反相流动注射化学发光法测定姜黄素的研究

姜黄素对鲁米诺 过氧化氢 铬(Ⅲ)体系化学发光具有强烈的抑制作用,基于此首次建立了测定姜黄素的流动注射化学发光分析新方法.实验结果表明,在优化的实验条件下,化学发光信号强度ΔI与姜黄素的浓度在1.0×10-10～1.0×10-8mol/L范围内分段成良好的线性关系,方法检出限为5.0×10-11mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.8%(c=2.0×10-9mol/L,n=11).该法已应用于中药姜黄中姜黄素总量的测定.     

铁氰化钾化学发光体系测定吲哚-3-乙酸

在碱性介质中,铁氰化钾可以直接氧化吲哚-3-乙酸（IAA）产生化学发光.基于此,结合流动注射分析技术,建立了一种化学发光测定IAA的新方法.该方法的线性范围为2.0×10^-7mol/L-1.0×10^-5mol/L,检出限为3.0×10^-8mol/L.对5.0×10^-7mol/L,1.0×10^-6mol/L,1.0×10^-5mol/L的IAA连续平行测定11次,测定的相对标准偏差分别为2.4%,2.5%和1.2%.将该法直接应用于土壤和池塘水中的IAA的测定,回收率在95.0%-104.8%之间.     

均苯三酚的流动注射-化学发光分析法测定

在碱性介质中,高碘酸钾氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,均苯三酚对此反应具有极强的增敏作用,据此建立了鲁米诺-高碘酸钾-均苯三酚化学发光体系测定均苯三酚的新方法.均苯三酚的浓度在2.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.8×10-8mol/L,对1.0×10-6mol/L的均苯三酚11次测定的相对标准偏差为1.5%;并对河水中均苯三酚进行了测定,结果满意.     

流动注射化学发光法测定肾上腺素

在酸性条件下,基于肾上腺素对硫酸铈与亚硫酸钠体系的化学发光反应有显著增敏作用,建立了测定肾上腺素的流动注射化学发光分析新体系.在优化的实验条件下,检出限为7.2×10-7mol/L,肾上腺素浓度在2.0×10-6至5.0×10-4mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系.对5.0×10-5mol/L肾上腺素进行了9次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.1%.该法成功用于医用注射液中肾上腺素的测定.     

鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光法测定盐酸肼屈嗪

在碱性条件下,盐酸肼屈嗪对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用.结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸肼屈嗪的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸肼屈嗪的线性范围为2.0×10-8 mol/L～1.0×10-6 mol/L,检出限为4×10-9 mol/L,对于浓度为6.0×10-7 mol/L的盐酸肼屈嗪连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.6%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果为99.1%～100.8%.该方法用于盐酸肼屈嗪片剂中盐酸肼屈嗪的定量分析,结果满意.     

鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系测定吲哚乙酸

研究发现,碱性介质中吲哚乙酸（IAA）对铁氰化钾-鲁米诺体系的化学发光强度有显著的增强作用,并且增强程度和IAA浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,据此建立了灵敏的化学发光法检测IAA的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定IAA的线性范围和检出限分别为1.2×10^-9mol/L～3.0×10^-7mol/L和5.76×10^-10mol/L.对1.0×10^-8mol/L的吲哚乙酸进行了11次的平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.58%.将该法直接用于土壤样品中IAA含量的分析测定,回收率在96.0%～104.3%之间.     

流动注射-Luminol/Tween 20化学发光体系测定邻苯二酚

基于邻苯二酚对luminol-Tween 20化学发光体系的强烈的抑制作用,建立了一种简单、灵敏的luminol-Tween 20化学发光体系测定邻苯二酚的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,方法的检出限为5.0×10-10mol/L,线性范围为1.0×10-9mol/L～1.0×10-7mol/L,对5.0×10-8mol/L邻苯二酚进行平行测定11次,其RSD为4.1%。该方法可应用于自来水样中邻苯二酚的测定。     

化学发光法测定蜂蜜中金霉素残留含量

采用化学发光法对蜂蜜中金霉素残留含量进行测定.结果:NaIO4为0.05 mol/L,H2O2为0.03 mol/L时,相对发光值△I与金霉素在相对低浓度0～8×10-7 g/mL和相对高浓度10×10-7～100×10-7g/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,相对标准偏差为2.12％,平均回收率为96.2％和97.6％.该法...     

流动注射-鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系测定环境水体中痕量2,4-二氯苯酚

基于中性介质中,2,4-二氯苯酚对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系有明显的增敏作用,提出了流动注射化学发光法测定痕量2,4-二氯苯酚的方法.在优化的试验条件下,2,4-二氯苯酚的化学发光强度与其浓度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为1.060×10-8 mol/L.对浓度为1.0×10-5mol/L2,4-二氯苯酚溶液连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为2.1%.取工业废水水样,经固相萃取后用该法测定其中痕量2,4-二氯苯酚含量,同行业推荐标准方法对比,结果相近.     

流动注射化学发光检测阿奇霉素

在碱性介质中,阿奇霉素对luminol-KIO4化学发光体系有显著的抑制作用.基于此,提出了一种流动注射化学发光测定阿奇霉素的新方法.对检测条件进行了优化.样品检测速率为109个/h.在优化条件下,阿奇霉素的线性范围为3.0×10-8～9.0×10-6mol/L,相关系数r=0.994,检出限(RSN=3)为1.6×10-8mol/L.对3.0×10-7mol/L的阿奇霉素溶液进行11次平行测定,其RSD为3.8%.将提出的方法成功应用于阿奇霉素胶囊中阿奇霉素含量的测定.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
