结合LMV092型平幅连续碱减量机通过对连续碱减量工艺生产中的工艺参数(烧碱浓度,汽蒸温度,汽蒸时间,助剂,携液率)对涤纶织物的减量率及减量效果影响的研究,找到了一定的规律,另外,还讨论了在连续碱减量工艺生产前后的预处理工序,预定形工序,水洗工序。  相似文献

 研究了超滤-纳滤组合膜工艺在碱减量废水处理中的应用,发现采用该工艺可以有效地降低碱减量废水中的化学需氧量(COD),COD 去除率可达到80%以上。对膜透过液回用于碱减量过程可能对涤纶减量效果的影响进行了实验分析,探讨了温度、时间、碱度、乙二醇含量等条件对涤纶减量率的影响。结果表明:温度、时间、碱浓度的增加均可以提高涤纶的减量率;乙二醇含量的累积,也可促进涤纶减量过程。采用该工艺可以实现对苯二甲酸、水、碱、乙二醇的回收及综合利用。  相似文献

本文讨论了改性涤纶在催化剂存在下的碱处理反应机理,以及碱处理条件如温度、碱浓、催化剂浓度和碱处理时间与纤维减量率的关系。导出了减量率与时间、温度的关系式。并用扫描电镜观察了纤维的表面形态结构。实验结果表明,改性高吸水涤纶的碱减量不仅与纤维组成,纤维结构,还和处理条件有关。催化剂的引入可大大减少处理时间,降低处理温度。因此可节省能源,降低单耗和改善工作条件。  相似文献

基于强碱对涤纶纱线具有显著的减量作用,用NaOH溶液对涤纶纱线进行处理,以减少纺织加工过程的静电问题.通过实验,对比分析了碱处理的NaOH浓度和反应温度对涤纶纱线的碱减量和强度的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件为NaOH浓度50g/L,反应温度80℃,碱处理时间2h.以苯胺为原料,对碱减处理过的涤纶采用原位聚合法,制备了聚苯胺/涤纶复合导电纱线.对比研究了过硫酸铵与苯胺单体的摩尔比和硫酸浓度对纱线导电性能的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件为过硫酸铵/苯胺单体摩尔比1∶1,硫酸浓度1mol/L,反应时间6h,反应温度15~25℃.最佳工艺条件下,涤纶纱线的电阻约为300Ω/cm.  相似文献

为提高生产效率并简化聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLA)织物的传统染色工艺,利用耐碱的分散染料在碱性条件下对PLA织物进行染色。研究了处理液pH值对PLA织物减量的影响,以及PLA织物的中性染色及碱性染色产品的K/S值及减量率;讨论了碱性染色温度和碱剂用量对PLA织物K/S值和强力的影响;对比了PLA织物有无还原清洗工序的碱性染色产品的色牢度,以及碱性染色与传统染色的工序、配方及产品的颜色深度。结果表明:随着处理液pH值的升高,织物的减量率逐渐增加且碱性条件下更有利于PLA织物的减量;碱性染色织物的减量率及K/S值均高于中性染色产品;随着染色温度的升高和碱剂用量增大,染色织物颜色逐渐变深且断裂强力下降;PLA织物碱性染色产品色牢度好且染色后无需还原清洗;碱性染色比传统染色方法所得织物的颜色更深且碱性染色工艺更加节省能源、水以及时间。  相似文献

碱减量印染废水生物处理产生的剩余污泥具有很大的比阻值,脱水性能很差;污泥中含有的聚合物及其亲水性的水解产物可能是其大比阻的主要原因。加入污泥调理剂,污泥调理剂和污泥颗粒之间通过电性中和、改变固体颗粒周围化学环境等复杂的作用,可以改善污泥的脱水性能。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
