A study is reported for mathematical model and simulation of complex structure fancy yarns. The investigated complex structure fancy yarns have a multithread structure composed of three components -core, effect, and binder yams. In current research the precondition was accepted that the cross-sections of the both two yarns of the effect intermediate product in the complex structure fancy yarn remain the circles shaped, and this shape does not change during manufacturing of the fancy yarn. Mathematical model of complex structure fancy yarn is established based on parameter equation of space helix line and computer simulation is further carried out using the computational mathematical tool Matlab 6.5. Theoretical structure of fancy yarn is compared with an experimental sample. The simulation system would help for further the set ofinformation in designing of new assortment of the complex structure fancy yarns and prediction of visual effects of fancy yarns in end-use fabrics.  相似文献

以涤纶基导电长丝为芯纱、锦纶低弹丝为固结纱、羊绒粗纱经牵伸后为饰纱,开发了4种抗静电羊绒花式纱线(花式平线、波形线各2种),并分别制成纬平织物.对织物的抗静电性能进行测试,对比试验结果表明,抗静电羊绒花式纱线织物的电荷面密度仅为同线密度纯羊绒织物的1/8.同时分析了花式纱线的结构和包缠捻度的大小对织物抗静电性能的影响,研究发现:花式平线的导电效果优于波形线;随着捻度增加,由抗静电羊绒花式纱线制成的织物电荷面密度有减小的迹象.  相似文献

本文采用有限元法计算了高空速空心锭子的临界转速和振动形态,分析了结构参数对临界转速的影响,设计并制造了高速空心锭子样件,并对样件进行了模态测试,以验证理论计算的正确性。最后测试了空心锭子在各转速下的振幅及噪声,结果表明:所研制的空心锭子达到了设计要求,能用于纺纱生产。  相似文献

为了研究三组分花式线的力学性能,对其强力的构成进行理论预测和试验分析,从花式线组成出发,分析了三组分花式线的结构和影响因素;然后通过拉伸应力-应变曲线,对常见三组分花式线进行了强伸性能的测定;最后,对3种三组分花式线的强力进行了理论预测和试验分析。结子线的强伸性能有较大差别;圈圈线的强伸性能主要由芯纱决定;氨纶包缠纱由氨纶提供弹性,由包缠在氨纶外侧的非弹性纱决定纱线的强力。  相似文献

本文分析了目前粗支纱摩擦纺机和细支纱摩擦纺机的特点。作者设计了一种纤维分梳和输送形式。试验表明,该形式适纺支数范围较宽(148—18.5tex),能以1—2根条子喂入,纺制纯棉纱和各种纤维的混纺纱;可纺制内外层的纤维组分不一样的夹花纱;在安装附加装置后也可纺制包芯纱和花色纱。该装置机构简单,占地面积小,可供设计中、粗支纱摩擦纺纱机时参考。  相似文献

Based on the mechanical system of free-end fibers and the analysis of pulling free-end fibers out of the spun yarn during spinning,a low-fiber hollow spindle is designed and the air distribution of fluent field is simulated numerically. The negative pressure effect is much bigger at the top of low-fiber hollow spindle than that in Murata No.861,which is more conducive for single fiber to get into the channel of hollow spindle. The tangential velocity in 0-3 mm at the top of hollow spindle increases and the fluctuation of radial velocity is much stronger,which enhance the wrapping effect. In the addition,the distribution of axial velocity remains the same.  相似文献

Friction spun core yarn has two components: filament core and staple fiber sheath. Under axial rubbing action, the failure mode of the core yarn is the stripping of the sheath from the core. This paper introduces a method to test the anti - stripping property of the core yarn. With a modified Universal Testing Machine, the stripping resistance of friction spun core yarn can be continuously measured. Some factors Influencing the measurements are discussed in detail. The testing results are compared with those from a Y731 Yarn Abrasion Tester and fur - ther confirmed by weaving practice.  相似文献

To accurately evaluate and predict the covered effect of cowrapped yarn,a novel characterization is performed by covered ratio and fineness. Polyimide / metal wire co-wrapped yarn which was designed for applications in aerospace and composites was developed through hollow spindle spinning process. Core yarn speed,hollow spindle rotating speed,and wrapping yarn twist were selected as three main factors that affected spinning process. An empirical model indicating relationship between spinning parameters and covered effect was established based on response surface methodology( RSM). The results show that wrapping yarn twist contributes greatly to smooth wrapping process. Core yarn speed and spindle rotating speed are significant impact factors of covered effect and they interact significantly in covered ratio, but indistinctively in fineness.  相似文献

The structure of a hollow spindle wrap spun yarn depends greatly on the steadiness of bindertension and of balloon rotation.The two commonly used binder bobbin forms,the cop type andthe flanged type,both as sources of spinning condition fluctuation,are examined in order to revealtheir effects on the wrap spun yarn structure.False twist is introduced on hollow spindle spinningmachines in order to avoid strand breaks before it is tightly wrapped up.However,an investigationof the false twisti g-wrapping process shows that this inevitably causes irregular yarn tortuosity.  相似文献

在绿色开采思想的指导下,对关键层理论在保水开采中的应用进行了分析。通过算例讨论了三者的关系并分析了岩层变形一渗流耦合系统的复杂性特征,提出应用复杂系统动力学理论解释突水机制的初步设想。研究表明,在承载关键层破断前,承载关键层同时也是保水关键层;在承载关键层破断后,不再具有隔水作用,而保水关键层此时由渗流关键层充当;如果承载关键层破断,并且渗流关键层不存在,则会发生突水现象。岩层变形一渗流耦合动力学系统是具有时变边界、非线性、非均匀性和非连续性等特征的复杂系统。将复杂系统动力学引入突水防治理论研究,可以从本质上描述突水的过程。  相似文献
