铁路是国家重要的基础设施、国民经济的大动脉和大众化的交通工具，湖北是中部的一个内陆省份，在国家“促进中部地区崛起”战略下铁路在其经济社会发展中发挥至关重要的作用。要认识和把握新时期湖北经济社会发展的基本特征，准确发展铁路服务、发挥铁路优势，促进湖北经济社会发展。     

从区域经济角度来看宁西铁路建设

宁西铁路的兴建对沟通我国东西部的联系和促进沿线地区经济发展将产生重要的影响。本文从铁路干线与沿线经济发展区域一体化的角度，探讨了宁西线的建设与沿线区域经济发展应注意的几个问题：加快沿线城镇建设；完善综合运输通道和强化铁路为地方服务的功能。     

大规模教育考试控制社会流动功能研究

以实证研究为基础，应用资料整理和调查分析研究方法，以中国古代和当代大规模教育考试控制社会流动的功能为研究对象，重点探讨了社会成员在考试控制影响下实现社会地位向上流动和水平流动的相关理论和实践问题。研究结论是：大规模教育考试从古至今在中国社会结构中均发挥着促进社会流动、调控社会流动的重要功能；对于规范社会各类人才社会流动有深刻的社会意义；对于促进社会发展和社会人才合理配置有不可低估的社会宏观控制作用。     

谈铁路桥梁技术的发展

铁路是国民经济的大动脉,而桥梁是铁路线路的重要组成部分。1825年,英国建成世界上第一条铁路和铁路桥。在此后的一个世纪内,欧美各国大规模兴建铁路,促进了铁路桥梁的发展。     

人口与环境博弈:西北经济发展的反思

人口在西北地区的发展中起着相当重要的作用,人口的流动、繁衍都与环境密不可分。本文认为,西北地区的移民既有人口的自发流动,也有政府组织的迁移,实际上政府行为的导向作用是产生人口流动规模化的主要原因,人口的增加与分布促进了边疆开垦的增加,从早期的人少地多转变为人多地少的人地关系不平衡,这对西北地区的经济发展套上了环境恶化的枷锁。     

中国人口计划生育政策调整完善过程分析

对中国人口计划生育政策发展变动过程进行详细地梳理和分析，结果发现，中国人口计划生育政策具有鲜明的时代性，人口计划生育政策与时俱进的特征明显。总体上，可以将中国人口计划生育政策分为六个阶段，分别是酝酿探索、全面启动、加强管理、稳定水平、统筹完善、配套优化等重要阶段。不同阶段之间的生育政策具有较强的延续性。人口计划生育政策曾经对控制中国人口增长，对促进中国人口转变发挥了重要的作用。但是进入新时代，人口问题变得更加复杂，人口计划生育政策作出了进一步的调整和优化，并逐渐配套与生育服务相关的社会经济政策，对促进中国人口长期均衡发展具有非常重要意义。     

坚持以人为本 构建和谐铁路

党的十六届四中全会第一次鲜明地提出和阐述了“构建社会主义和谐社会”这个科学命题，这是我党高屋建瓴、总揽全局作出的一项重大决策。铁路作为国家的重要基础设施、国民经济的大动脉和大众化交通工具，决定了它在构建社会主义和谐社会的历史进程中，在促进区域协调发展、城乡协调发展、人与自然协调发展等方面肩负着重大责任，构建和谐铁路显然已成为构建和谐社会的重要组成部分和根本要求。刘志军部长在4月24日铁道部党组中心组学习研讨会上指出，铁路系统落实构建社会主义和谐社会战略任务，最根本的就是要推进和谐铁路建设。和谐铁路的基本内涵，就是按照构建社会主义和谐社会的要求，加快建设一个运能充足、装备先进、安全可靠、节能环保、服务优质、内部和谐的铁路。     

中国人口流动的区域特征及对城镇化的影响

从人口流动差异角度探究其对中国区域城镇化发展的影响,并利用全国31个省区面板数据进行实证检验,研究结果表明:人口流动对东部和民族地区城镇化发展具有促进作用,对中西部地区起阻碍作用。在经济结构调整的背景下,东部地区人口流入规模减小,人口流动对城镇化的影响由促进作用变为阻碍作用;中西部地区人口流出持续扩大,但人口流动对城镇化发展的负面影响减弱;民族地区人口流入规模增大,人口流动对城镇化影响由阻碍作用变为促进作用。文章的政策含义是:区域城镇化均衡发展是中国城镇化持续发展的动力,东部地区依靠人口流入推动其城镇化发展的作用减弱,城镇化建设应更多注重本地区农村居民市民化和城镇化的质量上;加快中西部地区经济发展,增强经济实力,减小人口流出规模有利于提升中西部地区城镇化发展的持续性;深入推进西部大开发和民族地区开放对于提升民族地区城镇化水平具有重要的作用。     

我国城乡人口流动的驱动因素分析

目的分析中国城乡人口流动的时间和区域趋势及驱动因素。方法利用统计年鉴提供的数据,采用多元回归分析的方法对中国城乡人口流动作了时间纵向和区域横向的回归分析,对回归结果进行讨论。结果中国城乡人口流动主要是受到城乡收入差距和耕地有限的驱动,经济发展对人口流动有积极的推动作用。同时,中国城乡人口流动有随时间减缓的趋势。结论中国城乡人口流动有向大城市和东南沿海极化的倾向,政府须做好应对准备,走健康城市化道路。     

提高铁路客运服务质量的探讨

铁路作为一种大众化交通工具,在客运中扮演着重要角色。面对目前铁路运输市场化的形势,提高铁路客运服务质量,对于增强铁路客运市场竞争力具有重要意义。阐述了提高铁路客运服务质量的必要性,探讨了铁路客运服务质量的内涵,针对铁路客运服务中存在的问题,提出了相应的措施。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
