铝敏化紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星

研究了金属离子对氧氟沙星紫外光谱的影响及反应条件.结果表明,在pH 3.5~4.9的N aA c-HA c缓冲溶液中,铝离子对氧氟沙星吸光度有显著增敏作用.A l-OFLX体系的测定波长mλax=292 nm,线性范围为0.2~38.7μg/mL;回归方程为Y=0.0069 0.09438C(C=μg/mL),r=0.9998;检出限为3.5×10-2μg/mL.据此建立了测定药物制剂中氧氟沙星含量的铝敏化紫外分光光度法.方法灵敏、操作简便,用于药物制剂中氧氟沙星的分析测定,回收率在95%~105%之间,结果令人满意.     

茜素红荷移反应测定多潘立酮

在水溶液和室温下,电子给体多潘立酮与电子受体茜素红发生电荷转移反应形成稳定的1:2荷移配合物.该配合物的λmax=521 nm,在此波长下,溶液吸光度(A)与溶液中多潘立酮浓度(C)成正比关系,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.0×103 L/(mol·cm).据此建立了多潘立酮的分光光度测定法,线性回归方程为A=0.0269C+0.1201,多潘立酮浓度在1.5～200μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,相关系数,r=0.9990.方法检出限为0.426 μg/mL.用该方法测定吗丁啉药片样品中的多潘立酮含量,相对标准偏差为0.20%(n=11),结果与药片标示量一致,方法回收率在97%～98%之间.     

铝敏化紫外分光光度法测定培氟沙星

研究了铝离子对培氟沙星(Pefloxac in,PEFX)光谱特性的影响及反应条件,结果表明在pH=4.99的HA c-N aA c缓冲溶液中铝离子对培氟沙星吸光度有显著增敏作用,A l-PEFX络合物的mλax=275 nm,线性范围为8×10-8~1.2×1-0 5g/m l,检出限为8×1-0 8g/m l,对浓度为100μg/m l的培氟沙星进行11次的平行测定,RSD为0.41%.据此建立了测定药物制剂中培氟沙星含量的铝敏化紫外分光光度法.此方法方法灵敏、操作简便,用于合成药物中培氟沙星的分析测定,回收率在95.5%~98.9%之间,结果令人满意.     

利用硼与对甲氨基苯甲酸褪色光度法测定药物和生物样品中的硼

建立了利用对甲氨基苯甲酸测定硼的新方法.研究表明,对甲氨基苯甲酸与硼在pH=10.00发生褪色反应,褪色最大波长λmax=242 nm,硼的浓度在0.22~21.6μg.mL-1范围内与吸光度(A)降低程度呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=-0.035-0.016 C,相关系数r=0.999,检测限为0.18μg.mL-1,回收率为98.7%~101%,该方法能够直接用于药物和生物样品中硼的测定,结果满意.     

用间苯二酚光度法定量测定果葡糖浆中果糖含量及葡萄糖异构酶活性的研究

间苯酚法一般用酮糖和醛糖的定性鉴别。已糖与盐酸共热脱水。生成的羟甲基糖醛与间苯二酚结合成鲜红色化合物。当酮糖基本反应完全时,醛糖仅有千分之几反应。通过间苯二酚用量实验可看出间苯二酚与糖量之比等于1:1时吸光度基本不变。这说明当果糖反应完全后。葡萄糖还很少反应。利用二者的反应速度悬殊,在控制一定反应条件下。可以定量测定果糖。根据上述原理测定了由葡萄糖异构酶产生菌的菌丝体和固定化异构酶所转化的果葡糖浆中果糖含量。并测定了链霉菌发酵液中葡萄糖异构酶的活性。     

分光光度法测定稀土元素含量时数学最优化技术的应用

海藻多糖片中多糖含量测定

建立了一种测定海藻多糖片中多糖含量的苯酚-硫酸法.以葡萄糖作为标准品,在490nm波长处测定吸光度,在浓度20.16～100.80μg/mL之间线性关系良好(r=0.998 2),平均回收率为99.55%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.56%.本方法简单、准确,可用于海藻多糖片中多糖含量的检测.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
