以活性石灰为研究对象,对其进行微观分析。通过测定石灰物性,如活性度、石灰体积密度、气孔率、比表面积与孔径等,确定了石灰活性与其物性相互之间的关系。石灰活性度随着体积密度、孔径的增大而减小,随着比表面积气孔率的增大而增大。从活性石灰微孔和中孔的分布范围和积累量来看,石灰中微孔和中、孔的积累量越大,石灰活性度越高。  相似文献

研究了活性石灰的微观结构与活性度的关系.在AutoPore Ⅳ 9500型压汞仪上对样品进行孔隙结构分析,在场发射扫描电子显微镜下观察样品的微观形貌,通过国标法测了试样品活性度.实验发现:随着比表面积、孔容积的增大,石灰活性度增大;随着平均孔径的增加,石灰的活性度下降.  相似文献

采用吸附仪测定了所制负载金属活性碳纤维的吸附等温线 ,然后用不同理论方法对孔径分布进行表征分析。结果表明负载Pd Cu的活性碳纤维仍以微孔为主 ,微孔孔径呈单分布。随着活性碳纤维负载Pd Cu量的增加 ,中孔孔容增大 ,纤维孔径分布曲线的举点 (峰值 )位置略有增加 ,平均微孔孔径增大 ,但负载量在 10 %以内时最大微孔孔容和BET比表面积下降。负载Pd Cu活性碳纤维的孔结构特征与催化反应性能有密切联系  相似文献

利用氮气吸附的方法,测量了枣庄烟煤及其在常压流化床空气气氛下的气化半焦的比表面积、总孔体积、孔径等参数,研究结果表明:在空气气化过程中孔隙结构变得发达,比表面积、总孔体积明显增大,孔径明显减小,且随着温度的升高,半焦的比表面积,孔隙率也明显增大,平均孔径明显减小.并与氮气热解半焦进行对比,气化半焦的比表面积和总孔体积都明显的增大.  相似文献

研究四川盆地上三叠统须家河组黑色泥(页)岩的微孔隙特征及其控制因素。对须家河组泥(页)岩储层的井下岩心进行系统采样,进行场发射扫描电镜/能谱分析、比表面积和孔径、总有机碳含量、有机质成熟度、生油岩热解分析、X射线全岩和黏土矿物含量等一系列分析测试。结果显示,须家河组泥(页)岩的主要孔隙类型为粒间孔、粒缘缝、有机质气孔、粒间溶孔、黏土矿物晶间隙以及微裂缝等。其中有少数粒间微孔、粒间溶孔和粒缘缝的孔径可达到微米级。比表面积和孔径分析的孔径主要分布在0.895~19.907nm,以微孔为主;微孔和中孔的体积占孔隙总体积的92.5%。影响孔隙发育的因素主要有埋深、成岩演化、矿物、有机质丰度和热演化。埋深增大会造成微孔和中孔的体积减小,但成岩演化的溶蚀作用和黏土矿物组合的变化有利于大孔的体积增加;总有机碳含量与微孔和中孔的体积、比表面积以及微米级孔径正相关,起到主控作用;有机质成熟度对孔径和孔体积的控制作用较弱。  相似文献

磷酸活化汉麻布活性炭纤维的孔结构   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以汉麻布为原料,采用磷酸活化法制备了汉麻布活性炭纤维,并利用低温氮气吸附和密度泛函理论(DFT)对样品的孔结构进行了分析。结果表明,随着活化温度的升高,磷酸活化的汉麻布活性炭纤维的BET比表面积和总孔容都呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。不同方法计算得到的样品比表面积值呈相同的变化规律。样品的孔分布集中在2 nm以下的微孔范围内,既有极微孔又有超微孔,只有少量中孔,基本没有大孔。所有样品的孔径在微孔范围内都呈现多峰分布,孔径≤1 nm和1~2 nm的范围内分别都出现了2个峰值孔径。微孔孔容基本上随活化温度的升高而增加,而中孔孔容的数值则整体上变化不大。样品表面能量分布较宽,并呈现有多个不连续峰值的多峰分布,宽的孔径分布导致宽的表面能量分布和较多的能量峰值,并使吸附位的种类也随之增多。  相似文献

为了掌握热处理对纳米复合材料微结构的影响情况,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了高比表面积及大孔容的纳米TiO2/SiO2复合粒子.利用热分析、XRD、FTIR和比表面积测试仪等仪器对不同热处理条件的纳米复合粒子进行了表征.结果发现,纳米复合粒子中TiO2的锐钛矿型和金红石型晶型转变温度分别由一般的350℃和600℃升高到660℃和770℃,晶粒度随热处理温度的升高和时间的延长而增大;同时,随着热处理温度的升高,复合粒子的比表面积逐渐减小,且微孔减少比例由小孔径微孔占多数逐渐转变为较大孔径微孔占多数.  相似文献

为建立能真实反映煤焦比表面积和孔隙结构的分析方法,分别以N2、Ar和CO2作为吸附质测定淮南煤焦的吸附等温线,并采用多层吸附模型(BET)、孔径分布模型(BJH)和非定域密度函数理论(NLDFT)模型计算煤焦的比表面积和孔隙结构。结果表明:淮南煤焦含有连续分布的微孔和介孔,孔形以狭缝形孔和一端封闭的盲孔为主。由于四极矩的存在导致以N2为吸附质时测得的吸附量、比表面积和孔容较Ar大;BET模型主要用于介孔材料孔结构的分析,用于样品中的微孔分析时,其分析表面积偏小。表征多孔碳材料,特别是含有复杂无序的孔隙结构的物质时,一种较为合适的方法是:首先,以Ar作为吸附质,判断煤焦中介孔的孔形及孔径分布,并采用NLDFT模型对煤焦在介孔范围内的比表面积和孔体积进行计算;然后,以CO2作吸附质对煤焦的微孔进行分析,通过NLDFT模型获取煤焦微孔范围内的比表面积和孔结构等参数。  相似文献

为进一步分析中低阶煤孔隙结构特征,选取新疆矿区4个典型煤样,通过低温氮吸附法和压汞法测试了煤样的孔隙参数,得到2种测试方法下孔隙比表面积及孔隙体积分布,提出2种测试方法的全孔径段孔隙联孔原则:首先在不超过各自测试范围的前提下,测试微孔孔隙特征以氮吸附法为主,中孔及大孔孔隙特征主要以压汞法为主,联孔位置在过渡孔段; 2种方法在同一孔隙直径处比表面积增量或孔隙体积增量差值最小处即为联孔段。分析了实验煤样全孔径段的孔隙特征,研究结果表明:采用氮吸附法和压汞法对煤样全孔径段孔隙结构分析的联孔位置,对于低阶煤为50~60 nm,中阶煤为85~90 nm,均位于过渡孔段;全孔径段孔隙比表面积占比,低阶煤以微孔为主,中阶煤受微孔和过渡孔共同作用;中低阶煤的全孔径段孔隙体积占比均以中大孔为主。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
