几种沙生植物光合碳代谢途径关键酶的研究

研究了分布于甘肃省临泽地区的沙拐枣、珍珠、霸王、泡泡刺、胡杨等５种沙生植物的光合酶：果糖－１．６－双磷酸酯酶（ＦＤＰａｓｅ）、１．５－二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶（ＲＵＢＰｃａｓｅ）、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶（ＰＥＰｃａｓｅ）、ＮＡＤ－苹果酸脱氢酶（ＮＡＤ－ＭＤＨ）活性的季节变化。结果表明，珍珠和沙拐枣的ＦＤＰａｓｅ酶活性远低于其它几种材料；珍珠、霸王、沙拐枣的ＰＥＰｃａｓｅ活性明显高于其它两种材料；珍珠、沙拐枣的ＮＡＤ－ＭＤＨ活性明显高于其它三种材料。可见，珍珠、霸王是ＣＡＭ植物，沙拐枣是Ｃ４植物，胡杨是Ｃ３植物，泡泡刺有可能在干旱协迫下由Ｃ３向Ｃ４或ＣＡＭ途径转化。     

文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶在甲醇溶液中的构象与活力变化

文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰａｓｅ，Ｅ．Ｃ３．１．３．２）是一种含有铁离子的金属酶，其可见光谱中５００ｎｍ的吸收峰以及荧光５１５ｎｍ的发射峰为该酶分子含铁的特征峰，与酶活力关系密切．通过荧光发射光谱和紫外可见光谱对该酶在不同浓度甲醇溶液中的构象与活力变化进行研究．不同浓度（Ｖ／Ｖ）的甲醇对酶活力有明显的抑制作用，动力学分析表明甲醇对酶的抑制为非竞争性抑制，其抑制常数为２０％．还研究了在甲醇存在下ＡＣＰａｓｅ活力中心的构象与活力变化，结果表明其构象变化快于活力变化．     

Paecilomyces inflatus生理特性的研究

本文报道了Ｐａｅｃｉｌｏｍｙｃｅｓ ｉｎｆｌａｔｕｓ的生理特性及ＡＴＰａｓｅ，ＰＯＤ的同工酶和ＣＯＤ的测试结果，并对该菌在养殖水体中的生理效应作了初步研究。     

中国对虾肌动球蛋白变性后ATPase活性的研究

在中国对虾肌动球蛋白经冷冻变性和热变性后，对Ｃａ＾２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ、Ｍｇ＾２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性及蛋白质溶解度进行了研究。冷冻变性之后，肌动球蛋白Ｃａ＾２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性呈逐渐下降趋势，一般贮藏温度越低，活性降低超快。     

氧化-硫化焙烧法处理高砷矿物原料的研究

对氧化物体系Ｃｕ－Ａｓ－Ｏ,Ｆｅ－Ａｓ－Ｏ和硫化物体系Ｃｕ－Ａｓ－Ｓ,Ｆｅ－Ａｓ－Ｓ的热力学分析表明,热力学稳定的砷化物为Ｃｕ３Ａｓ,Ｃｕ３（ＡｓＯ４）２,ＦｅＡｓ２,ＦｅＡｓＯ４．当有硫化剂存在时,在弱氧化气氛下进行氧化－硫化焙烧,将有利于ＦｅＡｓＳ分解,并生成毒性低的砷硫化物．分别在含金砷精矿和含砷铜精矿中添加黄铁矿进行沸腾焙烧工艺试验,砷的挥发率都在８５％以上,试验结果对高砷矿物原料脱砷工艺具有应用价值．

硫钝化对Fe、Co/GaAs(100)界面形成和磁性质的影响

利用同步辐射和铁磁共振研究了经硫代乙酰胺硫钝化处理的ＧａＡｓ（１００）表面生长的Ｆｅ，Ｃｏ超薄膜与衬底的界面形成及磁性。实验结果表明，硫钝化能阻止Ａｓ向Ｆｅ，Ｃｏ超薄膜扩散，减弱Ａｓ和Ｆｅ，Ｃｏ的相互作用并增强在ＧａＡｓ（１００）表面生长的铁磁金属薄膜的磁性。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
