数字参考服务质量评估体系建立初探

随着图书馆网上实时参考服务的迅速崛起 ,为了保障其顺利可持续发展 ,有关数字参考服务质量评估标准的研究日益受到关注 .根据国内外图书馆利用实时软件技术进行咨询服务涉及到的有关质量评价环节 ,从与之紧密相关的服务系统、服务过程、回答质量、用户满意程度、服务统计、成本测度和服务开放程度考虑 ,提出了三级服务质量评估指标体系 ,并列出了具体指标项目 .同时 ,根据层次分析法等评估方法 ,对数字参考服务质量评估的实际操作进行了探讨     

论数字参考咨询服务的质量控制

根据数字参考咨询服务流程,提出应从技术、馆员、用户、管理4个方面进行数字参考咨询服务质量控制。     

基于扎根理论的公共数字文化服务用户满意度影响因素研究

探讨了公共数字文化服务用户满意度的影响因素,运用扎根理论方法对38位访谈对象的原始访谈资料进行了编码并构建了用户服务满意度影响因素理论模型,发现影响因素包括用户归因、服务主体归因、社会环境归因3个主范畴,其中用户归因、服务主体归因分别是直接影响用户满意度的内、外部驱动因素,社会环境归因是间接影响用户满意度的情境驱动因素,在此基础上,探讨了用户满意度的影响成因及提升对策.     

安徽国家湿地公园游客感知服务质量测评

国内对湿地公园服务质量研究较少,随着湿地公园建设发展,服务质量问题日渐突出.采用实证研究的方法,通过相关文献和深度访谈构建出理论模型.采用面对面发放调查问卷的形式,利用统计分析软件,运用信度、效度、相关及回归分析、独立样本T检验等方法,测定出影响游客感知服务质量的影响因子以及权重大小,并分析了性别的影响.研究发现:有形性和服务补救性对服务质量有显著正向影响,五个因素的权重大小依次为有形性、服务补救性、美感性、可靠性、保证性.性别对五个因素以及服务质量无显著影响.以上研究,对于安徽国家湿地公园服务质量的提升有参考和借鉴作用.     

数字参考咨询服务质量评价指标体系研究

提出了基于“系统使用、服务过程、服务水平、用户满意度”四大指标的数字参考咨询服务质量评价体系,并对评价原则、评价方法及相关评价要素作了较为全面的论述。     

数字参考咨询馆员服务质量的SMLC模式研究

在数字参考咨询馆员与用户的交互过程中,数字参考咨询馆员的服务质量决定着数字参考咨询服务的质量,二者之间存在着正相关。因此,研究数字参考咨询人员服务质量的提升策略有着重要的意义,本文基于制度、管理、馆员与沟通四个方面构建了SMLC模式,以实现用户和咨询馆员的双赢结果。     

高校图书馆数字资源利用的调查与分析——以南阳师范学院图书馆为例

通过网络调查和开放式问卷调查的方法,对南阳师范学院图书馆数字资源的网络点击率和用户使用情况进行了调查,通过调查了解了影响用户使用图书馆数字资源的因素以及用户对图书馆数字资源建设、管理与服务的满意度,提出了提高高校图书馆数字资源利用率的策略.     

基于用户感知的图书馆智慧服务质量形成机理

基于用户感知理论深入挖掘了图书馆智慧服务质量形成规律;利用服务对象、服务内容、服务环境、服务方式四大要素,构建了具有影响、制约、驱动、反馈网状关系结构的图书馆智慧服务质量形成系统;论述了基于用户感知的图书馆智慧服务质量形成之动力(内部机理作用力、外部环境驱动力、联合作用驱动力),分析了这些动力的作用过程,即动力挖掘、动力转化、动力发展、动力调度4个环节,探讨了作用于动态认知、理性感知、效能理解的图书馆智慧服务质量形成过程;基于要素支撑系统结构、动力推动系统运转、过程决定系统机理三者的关系,构建了基于用户感知的图书馆智慧服务质量形成机理模型,使图书馆智慧服务可以主动感知目标用户、主动融合用户认知、主动兼容用户情景、主动贴近用户;建立了用户需求保障策略、内容资源保障策略、技术环境保障策略、服务效能保障策略,维护并促进质量形成生态系统按照质量形成机理作用顺利运转.     

移动互联网背景下高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务质量提升研究

在移动互联网时代,数字参考咨询服务作为高校图书馆读者服务的核心业务,关系到高校科研工作的顺利开展.该文基于数字参考咨询服务的常用形式,通过探讨数字参考咨询服务存在的问题和原因,提出了高校图书馆在移动互联网时代数字参考咨询服务质量提升的对策建议.     

基于用户偏好的地方公共数字文化云服务

公共数字文化是人类精神文明建设的重要组成部分,也是推动生产力发展的重要因素。本文通过对所掌握的文献资料整理,了解我国当前公共数字文化服务的研究现状,在此基础上,阐述地方公共数字文化服务引入云计算的动因和用户偏好分析,提出地方公共数字文化服务云的建设构想,以期为全面推进地方公共数字文化服务能力提供经验借鉴,或为相关机构输出更适合用户需求的数字文化产品提供参考。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
