山梗菜嫩茎无性系的建立

以山梗菜的嫩茎为试验材料,先后对其愈伤组织培养、愈伤组织分化、分化芽生根和试管苗的栽培进行了研究．结果证明：MS＋ KT0．2mg·L -1＋2,4-D1．4mg·L -1是愈伤组织诱导培养的理想培养基;1/2MS＋ NAA0．1 mg · L -1＋ZT0．1 mg · L -1＋AgNO30．3 mg · L -1是愈伤组织分化培养的理想培养基;1/2MS＋NAA0．1 mg · L -1＋IAA0．2 mg · L -1＋ABT2号1．0 mg · L -1是试管苗生根继代增殖培养和不定芽生根培养的适宜培养基．试管苗移栽成活率为94．2％;定植成活率达到了99％以上．定植的试管苗不仅具有野生山梗菜所有植物学性状,而且还能在翌年正常开花结果．     

含羧甲基侧臂的二(四)氮杂冠醚配体及稀土配合物的合成与表征

合成了2个新型的含苯甲酸侧臂的二氮杂18-冠-6衍生配体L1和四氮杂18-冠-6衍生配体L2,制备了L1与稀土苦味酸盐和L2与稀土硝酸盐的配合物.通过核磁共振谱、元素分析、红外和紫外光谱,对配体和配合物进行了表征.实验结果表明,配体L1与稀土离子形成了1:1型配合物,而L2与稀土离子形成了双核配合物.     

流动注射-化学发光法测定水样中的雌酮

本文研究发现雌酮对鲁米诺-过氧化氢-碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠-氯化钴体系具有较强的抑制作用,并据此建立了雌酮的流动注射-化学发光法分析法。文章探讨了各种不同的条件,如试剂混合顺序、试剂流速、鲁米诺浓度、过氧化氢浓度、pH值、氯化钴浓度等对化学发光信号强度的影响,确定了雌酮的最优测定条件：载流为水,试剂流速是2.4ml/min,浓度为1×10-4mol/L氯化钴溶液作为发光增强剂,鲁米诺浓度为1×10-4mol/L,过氧化氢浓度为1×10-4mol/L,pH为10.14。线性范围为2.5×10-7mol/L～1×10-5mol/L,检出限为1.7×10-7mol/L,对1×10-6mol/L的雌酮平行测定7次,其相对偏差（RSD）为4.46%。     

N-取代吡啶酰胺与DNA作用的研究

合成了由N-芳环、氮杂环和脂肪烃取代的5种吡啶酰胺类化合物:N-苯基-吡啶-2-甲酰胺(L1),N-2-氯苯基-吡啶-2-甲酰胺(L2),N-2-硝基苯基-吡啶-2-甲酰胺(L3),N-2-吡啶基-吡啶-2-甲酰胺(L4)和N,N'-双(2-吡啶甲酰胺)-1,4-二乙烯三胺(L5),应用紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法、黏度法、表面增强拉曼光谱法及琼脂糖凝胶电泳法研究了5种化合物与DNA的相互作用.紫外光谱研究发现,随着DNA的加入,5种化合物的吸收带均出现减色效应,且伴随着微弱的红移现象.5种化合物对DNA与溴化乙锭(EB)复合体系的荧光有猝灭作用,测得线性Stern-Volmer常数Ksq分别为1.73(L1),0.92(L2),2.21(L3),1.32(L4)和0.77(L5),表明与DNA作用的增强顺序为:L5,L2,L4,L1,L3.这5种化合物对DNA黏度的影响呈现了不同的变化趋势.研究结果表明,L1,L2,L3和L4与DNA的作用为插入模式,而L5与DNA的作用可能为沟面结合或者静电作用模式.琼脂糖凝胶电泳实验显示,5种化合物能对pBR322 DNA进行一定程度的切割,随着化合物浓度的增加,开环构型DNA逐渐增多,超螺旋构型DNA逐渐减少;并且L3还能将切口环型DNA进一步切割成线型DNA.     

[2＋2]和[1＋1]型Schiff碱大环化合物的合成及表征

本文以2,2-二[5’-（2’-甲酰呋喃基）]丙烷（1）分别与N,N＇-（2．胺基苯基）-2,6-二甲酰亚胺吡啶（2）和N,N＇-（3-胺基苯基）-2,6-二甲酰亚胺吡啶（3）进行缩合,得到[2＋2]型Schiff碱大环化合物L＋-1和[1＋1]型Schiff碱大环化合物L2,并采用元素分析、1HNMR、IR和质谱手段对Schiff碱大环化合物L1和L2进行了表征。     

[P^O]配体钯催化剂催化乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯聚合及其共聚合反应

合成了2个[P^O]配体2-(二苯基膦)-苯磺酸(简称L1)和2-[二(5-甲基-苯基)膦]-苯磺酸(简称L2),并用1 H-NMR、31 P-NMR、MS和IR对配体进行表征.分别采用L1、L2与Pd(OAc),原位形成的催化体系对乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯进行催化聚合与共聚反应,发现这类催化体系可以在无任何助催化剂的作用下引发聚合反应.以L1/Pd(OAc)2为催化体系研究了不同反应条件对乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯聚合的影响.对于乙烯单体,当n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=1∶1时催化活性较n(L1):n(Pd(OAc)2)=2∶1时高;对于丙烯酸甲酯单体,当n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=2∶1时催化活性较n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)＝1∶1时高;若两者共聚,则当n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=1∶1时催化活性更佳.L2/Pd(OAc)2催化体系的活性比L1/Pd(OAc)2催化体系的活性高.

镉(Ⅱ)- 蛋白质衍生物的极谱吸附波与应用

研究了镉 ( ) -蛋白质衍生物在氨基乙酸 -氢氧化钠缓冲介质中的极谱行为 ,提出了一种灵敏的蛋白质测定的新方法 .含有巯基或二硫键蛋白质在 0 .2 m ol/ L 氢氧化钠溶液中于沸水浴加热 5 min后 ,在 0 .4 m ol/ L 氨基乙酸 -氢氧化钠 (p H=9.8)缓冲介质中 ,与 1 .0× 1 0 - 4m ol/ L 镉 ( )溶液混合 ,反应产物在单扫描极谱上于 - 0 .5 7V(vs.SCE)处产生一个稳定的、灵敏的吸附还原波 .峰电流与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)、人血清白蛋白 (HSA)的浓度在7.5× 1 0 - 1 0 ～ 3.0× 1 0 - 7m ol/ L范围内呈线性关系 ,BSA、HSA检测限均为 3.0× 1 0 - 1 0 m ol/ L ;与溶菌酶 (L yso)的浓度在 3.5× 1 0 - 9～ 1 .4× 1 0 - 6 m ol/ L范围内呈线性关系 ,L yso的检测限为 1 .4× 1 0 - 9m ol/ L .该法应用于人血清样品中蛋白质的直接测定 ,结果满意     

敌百虫对九孔鲍稚鲍和真猛水蚤的毒性作用

不同温度下 ,敌百虫对稚鲍的毒性作用不同 ,在水温 2 1～ 2 2℃下 ,2 4h、 4 8h、72h、96h的半致死浓度分别为 182mg/L、 4 6mg/L、10 6mg/L ,6 6mg/L ,安全浓度为 4 6mg/L ;水温 2 6～ 2 7℃ ,在相同时间内的半致死浓度分别降至 12 9mg/L、 11 1mg/L、 8 2 5mg/L和5 1mg/L ,安全浓度为 1 11mg/L ;敌百虫对真猛水蚤的毒性也是随着水温升高而增强 ,水温2 1～ 2 2℃ ,2 4h、 4 8h、 72h的半致死浓度分别为 2 7× 10 - 1mg/L、 3 5× 10 - 2 mg/L、 2 0×10 - 2 mg/L ,安全浓度为 3 5× 10 - 2 mg/L ;当水温升至 2 6～ 2 7℃时 ,半致死浓度分别为 8 3× 10 - 2mg/L、8 3× 10 - 3mg/L、3 6× 10 - 3mg/L ,安全浓度为 8 3× 10 - 4mg/L 敌百虫对稚鲍的亚急性作用结果是 :在 0 4～ 2 0mg/L下生活 2 0d ,稚鲍的壳长、体重、摄食及存活率随其浓度的增大而降低 本文对九孔鲍工厂化育苗中如何正确使用敌百虫防治底栖桡足类提供了科学依据     

17β-雌二醇对诱导绵羊输卵管上皮细胞β-防御素-1(SBD-1)基因表达的影响

研究了17β-雌二醇(E2)对培养的绵羊输卵管上皮细胞内SBD-1基因表达的影响.将不同剂量的17β-雌二醇加入传2代的绵羊输卵管上皮细胞内,分为实验组(10-6 mol/L组、10-7 mol/L组、10-8 mol/L组、10-9 mol/L组和10-10 mol/L组)和相应的对照组,分别处理2,6,12,24,48h,然后通过实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术,检测17β-雌二醇对绵羊输卵管上皮细胞内SBD-1mRNA的表达变化.结果显示:17β-雌二醇对绵羊输卵管上皮细胞中SBD-1mRNA的表达存在着时间效应和剂量上的依赖关系;17β-雌二醇可以上调绵羊输卵管上皮细胞中SBD-1mRNA表达,上调表达的最佳时间为6h,最佳浓度为10-8 mol/L(P0.01).     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
