依据刘桥一矿II661大倾角俯仰采工作面为研究背景,通过现场矿压实测,对支架初撑力、工作阻力等进行分析,研究了大倾角俯仰采开采过程中俯采阶段及仰采阶段的矿压显现规律。研究得出的结论可为采区其他工作面煤层开采提供现实的指导意义,并可对皖北矿区具有类似煤层条件的矿井开采提供参考。  相似文献

为了研究大采高浅埋煤层综采工作面矿压显现规律,对张家峁煤矿15201综采工作面(首采)矿压进行了现场观测,分析了初次来压和周期来压。通过来压时液压支架工作阻力及动载系数分析可知,支架工作阻力分布以正态分布为主,初撑力富余量较大;液压支架初撑力利用率偏低,说明初撑力的管理有待加强。研究结果为实现大采高浅埋煤层工作面支架选型及正常开采提供了可靠的理论依据。  相似文献

针对复杂地质条件下大采高综采工作面矿压显现及煤柱留设问题,以赵庄煤矿3号煤层5302工作面为研究对象,通过现场实测方法,揭示复杂地质条件下软煤层大采高开采的矿压显现规律及工作面合理煤柱宽度。研究结果表明:工作面基本顶初次来压步距为15.4~25 m,平均为21.4 m;来压期间支架平均工作阻力为5842.175 k N。基本顶周期来压呈分段局部来压,来压步距一般在5.3~13.7 m左右,平均为8.9 m;来压期间支架工作阻力平均为5588.23 k N。根据数值模拟及现场观测数据确定5302工作面合理净煤柱宽度不应小于40 m为宜。  相似文献

介绍了大采高综采工作面的矿压观测方法,通过现场矿压观测成果,对大采高综采工作面矿压显现特征及其规律进行了详细分析,建立了大采高综采工作面力学模型,并对工作面顶板分类和支架选型的合理性作了初步研究。结果表明:大采高综采工作面采场来压动载系数小,无冲击载荷;直接顶来压明显但不强烈;支架控制岩层层位高;采场支架以静载为主,静载计算力学模型可以满足顶板控制要求。  相似文献

大倾角近距离煤层采场的矿压显现规律较大倾角单一煤层长壁采场更为复杂,需进行深入的研究。以2130煤矿4#煤和5#煤近距离大倾角煤层开采为背景,采用物理相似材料模拟实验、数值计算、理论分析和现场试验相结合的研究方法,系统研究了大倾角近距离煤层采场的覆岩运移及顶板破坏特征。结果表明,大倾角近距离煤层的连续开采,影响采场的覆岩垮落规律、围岩应力分布、顶底板变形破坏特征;近距离煤层两工作面不同的位置关系导致下煤层工作面顶板形成不同的力学结构、发生不同的变形破坏及位移,影响下层煤开采的矿压显现; 25221工作面的基本顶岩梁首先于上端处发生破断,并在之后的运移中于中部再次发生破断,影响了工作面支架载荷与稳定性,使工作面支架呈现出倾斜中部受载较大、下部次之、上部最小和中下部支架受载稳定、中上部受载多变的非对称特征。研究结果可为大倾角近距离煤层开采提供理论依据,并为2130煤矿的后续开采提供参考。  相似文献

针对软煤层大采高长壁工作面矿山压力显现剧烈、煤壁片帮严重的问题,以赵庄煤矿3305大采高综采工作面为例,介绍了大采高综采工作面矿山压力的观测方案。通过现场观测,对软煤层大采高综采工作面矿山压力显现规律和特征进行了分析,并对工作面煤壁片帮情况进行了统计分析。提出了相应的建议及措施,以有效满足控制大采高综采工作面顶板和煤壁片帮的要求,实现矿井安全高产高效开采和取得较好的经济效益。  相似文献

From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
