以硫酸锌、硼砂、硼酸为原料,表面活性剂为改性剂,采用ZnSO4-硼砂法的工艺一步法制备活性硼酸锌.研究了表面活性剂的种类、添加量对产物改性效果的影响,用吸水率、接触角检测,SEM分析对样品改性效果进行表征.结果表明:所选用的阴离子表面活性剂改性效果优于阳离子和非离子表面活性剂;以一系列碳链长度不同的脂肪酸钠作为改性剂,碳链越长,改性效果越佳.将硼酸锌应用于PVC阻燃研究,单独使用时具有良好的消烟作用;与Sb2O3复配使用时具有很好的阻燃协同作用.在PVC配方中加入改性硼酸锌,在质量分数低于15%时复合材料的力学性能下降较慢,且优于加入相同量未改性硼酸锌的复合材料.  相似文献

以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和Na4B4O7·10H2O为主要原料,通过共沉淀法制备纳米硼酸锌,以X-射线粉末衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析了纳米硼酸锌的物相组成及形貌,并研究其对木材阻燃性能的影响.研究结果表明:所制备的硼酸锌平均粒径为30-60 nm,分散均匀.结晶度好.该纳米硼酸锌具有良好的阻燃性能.添加10%的纳米硼酸锌可使桦木粉的300℃残炭量比未添加硼酸锌的提高了19.95%,比微米硼酸锌提高了14.18%;其极限氧指数为38.7.  相似文献

以七水合硫酸锌、氨水、硼酸为原料,采用水浴加热法合成硼酸锌,研究了配料比、液固比、加热时间、加热温度等因素对硼酸锌产品种类的影响,并通过差热分析、扫描电镜和X射线衍射对合成产品进行表征。实验结果表明:当反应温度为90℃,反应时间为10h时,配料比为6.44,液固比为13.72,合成产品为七水合硼酸锌。  相似文献

为探索一种新的硼酸锌合成路线,针对青海省丰富的硼资源和锌资源,进行了以硼酸、七水硫酸锌和硼砂为原料,在微波辐射下固相合成硼酸锌的实验。考察了配料比、微波辐射强度、微波辐射时间等对产品硼酸锌硼锌比的影响。结果表明:当硼酸与七水硫酸锌的摩尔比为1.0、硼砂与七水硫酸锌的质量比为1.27、微波辐射时间为8 min、微波辐射强度为中低火时合成的硼酸锌为2375型。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等方法对不加聚乙二醇与加聚乙二醇的两种合成产品进行了表征。结果显示合成的硼酸锌产品呈不规则的片状,加了聚乙二醇的产品平均粒径小于1μm。  相似文献

一绪言1959年我们曾经研究了九水硫代锑酸钠Na_3SbS_4·9H_2O 的脱水变化[1]。发现Na_3SbS_4·9H_2O 的加热脱水变化分为三步,并且都是可逆的。Na_3SbS_4·9H_2O(?)Na_3SbS_4·6H_2O+3H_2O(?)Na_3SbS_4·3H_2O+6H_2O(?)Na_3SbS_4+9H_2O第一步脱水晶格没有变化,第二步脱水晶格变化不大,第三步脱水晶格发生移动.晶格移动能为5.6千卡/克式量。水合能平均为2.09千卡/克分子水.  相似文献

采用碳化法,对低品位菱镁矿进行磨矿、浸出,可获得MgO含量大于99%的高纯(4MgCO3·Mg(OH)24H2O)产品,MgO回收率大于85%。其最佳工艺条件如下:煅烧时间为60min,煅烧温度为800℃,磨矿时间为3min,浸出温度为22℃,浸出压强为3kPa,搅拌排气量为0.6m3/h,液固比为50∶1。  相似文献

为了进一步提高酚醛树脂的阻燃性能,在酚醛树脂中填充纳米硼酸锌4ZnO·B2O3·H2O粒子对其进行改性.实验中采用苯酚、甲醛和自制改性纳米硼酸锌为原料通过原位合成法制备了纳米硼酸锌4ZnO·B2O3·H2O/酚醛树脂复合材料,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)和氧指数测定仪(LOI)对复合材料进行表征和测试.结果表明,添加纳米硼酸锌4ZnO·B2O3·H2O后,酚醛树脂的热稳定性有了明显提高,特别是当添加量为7%时,复合材料氧指数达到最大值46.3,酚醛树脂的阻燃性能显著提高.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
