采用碱化絮凝法对渤海海水进行脱硼预处理,考察了单因素pH、温度、碱化剂种类、絮凝剂种类、絮凝剂用量、慢搅时间对脱硼效果的影响.结果表明,在30,℃,用碱化剂NaOH调节pH=11,加入絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁(PAFCS)3,mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)1,mg/L,慢搅(50,r/min)15,min,静沉3,h效果最佳,脱硼率达到89.24%,余硼含量0.48,mg/L.利用电子显微镜对浆料Mg(OH)2进行观测分析,初步探讨了碱化絮凝机理.  相似文献

以竹炭、絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)及聚丙烯酰胺(NPAM)处理印染废水.结果表明,在处理印染废水时,竹炭与絮凝剂的组合使用效果优于单一组分的处理效果.当竹炭、PAC和NPAM的用量分别为0.15g、680mg/L和6mg/L时,CODCr去除率为91.3%,沉降速率53.47mm/min,处理后水的色度低于2倍.  相似文献

为比较粘红酵母发酵液絮凝后的收集工艺,本文首先考察了发酵液组分对聚丙烯酰胺絮凝粘红酵母的影响,确定了菌体分离过程中絮凝沉淀法和絮凝气浮法的最佳复合絮凝剂种类及用量,然后以分离成本为比较对象,分析了两种方法的优劣。结果表明发酵液组分对粘红酵母的分离收集有一定影响作用,两种分离方法的最佳复合絮凝剂均为聚合硫酸铁和聚丙烯酰胺。沉淀法最佳复合絮凝剂用量分别为聚合硫酸铁500 mg/L和聚丙烯酰胺40mg/L,菌体沉淀去除率可达95%。气浮法最佳复合絮凝剂用量分别为聚合硫酸铁500 mg/L和聚丙烯酰胺60 mg/L,气浮率可达90%。  相似文献

选用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)作为絮凝剂,分析了不同的原水浊度、pH值和温度条件下,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的投加量、搅拌时间对絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的最佳投加量为0.3~0.6 mg/L,搅拌时间为4 min。根据得到的最佳反应条件,对生活污水进行为期一个月的实验研究,结果显示泥饼含水率明显降低。  相似文献

以无水氯化铝、碳酸铵、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵及亚硫酸氢钠等为主要原材料自制聚合氯化铝(PAC)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)2种絮凝剂,将2种絮凝剂复合使用处理造纸中段废水.通过实验考察了絮凝剂的投加量、投加顺序、pH值、反应温度及反应时间等5种主要因素对处理效果的影响.实验结果表明:温度在30℃时,pH 7.0左右,先加入100mg/L的PAC快速搅拌2min,然后加入2.0mg/L的PAM搅拌3min,静置12min后絮凝效果达到最佳状态,其COD去除率可达74%以上,脱色率可达83%.  相似文献

该文选用阳离子型高分子絮凝剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)处理用铝酸钙粉生产聚合氯化铝固液分离中产生的洗渣废水,取得了较好的效果。试验结果表明,该絮凝剂无论在投药量、处理效果方面都比传统的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)优越。在pH为6.5、投药量为0.5mg/L的条件下,经过8h的沉降,其出水SS可降至2.1mg/L以下,可以达标排放或者回用。下层絮体结构紧密,易于脱水。  相似文献

以有机胺、环氧氯丙烷、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、铁盐和铝盐为原料,研制出一种既含有酰胺基团和阳离子季胺盐基团,又含有阴离子羧酸基团的高效有机无机复合型絮凝剂F-1.研究了F-1的絮凝性能,结果表明,F-1是一种优良的制药废水处理剂,在絮凝剂的用量为300mg·L-1进行某制药废水处理时废液中的CODCr、SS、色度的去除率分别为69.7%,96.4%,87.5%.其性能明显优于聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁、硫酸铝、硫酸亚铁等絮凝剂.  相似文献

为回收利用高炉渣中的有效元素,以高镁炼铁炉渣的硫酸酸解液为原料,采用絮凝脱硅法分离回收硅元素。研究絮凝剂种类、絮凝温度、絮凝时间、絮凝剂质量分数和絮凝剂加入量等因素对脱硅效果的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电镜-能谱分析(SEM-EDS)对脱硅渣的物相和结构进行分析。研究结果表明:阳离子高分子絮凝剂能有效脱除酸解液中带负电的硅酸分子。在反应初期,随絮凝温度、时间、絮凝剂质量分数和絮凝剂加入量的增大,脱硅率增大;絮凝温度继续增大,絮凝剂聚合氯化铝和PDADMAC自身受到温度影响,脱硅效果下降;絮凝剂质量分数继续增大,聚丙烯酰胺发生“架桥保护”,脱硅效果下降。最佳反应条件如下:脱硅絮凝剂为聚丙烯酰胺,絮凝温度为50℃,絮凝时间为1.5 h,脱硅絮凝剂质量分数为1%,每50 mL酸解夜中,脱硅絮凝剂加入量为8 g。在最佳反应条件下,有效脱除了高炉渣酸解液中的硅元素,硅元素质量浓度由1 366 mg/L降低到235 mg/L,脱硅渣中硅氧含量(质量分数)达95.8%,可用于制备水玻璃、硅肥等产品。  相似文献

将磁粉与聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)联用组成复合絮凝剂来处理热轧废水。在改变絮凝剂各组分投加量的条件下进行絮凝试验,分析热轧废水的浊度和含油量变化,研究复合絮凝剂的最优投加方案。试验结果表明,当磁粉、PAC和PAM的投加量分别为5mg/L、15mg/L和1.5mg/L时,热轧废水的净化效果最佳,其浊度由82.6NTU降为10.5NTU,含油量由15.62mg/L降为7.44mg/L。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
