通过对山楂的物理结构分析及山楂去核的受力分析,提出以山楂核的中心进行定位的方案,以解决山楂去核时因定位不准而造成的破碎率高,惨档剩余率高的问题。设计制造了适合中小罐头厂生产需要的山楂去核机,该机以山楂果实的上下凹点为定位基准的中心定位方式。以上下工作头完成定位加工,保证了加工精度。该机工作效率比人工去核提高了9倍多,达72.0kg/h。 相似文献

为了满足市场需求,提高山楂食品制作工艺中去核步骤工作的效率,研制一款新型的山楂去核机替代人工手动完成山楂去核工作,摒弃日常小型工具手动人工去核的方案,使用更简便的机构设计提高去核效率。本机器由主传动系统和果核去除系统两部分组成。利用更加先进的机械结构以及传动方案进行改进,并且融合多种现代化科学技术,可以代替人工完成山楂的去核工作。此机器的机械结构设计采用SolidWorks三维软件,在软件环境下可以进行三维运动仿真。 相似文献

1989年我国山楂栽培面积达到530万亩,2.37亿株,山楂果产量达到18.4万吨,预计到1992年占山楂总株数70%的幼树进入盛果期,山楂产量将达到41万吨.山楂产量的迅猛增长,形成了资源发展和加工能力的不适应,山楂增长速度大大超过加工转化能力,若不解决加工利用和开拓市场销路问题,这种产销矛盾将日益突出.要解决上述矛盾出路在哪里?我们认为出路在于采用新技术,开展山楂加工综合利用、开发食用药用系列食品,改造老产品、提高产品质量.立足于国内加工生产既适合于我国人民口味又容易保存的小包装山楂食品,着眼于国外发展果茶类、果肉类高档的作为主食的辅助食品.只有这样,才能保住市场的稳定和长期占领目标市场,解决来势迅猛的产销矛盾. 相似文献

台湾林檎Malus doumeri (Bois) Chev为蔷薇科苹果属植物,民间也称其为大果山楂,用其代替山楂食用已有近百年。目前用野生台湾林檎加工果脯,并没有现成的工艺技术,因此需要进行探索、创新。本实验采用2步法工艺技术进行试验研究,探索出了野生台湾林檎果脯加工工艺技术,其中得到了3个自创工艺,即去核工艺Ⅰ、软化工艺Ⅱ、干燥前预处理工艺。通过实验研究发现,当加工物料的厚度为1. 5 mm同心圆时,进行软化工艺Ⅱ处理3 min得到的物料填充效果最佳;其中物料填充因素的最优效果组合为A3B3C2即糖含量为45%,真空时间为1 h,静置时间为12 h;为了防止物料在加工过程中发生褐变,探索出了最佳护色试验参数,通过2%盐水浸泡0. 5 h,然后用0. 3%柠檬酸+0. 08%Vc叠加进行护色,护色时间为0. 5 h,提高了护色效果的同时缩短了加工时间。这些关键技术及其参数的解决,并得到了理想产品,为野生台湾林檎进一步商品化、农业产业化提供了可靠的技术支撑。 相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation. 相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。 相似文献
