differences in the ecology and behaviour of these diverse species.  相似文献

A major portion of the mammalian genome is transcribed to produce large numbers of noncoding RNAs(ncRNAs).During the past decade,the discovery of small RNAs,including the microRNAs(miRNA) and small interfering RNAs(siRNA),has led to important advances in biology.The breadth of the ncRNA field of study has substantially expanded and many recent results have revealed a range of functions that can be attributed to the miRNAs and other ncRNAs.For example,H19 RNA,HOTAIR RNA,transcribed ultraconserved regions(T-UCRs),natural antisense RNA,transfer RNA and mitochondrial noncoding RNA have been suggested to play important roles in cancers and other diseases as well as in diverse cellular processes.In this review,we focus on the current status of several classes of ncRNAs associated with cancer with the emphasis on those that are not microRNAs.  相似文献
