Summary Binding of the antiprotease Trasylol® to human peripheral blood lymphocytes and polymorphonuclear leucocytes (PMNs) was demonstrated at the ultrastructural level using an indirect immunoperoxidase technique. This also revealed endocytosis of membrane bound Trasylol by PMNs. Trasylol inhibited PHA- and Con A-induced lymphocyte stimulation, and was cytotoxic to unstimulated cells.One of us (D.J.T.) is supported by Bayer Pharmaceuticals Ltd., from whom we also acknowledge a generous supply of Trasylol.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Es wurden Mäuse des C3H/HeJ-Stammes nach Entwöhnung bis zum Alter von 125 Tagen unter verschiedenen Umweltbedingungen wie Temperatur, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit und Käfigdichte aufgezogen. Je höher Temperatur, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit und je grösser die Käfigdichte, um so grösser waren die Körpergewichtsverluste. Umwelttemperatur, Feuchtigkeit und Käfigdichte beeinflussten zusammen das Überleben der Mäuse nach Schwimmen.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Es wird gezeigt, dass Natriumsalicylatin vitro auf menschliche Erythrozyten einendirekten Einfluss ausübt, indem es den Kaliumgehalt vermindert und den Natriumsowie den Wassergehalt vermehrt. Diese Wirkung, die auchin vivo beobachtet werden kann, dürfte die Folge einer Energieverarmung sein, die durch eine Entkopplung der oxydativen Phosphorylierung zustande kommt.  相似文献

The influence of blood sampling, anesthesia and surgery on plasma vasopressin concentration was assessed in rats. Mean plasma concentration in conscious, chronically catheterized rats was 1.4±0.1 pg/ml (n=6). This value remained constant over repeated plasma samplings in the same animals. On the other hand, decapitation increased the plasma vasopressin concentration to 6.0±2.4 (in pg/ml) (n=6), inactin anesthesia to 2.9±0.6 (n=6), anesthesia and femoral cannulation to 13.3±5.8 (n=6) and surgery for renal micropuncture to 81.3±35.0 (n=6). It is concluded that the level of circulating plasma vasopressin is highly dependent on the sampling technique and is closely related to the extent of surgery.  相似文献

Riassunto La Piritiamina, somministrata per bocca in una singola dose di 0,5 mg a topolini di 12–14 g che ricevono 2 µg di tiaminapro die, non produce la sindrome neuromuscolare caratteristica dell'avitaminosi B1 e non modifica nè la piruvicemia nè il livello di vitamina nel fegato, mentre lo fa abbassare nel muscolo e nel cervello. Se i topolini non ricevono tiamina, la stessa dose di Piritiamina dà perdita di peso, sindrome neuromuscolare in tutti gli animali trattati e cospicuo abbassamento del livello di vitamina B1 nel cervello. Nelle stesse condizioni sperimentali, l'Ossitiamina, somministrataper os una sola volta in dosi di 0,5 e 2 mg, non dà alcuna sintomatologia neuromuscolare e non modifica nè il peso corporeo, nè il piruvato ematico, nè il contenuto in vitamina B1 del muscolo e del cervello, solo abbassa il livello vitaminico del fegato.Questi risultati non sono in favore dell'ipotesi di una funzione della tiamina distinta da quella della cocarbossilasi.  相似文献

Exchange-transfusion to hematocrit 20 with isotonic perfluorochemical (PFC) emulsions containing 3% hydroxyethylstarch (HES) in rats breathing 100% oxygen produced significant reductions of hepatic PO2 and blood flow in comparison to rats hemodiluted with isotonic 3% or 6% HES solution. Zusammenfassung Zufuhr von 20 µg Östradiolbenzoat an zwei sich folgenden Tagen verursachte bei ovariektomierten Mutterschafen keine Veränderung im FSH- und LH-Gehalt von Hypophyse und Serum. Nach cinmaliger Verabreichung von 10 mg Progesteron (nach östradiolbehandlung) stieg das FSH im Blut an. Ebenso ergab Zufuhr von 20 mg Progesteron bei mit Östrogen behandelten Mutterschafen Anstieg des LH-Gehaltes im Blut.  相似文献
