为改善抛光轨迹以获得更好的加工精度,分析了轨迹在非球面上所产生的去除区域的覆盖情况,并提出了一种等重叠率螺旋线抛光轨迹规划方法。基于赫兹接触理论的去除区域的覆盖情况分析表明,常用的阿基米德螺旋线由于弹性接触变化和投影行距变化导致轨迹间去除区域接触变化,从而不能保证加工精度均匀一致,为此引入了重叠率的概念以量化分析该变化情况。提出的轨迹规划方法分析了重叠率的变化特点,并依据螺旋线的性质建立了螺旋线行距与非球面面形的变化关系,保证了轨迹间去除区域的稳定接触。仿真结果表明,在非球面抛光过程中应用等重叠率螺旋线轨迹,重叠率变化范围从阿基米德螺旋线轨迹的56.1%~26.2%缩小到现在方法的56.1%~55.3%,为非球面抛光的均匀性和一致性奠定了基础。  相似文献

对某型液压挖掘机的工作装置进行3自由度的动力学分析,利用拉格朗日方法建立其动力学方程;并在该动力学方程的基础上给出挖掘机铲斗轨迹控制方法;介绍控制系统的软件、硬件、反馈检测装置、轨迹控制器以及为了对挖掘机进行计算机控制所进行的相关改造;给出PID控制的框图、铲斗轨迹跟踪控制表达式;对其铲斗轨迹跟踪控制进行三自由度的测试试验;由于试验挖掘机所采用的控制阀为电液比例阀,有较大的死区,为了保证控制精度,给出了死区补偿的试验方法以及PID参数设置方法和数值。研究结果表明:在所给定的PID参数下,铲斗跟踪的设定水平直线长度为2.500m,对铲斗水平跟踪速度为136mm/s,其精度可以控制在110mm之内,非直线度最大为4.2%。  相似文献

针对轨迹数据发布中的隐私保护和数据可用性问题,结合统计学的概念,提出一种基于扰动的轨迹数据隐藏发布方法.首先定义一种隐私泄露检测机制,当该检测机制发现攻击者依赖所掌握部分轨迹能以较大概率推测出某隐私节点时,基于统计方法,寻找出现频率最低的同类隐私节点,若存在且用其替换有隐私泄露风险的隐私节点后不会出现新的隐私泄露,则执行替换操作;否则在拥有该隐私节点的所有轨迹中,选择最佳的那条轨迹,将该隐私节点移除.这样,就能降低隐私节点的隐私泄露概率,保证发布后的轨迹数据满足用户的隐私需求.理论分析和实验结果表明,所提出的方法能有效避免基于部分轨迹推测剩余隐私节点的攻击,有效保持原有轨迹数据中不同种类节点间连接关系的可用性.  相似文献

局部轨迹规划是自主代客泊车系统的关键技术之一,在该场景下,现有智能车辆的局部轨迹规划方法存在规划耗时长、曲率不连续、安全性不足等问题.针对该类问题,提出一种面向泊车场景的智能车辆轨迹规划方法.该方法通过改进混合A*算法的解析扩展以及引入风险函数,提升了初始路径搜索的实时性和安全性.进一步,结合初始路径以及二次规划方法实现路径平滑和速度规划,最终完成轨迹生成.仿真实验表明,所提方法能够提升智能车辆轨迹规划实时性、平滑性以及安全性,并且在实车试验上验证所提方法在实际泊车场景的可行性.  相似文献

本文研究了混沌产生器设计中的两个重要的计算问题。文中基于混沌吸引子周期轨道理论的频域分析概念和矩阵分析原理提出了一种混沌系统基波频率变换方法。基于该方法对Lorenz和Chua系统分别进行了不同基频硬件电路参数设计,并对所产生信号频谱进行了测试,实验结果验证了所提出基频变换方法的正确性。另外,深入讨论了混沌系统不可预测性的检测方法,通过对所设计电路的不可预测性强弱的分析,表明所提出的改进计算式提高了比较不同混沌系统时的评估准确度。  相似文献

基于车辆轨迹数据提取道路信息已经成为数字地图更新的一种有效而廉价的方法,引起了广泛的研究。交通路口是道路信息的重要组成,如何快速而准确提取交通路口具有一定的挑战。深度学习的快速发展为解决这一问题提供了一种新的思路。本文针对轨迹数据在交通路口的分布特性,首先提出一种基于LSTM深度学习的转弯轨迹模式自动提取方法,通过统计航向变化规律对路口转弯轨迹进行建模分类,然后采用LSTM深度模型学习轨迹时间序列,从而实现转弯轨迹模式的自动识别,训练好的模型可以对新的未知轨迹数据实现自动快速地提取转弯轨迹。其次,针对因路口转弯点的稀疏性而影响准确定位路口中心这一难点,本文提出一种联合补偿点计算和转弯轨迹航向变化幅度的方法选取路口候选点,然后通过聚类路口候选点识别道路交叉口。为验证和评估该方法的有效性,采用福州市鼓楼区出租车实际轨迹数据进行测试。结果表明,该方法道路交叉口识别准确率达到96.7%,为电子地图实时更新及无人驾驶自动导航应用等提供关键技术支持,同时我们开放该方法源代码和实验数据,以便于其他研究者开展相关研究。  相似文献

针对欠驱动船舶轨迹跟踪控制系统具有非线性、大惯性、时滞、局部线性不可控等特点,结合扩展卡尔曼滤波器和序列二次规划算法,设计了基于非线性模型预测的船舶轨迹跟踪控制策略.首先,设计了具有一定复杂度的参考轨迹,用于测试船舶的各种工况及工况切换情况.其次,应用船舶欠驱动三自由度运动控制模型与所设计的参考轨迹建立了非线性约束优化问题的目标函数,采用序列二次规划算法进行优化求解,并在扩展卡尔曼滤波器中对测量函数的雅可比矩阵进行了预求解以减少算法计算量.最后,通过对一艘运输船进行仿真试验,验证了所设计轨迹跟踪控制器的有效性和实时性.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
