通过小鼠解酒防醉药效、肝匀浆LPO值测定及其内脏器官观察和肝切片电镜观察的综合实验 ,考察了中药解酒剂F1、F2 和F3的解酒药效与延缓酒精中毒对肝功能损伤的功效之间的关系 .结果表明 ,解酒药效与保肝功能呈正相关 ;采用添加保肝中药的配方和中西药结合的方式 ,可增强解酒和保肝药效  相似文献

为探讨中药混合液对麻黄素致损伤孕鼠肝组织的保护作用,将72例受孕小鼠随机分为对照组、麻黄素组和中药组,麻黄素组和中药组连续腹腔注射0.043g·kg-1剂量的麻黄素溶液,中药组在注射麻黄素溶液1h后灌胃0.2mL中药混合液,记录孕鼠行为的变化,比色法测定肝组织T-AOC、GST活性及MDA含量,生物显微技术观察孕鼠肝组织结构的变化.结果显示麻黄素组孕鼠饮食、饮水量减少,跳动次数增多,肝组织T-AOC、GST活性显著降低,MDA含量明显升高,肝组织出现不同程度的损伤,肝血窦扩张,内皮细胞脱落,肝小叶界限紊乱,肝细胞空泡化;中药组孕鼠饮食、饮水量增多,跳动次数减少,肝组织T-AOC、GST活性显著升高,MDA含量显著降低,肝组织结构损伤明显减轻,肝小叶界限清晰,内皮细胞脱落减少,肝细胞结构基本正常.表明麻黄素抑制细胞的抗氧化酶活性,对肝组织结构有明显的损伤作用,而中药混合液可显著提高组织细胞的抗氧化能力,改善细胞活力,对麻黄素致损伤孕鼠肝组织有一定的保护作用.  相似文献

中药药效物质基础的研究是近年来中药研究的热点领域之一。以HL-7702肝细胞构建肝细胞膜色谱,并运用到地黄抗化学性肝损伤的活性成分研究。首次发现地黄中的麦角甾苷和吉奥诺苷B1能与肝细胞结合,进一步证实这两个化合物对H2O2诱导肝细胞损伤具有一定的保护作用,是地黄中抗化学性肝损伤的活性成分。  相似文献

随着我国中医药事业的快速发展,中药在诸多疾病的应用治疗上成果斐然,但不可否认的是,治疗过程中不断出现的毒副作用也是不容忽视的.众所周知,肝脏是机体内负责能量合成和物质代谢的中心器官,特别容易受到药物的损害,成为药源性组织损伤的主要靶器官之一.近年来,其作用机制研究取得了较大的进展,主要包括中药对肝脏细胞的直接损伤、氧化损伤、代谢损伤等.通过查阅相关文献,总结了中药致肝毒性的作用机制及其研究的思路和方法,以期为临床上中药的应用以及其作为保健品的开发,提供可靠的借鉴及依据.  相似文献

目的 观察促肝细胞生长素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法 选择60例重度慢性乙型肝炎随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,比较治疗前后两组病人的临床症状和生化指标等方面的变化.对照组给予甘草酸二铵、香丹等抗炎保肝支持及防治并发症治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用促肝细胞生长素和还原型谷胱甘肽联合治疗.结果 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组在临床症状和生化指标改善等方面与对照组比疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论 两药联用有助于改善临床症状和生化指标,缩短重度慢性乙型肝炎的病程.防治疾病进展.  相似文献

采用D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)联合脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤模型对保肝I号(BGYH)的保肝降酶及其可能机制进行研究.将小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,BGYH低、中、高剂量组,水飞蓟素组和联苯双酯组.每天给药1次,连续9 d,末次给药后除正常组均腹腔注射D-GalN/LPS建立急性肝损伤模型.结果显示高剂量BGYH可以显著降低小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平,同时,肝组织切片观察结果表明高剂量BGYH使小鼠肝细胞坏死程度有所减轻.在细胞因子方面,中或高剂量BGYH均可明显降低肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)等炎性细胞因子的表达,并同时升高抗炎因子白细胞介素(IL-10)的含量.此外,小鼠肝脏中一氧化氮(NO)、诱导性一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)水平在给予BGYH后也有下降的趋势.研究结果表明,BGYH对D-GalN和LPS联合诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用,可能是通过抑制免疫因子的释放,调节免疫反应而实现.  相似文献

为探讨酒精对肝细胞损伤的自由基机理,首先研究酒精对体外培养的L-02肝细胞的增殖和生化指标的影响.实验表明,酒精浓度在100mL·L-1以上时,共培养结束后30h内细胞存活率始终低于50%;当酒精浓度控制在80mL·L-1以下时,细胞恢复过程中存在存活率突降又上升的时间段;当酒精与细胞共培养时间为2、3、4h时,存活率突降又上升的时间段分别为18、12、6h.结果表明,酒精对肝细胞的损伤因浓度和与细胞共培养时间不同而造成化学损伤(即由酒精及其代谢产物本身的毒性直接杀死细胞)和自由基损伤.酒精引起的自由基损伤具有滞后性;随着与细胞共培养时间的延长,自由基攻击的时间会提前,并且所需的酒精浓度会降低.实验结果证实了酒精对肝细胞损伤确实与自由基有重要的关系,也为从清除自由基途径预防和治疗酒精性肝病提供一定的理论依据.  相似文献

为优选小花清风藤茎叶提取工艺的最佳提取条件,采用正交设计安排试验,选择料液比、提取温度、提取时间作为提取的因素,以四氯化碳损伤后的人正常肝细胞(LO2)细胞存活率为保肝活性指标,进行统计分析,确定最佳提取条件.优选出小花清风藤的最佳提取工艺条件为小花清风藤粉末10 g,加入200 mL水,80 ℃水浴加热1 h .该提取工艺设计合理,重复性强,可作为小花清风藤提取工艺.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献
