目的 本文较详细介绍了一种提取细胞边缘信息的、基于Canny算子和数学形态学的结合型算法. 该结合型算法的建立为后续细胞图像的目标识别、特征提取、图像匹配等的实现提供一定的理论依据. 方法先采用Canny算子进行细胞边缘的粗提取, 接着运用数学形态学对图像进行一系列操作, 直至检测出细胞边缘. 结果与结论该方法优于传统的微分算子和经中值滤波后再进行Canny算子检测后的边缘效果.  相似文献

提出一种基于Legendre正交矩的新的三维边界检测算子. 通过窗口计算, 该算子可以用来检测三维物体的边界, 并具有比一般其他算子更高的方向灵敏度和表面精度, 同时具有明确的几何模型意义. 计算量是采用矩算子时必须考虑的一个地方. 通过预先计算模板, 可以大大加速计算过程. 我们通过光线跟踪方法将该算子应用于医学图像的绘制当中. 结果表明, 采用Legendre矩的三维边界检测算子, 是一种位置方向计算精度较高的三维边界检测方法.  相似文献

通过对线性和非线性拉普拉斯算子的分析,提出了一种新的边界检测算子-中值非线性拉普拉斯算子,该算子无方向性,既可保留边界,又可去除噪声,此外,还提出了另一种用图象灰度变换与边界提取相结合检测边界的方法,由此,产生了另一种非线性边界提取算子-灰度均衡化中值非线性拉普拉斯算子。最后对一幅加了盐-颗粒噪声的人物图象进行了计算机验证。  相似文献

提出一种数字图像边缘检测算法,采用差分进化算法优化细胞神经网络,通过简单的训练图像对细胞神经网络的模板参数进行适应性调整,得到边缘检测算子,采用该算子提取图像的边缘.实验结果验证了算法的有效性,该算法能够获得较好的图像边缘.  相似文献

提出了一种基于Canny算子和数学形态学的肉类细胞图像的边缘提取方法.制作了猪肉自然放置过程中各个时段的切片样本,先用Canny算子对0小时切片图像进行细胞边缘的提取,再根据数学形态学方法采用结构元素探针进行膨胀运算,对断裂的边缘和细胞内的孔隙进行填充,然后进行平滑处理.实验结果表明,该方法优于单纯基于微分算子的Canny算子边缘检测方法,为细胞切片图像的特征提取、识别等相关研究奠定了较好的基础.  相似文献

试管稠油油水界面准确检测对稠油破乳过程决策及操作优化具有重要作用。利用图像分析方法能够实时提取界面信息。由于稠油易附着玻璃试管,噪声严重,且不同界面明暗差异大,常规的图像界面提取方法难以同时提取不同界面。提出一种自适应边界检测算子,分别增强暗区域与亮区域。灰度形态学开运算,其运算结果分别膨胀和腐蚀处理,二者结果相减,增强暗区域。亮区域边界增强与暗区域边界增强是对偶运算。与传统的边界检测算子比较,该方法具有更好的抗噪性和定位能力。  相似文献

视频关键帧提取技术是视频数据处理研究领域的热点研究问题.该文针对现有的镜头边界检测技术不能有效提取关键帧的不足,提出一种基于小波边缘检测算子的自适应分块视频镜头边界检测算法.通过检测视频镜头变化,得到分割的镜头,然后对视频帧提取图像特征,并利用基因表达式编程(GEP)的自动聚类功能对视频帧进行聚类,提出并实现了基于GEP自动聚类的视频关键帧提取算法(KFC‐GEP).实验证明该方法能较好的提取视频序列的关键帧.  相似文献

边缘轮廓的分割与提取是基于图像处理方法检测线束端子压接质量的前提。针对传统图像处理方法自动提取线束端子截面边界轮廓不准确的问题,以偏微分理论为基础,结合Canny算子边缘检测方法,提出一种基于偏微分方程和Canny算子的边缘检测模型。利用卷积边界自动填充图像边界,通过梯度非极大值抑制选择阈值最大化区分目标和背景。理论研究和实验结果表明,该模型不仅能比较准确地检测图像边缘轮廓,而且对噪声、模糊有一定的抑制作用。该模型已经应用在线束端子断面轮廓自动测量系统中并准确地提取边缘轮廓。  相似文献

由于参数的限制和虹膜外边界两边低的对比度,使得Canny算子只能检测到位于某些频率段中的边缘,有时会漏掉一些比较模糊或者一些干扰较大的外边界.为了解决Canny算子进行虹膜定位过程中的鲁棒性问题,提出使用支持向量机(SVM)的自适应以改变Canny算子参数的方法.该算法通过傅立叶变换判断眼睛图像的质量,再使用SVM对眼睛图像分类,然后对于不同质量的眼睛图像采用不同参数的Canny算子检测边缘.实验结果表明该算法可以更加准确地检测到虹膜外边界,并有效地解决了虹膜定位中Canny算子的参数依赖问题.  相似文献

针对压路机特有的非结构化工作场景且较为固定的工作轨迹,采用视觉处理算法提取压路机钢轮的碾压痕迹.首先对碾压区域的RGB图像进行灰度化处理,并通过预处理算法消除随机噪声;其次通过比较Roberts、Sobel、Prewitt、Canny、Kirsch等边缘检测算子,选取检测效果最好的算子;最后采用Hough变换进行碾压痕迹线段提取.结果表明,Canny、Kirsch算子的边缘检测结果更为清晰,但经过Hough变换后,采用Kirsch算子提取到的直线误差最小.结合Kirsch算子和Hough变换的方法能准确提取钢轮碾压痕迹边缘信息,同时保证准确性和实时性,为压路机实现自动行驶提供了重要的视觉信息.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
