Untersuchungen über die Reinigung des Protektins Anti-Ahel (Anti-AHP) ausHelix pomatia

Summary A method is described which allows separation of the protectin Anti A _hel (Anti A _HP from crude extracts of the protein gland ofHelix pomatia. A solution of the crude extract in 0.05M sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.0, is applicated on a Sephadex G 200 column. The protectin is retained on the gel matrix, while the other components of the mixture are eluted. The protectin is eluted with a 0.5M solution of glucose in buffer, and is isolated by dialyzation against aqua dest. and lyophilization.

Effet de l'oxygène et deO-(β-hydroxyaethyl)-rutosidea sur (HR)1 l'artère mésentérique de l'embryon de poulet expantée in vitro

Summary The effect of oxygen and of the semisynthetic flavonoidO-(-hydroxyaethyl)-rutosidea (HR) on the mesenteric artery of chicken embryo explanted in vitro has been studied. The protective effect of HR on the explants appears in anoxic (N₂) and hypoxic (2% O₂) atmosphere, but only during the first 24h of culture. In hyperoxic atmosphere (97% O₂) only after 3 days of culture HR has a protective action on the explants against the toxic effects of oxygen.

Estos son comparados a los que presenta la especieNoctilio leporinus (2n=34) cuyo mecanismo esXX/X Y.

Zone electrophoretic studies on lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes in South American Cichlids (Teleostei,Percomorphi)

Zusammenfassung Ein Vergleich der elektrophoretischen Mobilitäten der Laktatdehydrogenasen A₄ (Skelettmuskel), B₄ (Herz) und E₄ (Retina) zeigt bei 7 Arten der GattungCichlasoma weitgehende Übereinstimmungen. 10 Arten anderer Gattungen südamerikanischer Cichliden weisen, verglichen mit der GattungCichlasoma, zunehmende Divergenz der Isoenzymmuster auf. Es wird vermutet, dass sich hierin die phylogenetische Verwandtschaft der Gattungen widerspiegelt. Die auf Grund der Übereinstimmungen in LDH-Isoenzymmustern ermittelten phylogenetischen Zusammenhänge decken sich weitgehend mit den Beziehungen, die durch vergleichendmorphologische Untersuchungen aufgezeigt wurden. Das methodische Vorgehen scheint geeignet, taxonomische Beziehungen zu ergänzen, die durch klassische Kriterien dargelegt wurden

Résumé L'action des carbinols di-(p-chlorophenyl) trifluorométhyl et di-(p-chlorophenyl) trichlorométhyl (DTMC) a été déterminée sur une souche très résistante de mouches par la méthode de contact. Le premier composé semble agir probablement grâce à de faibles propriétés fumigantes, alors que le second est toxique par contact. L'action toxique de ce dernier est sensiblement augmentée par l'addition du DDT, DDE ou autre composé organique de la série du DDT.

A total synthesis of actinomycin D (C1) via peptide cyclization between proline and sarcosine

Zusammenfassung Es wird eine Totalsynthese von Actinomycin D (C₁) beschrieben, in der die Schlüsselreaktion, nämlich die Zyklisierung der Pentapeptidlaktonringe, durch eine Nitrophenylester-Synthese zwischen Prolin und Sarkosin ausgeführt wurde. Die Estergruppe zwischen der Carboxylgruppe desN-Methylvalins und der-Hydroxylgruppe des Threonins wurde durch Reaktion von Boc-Thr-OH mit dem gemischten Anhydrid aus Z-MeVal-OH und Chlorameisensäure-isobutylester hergestellt.

On the intraganglionic neurohaemal organs in the ventral nerve cord ofHydrophilus olivaceus (Hydrophilidae. Coleoptera)

Zusammenfassung Aufgrund von Lage, Grösse und färberischem Verhalten können in der ventralen Ganglienkette des KäfersHydrophilus olivaceus 3 Typen von neurosekretorischen Zellen (A₁, A₂, B) unterschieden werden. Die Axone der in allen Ganglien vorkommenden A₂-Zellen führen im Suboesophagealganglion und in den Thoracalganglien zu paraldehydfuchsinpositiven Bezirken, aus denen umgekehrt perlschnurartig mit Neurosekreten gefüllte Nervenfasern zu den Lateralnerven führen. Die fuchsinophilen Bezirke werden als intraganglionäre Neurohaemalorgane interpretiert.

Zusammenfassung Centpyraquin (3-(-p-fluorobenzyl propyl) 2,3,4,4a,5,6-hexahydro-1(H)-pyrazino (1,2-a) quinoline hydrochloride) zeigte hypotensive Aktivität bei narkotisierten wie auch bei wachen Katzen. Es senkt auch den Blutdruck bei Ratten mit nephrogenem Hochdurck. Die Hypotension scheint auf einem peripheren Mechanismus zu beruhen.
