基于时域统计平均预处理的RBF网络发动机气缸压力识别方法

在柴油发动机气缸压力的识别过程中，针对缸盖振动信号的信噪比低且呈非平稳特性，影响神经网络对气缸压力识别的问题，提出了在径向基函数(RBF)网络训练前，对训练样本进行时域统计平均降噪预处理，再对实验样本进行识别．结果表明，时域统计平均有效提高了训练样本的信噪比，RBF网络经训练后，对柴油发动机气缸压力的识别具有计算速度快、识别精度高的优点．     

内燃机缸盖振动传递特性研究

对内燃机缸盖系统的振动激励及表面振动信号的特性进行分析,建立了缸盖系统的振动模型。利用数字信号处理技术和模态实验方法,对不同情况下缸盖系统的动态传递函数和静态传递函数进行了分析比较。根据缸盖系统的动态传递函数设计反相滤波器,进行了直接由缸盖表面振动信号识别气缸压力的研究。     

内燃机缸盖振动信号建模与仿真

针对现有内燃机振动信号采集方法存在的问题,提出一种通过建模仿真来模拟内燃机不同工况振动信号的方法。首先,建立内燃机配气机构动力学模型及气缸模型,分别用来模拟不同间隙气门的落座力及气缸压力;其次对内燃机缸盖进行模态分析,提取前30阶振型及其对应的频率;最后采用有限元法建立内燃机缸盖模型,借助气门落座力及气缸压力仿真结果对缸盖振动进行模拟仿真。利用缸盖振动的实测信号对其模拟信号进行验证,结果证明模拟方法有效可行。

柴油机缸盖周期性振动信号的自相关周期识别

提出了类周期概念,利用拓展的周期信号自相关函数,实现了柴油机缸盖振动信号类周期的识别和主要振动波形的提取。实践证明,该方法的准确性高,有利于实现数据处理的智能化,为进一步分析柴油机缸盖振动信号奠定了扎实的基础。     

内燃机气缸压力的振动信号倒谱识别方法

分析了内燃机缸盖系统的传递特性,提出了利用缸盖表面振动信号识别气缸压力的倒谱分析方法。通过倒谱开窗并进行平滑处理,使测量的振动信号和计算的传递函数更具鲁棒性,可以消除传感器测点位置和内燃机运行工况等敏感因素的影响。实验及分析结果表明了这种方法的可行性和有效性。     

柴油机故障诊断中振动信号测点位置的研究

在295柴油机上进行设定的进排气系统故障实验,获取各工况下三个不同测点位置的缸盖振动信号,然后利用改进的基于神经网络和小波分析的故障诊断方法进行分析.实验和仿真结果表明,不同测点获取的振动信号蕴含故障特征是不同的.从缸盖上方采集的振动信号更能表征各种故障特征,其故障准确识别率达到95.4%,较其他两个测点有大幅度提高.为基于振动信号的柴油机故障诊断提供了最佳的测点位置,以提高故障的诊断准确性.对其他复杂机械的振动诊断同样具有参考价值.     

基于振动分析的柴油机故障程度的研究

利用神经网络诊断模型来识别故障发展的不同程度,并以柴油机连杆铜套磨损故障为例进行分析.首先在295柴油机上进行了设定及待定工况实验,获取各工况下的缸盖振动信号;然后利用基于神经网络和小波分析的故障诊断方法进行故障程度识别;最后利用训练后的模型对待定工况进行故障程度的判定.实验和仿真结果表明:对于各设定工况,诊断模型可以定量地识别出来,准确率达到100 %;对于待定工况,诊断模型也可以给出定量的故障程度描述.从而使操作者能及时了解故障的发展情况,并根据网络模型的定量输出结果对故障部件进行相应的维修或更换处理.     

基于复Morlet变换和改进AlexNet神经网络的柴油机气门间隙异常故障诊断方法

针对柴油机缸盖振动信号非线性、非平稳的特点,以及传统故障诊断方法需要先验知识且特征提取费时费力的缺点,提出了一种基于复Morlet变换和改进AlexNet神经网络的柴油机气门间隙异常故障诊断方法。首先通过复Morlet小波将柴油机缸盖振动信号转换为时频图,该变换包含了信号的时频域信息,比单一的时域或频域信号更适合分析柴油机缸盖振动这种非平稳信号;其次将时频图输入至AlexNet神经网络进行特征自动提取并建立故障诊断模型,解决了传统手工提取特征费时费力且需要专家经验的问题;然后通过Batch Normalization和Dropout技术改进网络结构,并优化神经网络超参数以提高模型的准确度和计算效率;最后将本文方法与传统的故障诊断方法应用于柴油机气门间隙异常故障诊断并进行对比,发现其诊断准确率最高,验证了所提方法的优越性。     

基于IMF灵敏度分析的柴油机振动源影响规律

为了确定柴油机供油参数对振动源的影响,提出了振动信号IMF分量灵敏度分析方法.结合试验手段与信号处理技术,在IMF分量灵敏度理论分析的基础上建立了IMF分量灵敏度分析流程及计算模型,并采用该模型对模拟仿真信号与缸盖振动信号进行了计算分析.分析结果表明,模拟仿真信号验证了IMF分量灵敏度计算分析的有效性,同时,IMF分量的灵敏度分析能够有效识别与供油压力密切相关的振动源,从而实现了供油压力的合理选择,为柴油机振动控制提供了参考依据.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
