绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂BBI诱导肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂BBI对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖抑制作用和对肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡的影响.结果显示:绿豆BBI对人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用,绿豆BBI可以促使人肺腺癌A549细胞出现明显的染色质浓缩和凋亡小体,诱导人肺腺癌A549细胞的凋亡.说明绿豆BBI能抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖、诱导人肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡,为绿豆BBI抗肿瘤效应提供了依据.  相似文献

研究竹节参总皂苷对人肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡和Caspase-3活性的影响,选取0.05、0.1、0.2、0.5、1 mg/m L浓度的竹节参总皂苷作用于体外培养的人肺腺癌A549细胞;并设空白对照组,分别作用24、48、72 h后,应用MTT法检测人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖情况。流式细胞术检测人肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡情况,比色法检测竹节参总皂苷作用于人肺腺癌A549细胞48h后Caspase-3活性。不同浓度的竹节参总皂苷对人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖有显著的抑制作用(P0.05);并呈浓度和时间依赖性。流式细胞术检测结果为竹节参总皂苷可以诱导人肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡,各浓度组的细胞凋亡率明显高于空白对照组(P0.05);并呈浓度依赖性。说明竹节参总皂苷可抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖和诱导其凋亡。  相似文献

为探讨巴马香猪CYP3A29 mRNA的组织分布特征,全面比较其与人CYP3A4 mRNA组织分布规律,利用TaqMan RT-PCR技术对巴马香猪主要组织CYP3A29 mRNA进行定量.结果表明,巴马香猪CYP3A29 mRNA的组织分布特征与报道的人CYP3A4相似,且均以肝脏最高,从转录水平提示巴马香猪及其肝脏均可以用作人CYP3A4的药物代谢研究模型.  相似文献

应用多种色谱技术从华中五味子中分离纯化出一个稀有降三萜成分schicagenin A,采用荧光淬灭技术和紫外光谱方法研究该化合物与人血清白蛋白的相互作用机制,两者的相互作用研究显示:静态淬灭机制参与其中,提示schicagenin A与人血清白蛋白结合形成了复合物;在schicagenin A与人血清白蛋白的结合过程中疏水作用起了主要驱动作用;人血清白蛋白的ⅡA亚域(位点I)是schicagenin A与之的结合位点.本研究为schicagenin A在人体内进一步的生物活性研究和基于该化合物的新药设计提供了参考数据.  相似文献

探讨新型Topo I抑制剂H13对人卵巢癌A2780的杀伤和诱导凋亡的作用机制.MTT法对人卵巢癌A2780的杀伤作用;流式细胞仪研究H13对A2780细胞的凋亡诱导作用;Western Blot法检测H13对A2780细胞内caspase-3和p53蛋白表达的影响.H13对人卵巢癌A2780有明显细胞毒性作用,并且有剂量依赖性;A2780细胞在H13作用后出现特征性凋亡形态特征,且凋亡率由5.7%上升为20.6%;H13明显增加p53蛋白的表达和caspase-3蛋白的表达.H13对人卵巢癌A2780有明显的杀伤和促凋亡作用,其机制可能依赖于细胞内p53蛋白和caspase-3蛋白表达增高.  相似文献

在已知人翻译延伸因子eEF1A的多功能性和与细胞存活相关的基础上,本文进一步研究eEF1A的变体蛋白eEF1A1对癌细胞耐药性的影响.eEF1A1基因的蛋白质编码区经过克隆,并瞬时转染了人肺癌细胞H1299,在确定eEF1A1蛋白的胞内表达后,采用MTT法测定高表达eEF1A1的H1299细胞对抗癌药物紫杉醇和阿霉素的耐受.相对于对照细胞,eEF1A1的高表达可显著提高H1299细胞对阿霉素和紫杉醇的耐受性.通过耐药性测试揭示出eEF1A可能参与肿瘤发生的潜在功能.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
