研究了旋转磁场、静磁场、脉冲磁场对胆石中胆固醇溶解作用的影响。对样品中胆固醇的含量进行了定量分析,测定了溶出百分数。结果表明,上述磁场对胆石中胆固醇的溶解均有不同程序的促进作用。  相似文献

本文通过动物实验方法研究了麦胚油的预防高胆固醇血症及抗衰老营养价值。实验结果表明:1)以麦胚油做为饲料的脂肪来源可以满足实验动物的正常生理需要;2)麦胚油较等量的豆油或棕榈油有利于脂肪成分在动物体内的代谢;3)对实验性致高胆固醇血症动物模型,麦胚油对其具有较显著的预防作用;4)麦胚油能够有效延缓机体器官的老化,具有明显的抗衰老作用。实验结果提示,做为一种新型食物资源,麦胚油对于特殊生理状态,具有重要的营养价值及较大的开发价值。  相似文献

用高真空喷金处理31例不同类型的人体胆囊结石,然后在扫描电子显微镜下观察他们的超微结构,31例人体胆囊结石主要由条状或块状的胆固醇晶体组成。这些胆固醇晶体排列成效放射状、层状、条款状和无规律的交错排列。但固醇晶体之间常见一些不规则的空隙。有的胆石在胆固醇晶体之间夹杂由少量呈类球颗粒组成的絮状团块的胆红素结晶。说明31例胆囊结石均属胆固醇结石。  相似文献

油井结蜡影响油田正常生产,化学清防蜡是一种有效的方法。对某油井高含蜡凝析油蜡样全烃气相色谱分析,得到其碳数分布,并分析其结构。在此基础上,选择三种类型清蜡剂进行溶蜡实验。实验发现,清防蜡剂的溶蜡速率都随温度的升高而增大,但增加幅度不同;当温度小于45℃时,分别选择QFL-2和QFL-1来溶解蜡样A和B,而温度大于45℃时,则两者都可以选择QFL-5和QL-2;油基清蜡剂的溶蜡速率最高,乳液型清蜡剂次之,水基清防蜡剂最低;由于蜡样结构不同,相同清防蜡剂对蜡样A的溶蜡速率小于蜡样B的溶蜡速率,说明蜡样A的清防蜡难度更大。  相似文献

为了研究溶垢剂DEED 溶垢效果的影响因素,采用失重法对溶垢剂开展了溶垢剂浓度、温度、时间以及pH 值 对溶垢效果影响因素实验研究。首先,采用化学方法对溶垢剂的溶垢机理进行分析,得出溶垢剂DEED 中能够与Ba2+ 发生螯合反应的主要官能团,从而更准确合理地解释各因素对溶垢剂溶垢效果的影响。其次,对影响溶垢剂溶垢效果 的因素进行实验研究。在实验条件下,溶垢剂浓度为9% 时,溶垢率高达82.41%。溶垢时间和温度对溶垢效果影响较 大,随着溶垢时间的增加,溶垢率逐渐增加,在前24 h,溶垢率增加幅度较大,符合油田施工要求。在溶垢时间为24 h 时,当温度从25 ?C升高到85 ?C 的过程中,溶垢率由32.02% 增加到82.88%。pH 值对溶垢剂化学结构中羧基的电离 度及鳌合性能影响很大,从而影响溶垢剂溶垢效果,在溶垢时间为24 h 时,当pH 值从6 增加到12 的过程中,溶垢率 从8.37% 增加到81.26%,在油田施工时,可以考虑注入碱性前置液。  相似文献

在环己烷溶液中,由萘锂和丁二烯反应制备了聚丁二烯基双锂引发剂。利用阴离子活性聚合特点和溶度参数相近相溶原则,采取有条件分批加料的方法,解决了萘锂在环己烷溶液中不溶、引发效率低的难题。结果表明,在丁二烯的环己烷溶液由1次加入改为2次加入、溶液摩尔浓度c丁二烯≥0.75c萘锂、丁二烯聚合度达到2之前体系中环己烷溶液加入量V丁油≤1.33V萘锂的条件下,可实现聚丁二烯基双锂引发剂制备反应在均相体系中进行;引发聚合实验证明,所制备引发剂活性没有变化。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献
