基于MPI的并行PC集群搭建的实现

通过网络集线器,采用以太网形式,建立了由多台微机(PC)组建的PC集群。采用TURBO-LINUX操作系统,使MPI并行环境在该PC机群上得以实现。利用了该系统实现了分子动力学程序的并行计算。     

导管架平台碰撞极限承载力的非线性集群并行计算

将并行计算理论和方法引入到导管架碰撞极限承载力的非线性分析中,根据美国石油学会API RP 2A-WSD标准中的方法建立桩腿非线性抗侧力-位移曲线,考虑桩-土非线性的特点分析导管架碰撞极限承载力。利用该方法对埕岛油田某导管架平台的碰撞极限承载力进行研究,分别得到平台在碰撞力作用下的平台顶部荷载-位移曲线、主桩腿弯矩变化、Mises应力变化曲线等。将集群并行运算的结果与单一PC机的结果进行对比,验证并行计算的计算精度和计算效率,同时研究不同影响因素对并行加速比和并行效率的影响。计算结果表明:平台主桩腿最大位移、应力随碰撞位置的降低而增大;碰撞位置越低,平台的碰撞极限承载能力越大;并行计算所得到的结果与单一PC机运算得到的结果相差很小,是可信的;并行加速比随着参与并行结点数的增加而增大,并行效率随着参与并行结点数的增加而下降;随着模型节点和单元数目的增多,集群的并行效率提高,并且越复杂的模型和结构在进行计算时集群并行计算能力的优势越明显。     

PC集群的建立和MPI并行环境的实现与编程

基于商品化部件的高性能集群计算已逐渐成为一种未来主流的并行计算系统．本文介绍了一种基于WINDOWS和MPI并行编程环境的PC集群系统的建立，介绍了MH的特点以及MPI常用编程模式，并给出了具体的实例说明．     

基于MPI的eclipse并行计算在油藏模拟中的应用

随着进行油藏模拟数据量增加,计算步骤日渐复杂,利用传统计算机来模拟,为了达到理想的模拟速度和效果,其硬件平台的投资将很高。本文设计并实现一种通过在windows下配置mpich2以建立的eclipse parallel并行计算,通过交换器和网线建立PC集群代替原有单个计算机来做油藏模拟。利用eclipse parallel,我们模拟并实现并行平台的要求,四台计算机同时计算程序,一台显示结果,通过使用实际数据对并行油藏模拟的稳定性和并行效率进行测试,测试显示在PC集群系统上高效运行eclipse进行油藏模拟模拟计算是可行的。     

集群系统在水下爆炸仿真中的应用

为提高水下爆炸仿真计算效率,对集群系统进行水下爆炸仿真进行了研究,构建了适用于水下爆炸仿真的高性能计算平台,并基于ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件进行并行计算,结果表明集群系统大幅提高了计算效率,为开展水下爆炸大规模仿真研究提供参考。     

基于COMSOL的并行计算及应用

目前,COMSOL软件主要在Windows系统下进行串行计算,因而无法对复杂的问题进行有效的处理。本文基于Linux系统的高性能计算集群构建了COMSOL的并行计算平台,通过数值算例研究了并行计算中处理器个数对COMSOL加速性能的影响,通过分析给出了充分发挥现有硬件性能的一些建议。

首先介绍了Linux集群、并行计算和MPI技术的基本概念与方法,深入研究了MPI并行编程环境和集群并行计算模式。然后对MPI进行了分析,给出了Linux环境下MPI编程环境的配置方法,在此基础上构建了一个基于Linux和MPI的集群系统。     

用并行算法解决素数问题

给出一个运行在Master/Slave型集群系统上的实际问题,问题实例选取的是经典的素数问题,设计出相应的并行执行算法和串行算法,构建并行计算平台,在并行系统上求解问题后得到了实际的加速比.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
