提出一种纸色谱斑点定量的新途径-化学发光法及专用装置。研究了经纸色谱分离后的含Au(Ⅲ)斑点与Luminol-H2O2直接接触产生的化学发光动力学曲线,最大发光信号值与斑点含Au量在1-10^-3μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.7ng,以1mol/L HCl为流动相,研究了28种常见金属离子的纸色谱行为,发现除As(Ⅳ)和Mo(Ⅵ)外,其它离子可以完全分离,对含0.3μg金的纸斑点经7次测  相似文献

低压离子色谱分离-荧光素增敏偶合化学发光检测Cr(Ⅵ)   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
报道了用低压离子色谱分离Cr(Ⅵ),Cr(Ⅵ)与K4Fe(CN)6反应生成K3Fe(CN)6再与Luminol化学发光偶合检测Cr(Ⅵ).荧光素对此化学发光反应有增敏作用.优化条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)浓度与化学发光强度在6·0×10-9-2·8×10-7g·mL-1范围内成正比(r=0·9964).选定Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为1·6×10-7g·mL-1,进行5次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1·24%.检出限(3σ)2·0×10-9g·mL-1,检测灵敏度与二苯碳酰二肼光度法相当.用于江水中Cr(Ⅵ)测定与标准方法无显著差异.  相似文献

在碱性条件下,研究了淫羊藿甙与Co(Ⅱ)形成的1∶1配合物催化鲁米诺-H2O2体系产生化学发光.在此基础上建立了反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分离柱后化学发光检测淫羊藿甙的新方法,并成功应用于安神补脑液中淫羊藿甙的测定.方法在0.5~20μg/mL范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9986,检出限为2×10-7g/mL(3σ).对2×10-6g/mL淫羊藿甙平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为4.5%.  相似文献

基于扑热息痛对鲁米诺铁氰化钾化学发光体系的抑制作用,采用HypersilC18色谱柱分离、抑制化学发光法检测了药物中的扑热息痛含量.扑热息痛浓度在8 0×10-7~1 6×10-5g/mL范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检测限(3σ)为7 4×10-8g/mL,方法的相对标准偏差为3 4%.该方法已成功应用于扑热息痛片、散利痛和维C银翘片中扑热息痛含量的测定.  相似文献

研究建立了一种以固相萃取净化结合超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定烟草中非挥发有机酸含量的分析方法.将烟草实验样品置于自主设计的样品萃取瓶中,用0. 1 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液超声提取,提取液通过装填有MCI-GEL反相树脂的筛板进行萃取净化;利用超高效液相色谱法进行分离测定,以5%的乙腈水溶液(含0. 1%磷酸)为流动相,利用Waters Acquity UPLCTM BEH C18(2. 1 mm×100 mm,1. 7μm)作为色谱分离柱;在优化的色谱条件下,烟草中5种非挥发有机酸(草酸、苹果酸、乳酸、柠檬酸和琥珀酸)在7 min内能得到较好的分离. 5种非挥发性有机酸在1. 0~550μg/m L范围内具有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数 0. 999;检出限在0. 10~0. 18μg/m L之间;不同添加水平下,回收率在95. 2%~102. 3%之间,精密度实验RSD在1. 5%~2. 2%之间.该方法前处理集提取、固相萃取、过滤和转移为一体,分析效率大大提高,准确度高,重复性好,可以应用于烟草及相关样品中非挥发性有机酸的测定.  相似文献

研究了甲氟哌酸(PFLX)和氧氟哌酸(OFLX)胶束薄层荧光法.以聚酰胺层析板为固定相,使用0.01mol/L的SDS和0.1mol/L的EDTA混合水溶液为展开剂,EDTA的加入避免了氟哌酸-金属离子的络合,使混合物得到较好的分离.在该条件下分离后的PFLX和OFLX的Rf值分别为0.60和0.77.试样斑点经薄层色谱扫描仪用荧光法扫描定量.激发波长为278nm(PFLX)和280nm(OFLX),截止波长在400nm.两个化合物的线性范围是0~90ng/斑点(PFLX)和0~110ng/斑点(OFLX),回归方程为C=3.21×10-3A-3.84(PFLX)和C=4.88×10-3A-3.54(OFLX),相关系数均在0.998以上.在血样和尿样中回收率为98.2%~108.1%,RSD<7.4%  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
