Two new species of the genus Richtersia Steiner, 1916 Steiner, G. 1916. Freilebende Nematoden aus der Barentssee. Zool Jb (Syst), 39: 511676.  [Google Scholar] from the northern Beibu Gulf, China are described: Richtersia beibuwanensis sp. nov. is characterized by the presence of multispiral amphids with 3.5 turns in the male and unispiral amphids in the female, the numerous and irregular short spines in the cervical region, regular rows of spines in the mid-body region, and with the two unequal spicules. Richtersia coifsoa sp. nov. is characterized by the regular arrangement of longitudinal rows with long spines, the six prominent horns in the cuticular collar, large flattened unispiral amphids in the male, 100% of corresponding head width, the presence of two unequal spicules, and the much smaller flattened unispiral amphids in the female.http://www.zoobank.org/urn:lsid:zoobank.org:pub:32C87AF7-9F3A-47A5-BFD8-4A6279562308  相似文献

Four species of Caligus, with two new species, are reported from five species of marine fishes of Taiwan. They are: Caligus arii Bassett‐Smith, 1898 Bassett‐Smith, P. W. 1898. Further new parasitic copepods found on fish in the Indo‐tropical region.. Annals and Magazine of Natural History (Series 7), 2: 7798. [Taylor & Francis Online] [Google Scholar] on the body surface of Trichiurus lepturus Linnaeus, Caligus dasyaticus Rangnekar, 1957 Rangnekar, M. P. 1957. Caligus dasyaticus sp. nov. and Caligus dussumieri sp. nov., (Copepoda) parasitic on Bombay fishes.. Journal of the University of Bombay, 25: 1622.  [Google Scholar] on the body surface of Dasyatis navarrae (Steindachner), Caligus dactylus n. sp. on the gill filaments of Dactyloptera peterseni (Nyström), and Caligus lutjani n. sp. in the oral/gill cavities of Lutjanus argentimaculaltus (Forsskål) and Lutjanus bohar (Forsskål). Both C. arii and C. dasyaticus are reported for the first time from Taiwan. Caligus dactylus differs from its congeners by the possession of the following combination of features: large myxal process on the maxilliped; a pair of parallel tines on the sternal furca with truncate tip; simple elements (without accessory process) at the tip of leg 1 exopod; and an armature formula of I‐0; I,III on leg 4. Caligus lutjani is distinguished by carrying a two‐segmented abdomen; a pair of diverged tines on the sternal furca with acute tip; an accessory process on the middle two of the terminal four elements on the exopod of leg 1; and a bipectinate, spiniform process on the exopod of leg 4 at the insertion of each of the five outer spines.  相似文献

The east and southeast Asian millipede tribe Nedyopodini is here restricted to a single genus, Nedyopus Attems, 1914 Attems, C. G. 1914. Die indo‐australischen Myriopoden.. Archiv für Naturgeschichte, 80: 1398.  [Google Scholar]; the following genera are here considered to be junior subjective synonyms: Vaulogerodesmus Brölemann, 1916 Brölemann, H. W. 1916. Essai de classification des polydesmiens (Myriapodes).. Annales de la Société Entomologique de France, 84: 523607.  [Google Scholar], Nesodyopus Verhoeff, 1940 Verhoeff, K. W. 1940. Zur Kenntnis ostasiatischer Diplopoden V (Polydesmoidea).. Zoologischer Anzeiger, 131: 129145.  [Google Scholar], n. syn., and Varyomorpha Wang, 1957, n. syn. This taxonomically confused tribe/genus is reviewed and redefined. Based on new collections, the fauna of Taiwan currently contains five Nedyopus species including the redescribed N. hsientienensis (Wang, 1957) and N. pectinatus (Wang, 1957), both n. comb. ex Varyomorpha, as well as the newly described N. caudatus n. sp., N. latus n. sp., and N. wui n. sp. A key to these five species is provided.  相似文献

The parasitic isopod genus Gigantione is first recorded from China. Four species are reported infesting xanthid and goneplacid crabs, three are new to science, and one is a new record from China. Gigantione ishigakiensis Shiino, 1941 Shiino, S. M. 1941. Further notes on Bopyrids from Kyûsyû and Ryûkyû.. Annotat Zool Jpn., 20: 154158.  [Google Scholar], infesting Liagore rubromaculata (De Haan); G. hainanensis sp. nov., infesting Atergatis floridus (L.) and Atergatis sp., which differs from other recorded species in the shape of its barbula, first oostegite and subrectangular maxilliped; G. rhombos sp. nov., infesting Heteroplax dentata Stimpson, Eucrate alcocki Serene and Eucrate sp., its female distinguished from other species of Gigantione by having a prominent rhombic projection on the barbula; and G. tau sp. nov., infesting Carcinoplax longimanus (De Haan), the female of which differs from other species mainly by its T‐shaped pigmentation on the head. Four brachyuran crabs are first reported as hosts of bopyrids. A list of all brachyuran species so far recorded as bopyrid hosts in China is provided.  相似文献

Images of adults and illustrations of genitalia of the new species and the redescribed species are provided. A checklist and a key to the known Chinese species are presented, along with a map showing the distribution of these species.  相似文献

In the course of our examination of samples of Cladocera from South America and subantarctic islands in the collection of the Swedish Museum of Natural History, Stockholm, we found some type material of Sven Ekman, unrecognized earlier, as well as other samples described in his publications (Ekman 1900 Ekman, S. 1900. Some recent problems of systematics of Daphnia in South America are discussed.  相似文献

The genus Mimopodabrus Wittmer is reviewed, and the genus diagnosis is re-described. Three new species are described, M. multidentatus sp. nov. (Guangdong, China), M. variabilis sp. nov. (Yunnan, China) and M. diversefoveolatus sp. nov. (Lao Cai, Vietnam), with illustrations of habitus, antennae and aedeagus.
