新时期区域城镇体系可持续发展规划初探

区域城镇体系随着经济发展不断进行着演变.主要分析了经济飞速发展的新时期,可持续发展理念下区域城镇体系规划的原理和思路、方法,提出了区域城镇体系规划在可持续发展理念下的实现目标.     

新疆大开发的切入点——城镇体系完善与小城镇建设

 东部与西部发展差距不断拉大, 根本在于城市发展差距不断拉大; 西部大开发战略能否成功, 关键在于能否造就若干具有现代经济意义的城市及完善的城镇体系。新疆在西部大开发中具有特殊的地位和作用。新疆开发建设的切入点必须是“以资源开发促进产业建设, 以产业发展带动城镇建设, 以城镇带动区域经济的可持续发展, 以经济发展促进城镇区域生态功能的增强和环境质量的改善, 以秀美的山川保障新疆区域与城镇建设的可持续发展”.城市具有重要的核心地位, 农业具有基础性的作用, 小城镇则是联系农村经济和城市经济的纽带。     

基于场强模型的成都市城镇体系空间结构定量分析

成都市是我国西南地区重要的中心城市之一.在统筹城乡的背景下,区域发展模式发生调整,城镇体系地域空间结构的合理发展是实现城乡统筹发展的重要保证.因此,定量的分析成都市城镇体系空间结构特征,有助于寻求区域内集约发展最合理的模式以及为制定统筹城乡发展战略提供决策支持.本文在GIS空间分析功能的支持下采用成本加权距离改进空间相互作用理论模型——场强模型,对成都区(市)县城镇与城镇之间、城镇与区域之间的相互作用进行了定量分析.研究结果直观地反映出各城镇强影响区在市区附近呈团状紧凑、在外围呈点状分散的空间特征,成都市区对其临近的周边行政区的影响显著,但是在西部的区县触及范围相对较小.     

浅谈道路绿化与景观环境要素的融合及其在设计中的应用

道路不仅仅是连接两地的通道,在很大程度上还是人们公共生活的舞台,是城市人文精神要素的综合反映,而道路绿化作为提升道路景观的重要要素,更是反应文化与地域差异不可或缺的部分。但是,目前道路绿化中存在诸多问题,绿化与周围环境要素的共融,就是其中一个。本文通过对北京几条道路的绿化设计的浅谈分析．简单讨论在不同环境背景下的道路绿化如何与环境要素融合使其具有各自不同的特色之美,及如何将道路绿化与环境要素更好的结合。     

建成环境对城镇建设用地碳排放的影响研究进展

 在明确城镇建设用地碳排放概念内涵及计量方法的基础上,从建成环境与城镇建设用地碳排放的关系出发,按照密度、功能和形态3个方面,分析了城镇建设用地碳排放产生影响的建成环境要素。分析表明,未来研究需从建立城镇建设用地碳排放数据库、人工智能等新技术的应用,转向与空间规划管理单元相衔接的地块空间分析尺度的研究,关注城镇建设用地碳排放在多因素影响下的综合碳排放效应分析方法,增加对于建成环境与城镇建设用地碳排放关系分析的实证研究。     

土地利用、人口密度及海拔对城市热岛的影响

以广州市为研究区域,利用Landsat 8影像反演获取地表温度和土地利用数据,分析城市地表温度与土地利用及其景观格局、人口密度、海拔之间的定量关系,以期揭示影响城市热岛的关键因素.结果表明:城市地表温度与不同土地利用类型面积占比、人口密度和海拔均极显著相关;逐步回归分析发现,生态用地(包括森林和湿地)面积占比、城镇建设用地面积占比和海拔是影响研究区域的热岛效应的关键因素;除少数选取的景观格局指数外,不同土地利用景观格局指数与地表温度显著相关,而逐步回归分析发现城镇聚集度指数、城镇边界密度、城镇分割度和森林分割度是影响城市热岛效应空间格局的关键影响因素.因此,在城市规划过程中,应尽量保留连片的自然生态用地特别是森林用地,避免对其自然边界的线性切割,同时实施多中心城市开发战略,避免连片城市开发,将有利于缓解城市热岛效应.     

内蒙古城镇经济区划的研究

为协调城市与其周围地区的经济发展，更好地发挥中心城市的辐射作用，在注重现有区际联系、城镇之间经济技术联系，以及自然环境条件相似性的原则下，把内蒙古城镇划分为蒙东北部、蒙东部、蒙中东部、蒙中部和蒙西部５ 个城镇经济区，内包括１０ 个城镇经济亚区     

城市环境对城市可持续发展的制约关系分析

在中国城市发展指标体系的基础上,以建设生态城市、实现可持续发展为目标,50个城市为对象,分析了城市环境质量与城市可持续发展体系中各状态要素之间的相关性.结果表明:在50个城市可持续发展能力指数中,以环境质量为控制要素的占72%,这一要素与城市可持续发展指数的相关性R2=0.883 9;城市环境质量水平的高低与基础实力、城市竞争力和管理能力等支持系统均有密切关系,这些支持系统水平的高低决定了城市可持续发展能力,即城市环境质量是制约城市可持续发展能力的关键要素.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
