青光眼患者手术前后的护理

目的：探讨青光眼患者手术前、手术后临床特点、护理措施.方法：对2009-01~2012-01收治的经青光眼小梁切除术及在手术前、手术后采取综合护理措施的309例青光眼患者临床资料,进行回顾性分析.结果：309例青光眼患者经治疗及护理均疗效满意、治愈出院.结论：对青光眼手术患者进行有效的护患沟通、认真细致的观察、分析、适时的健康指导、及时有效的护理措施,是确保手术成功、提高治愈率的重要环节.     

新生儿肺炎的护理体会

目的:探讨新生儿肺炎的护理方法,以配合临床治疗,降低患儿死亡率.方法:对38例新生儿肺炎患者进行综合护理.结果:治愈37例,死亡1例,治愈率97%.结论:通过综合护理,可以达到降低死亡率,提高生存率,具有积极意义.     

中医综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会

探讨中医综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理体会。对162例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用辩证施护、情志护理、饮食调护;期间实施综合护理干预措施:中药热敷、针灸、艾灸、拔罐、穴位贴敷、牵引、功能锻炼等中医治疗方法。162例腰稚间盘突出症患者采取以上中医综合治疗及护理,其中治愈者为135例,显效者为22例,无效者为5例。腰推间盘突出症患者采用中医综合护理方法行保守治疗,取得了很好的疗效,减少了住院天数,并提高了护理满意度,有推广价值。     

内窥镜鼻窦围手术护理120例

目的：提高治疗效果.方法：对内窥镜鼻窦围手术120例患者行心理护理、控制出血的高危因素、控制局部炎症、术后一般护理及术腔护理.结果：术中出血减少,手术精确仔细.结论：内窥镜鼻窦手术,术前术后护理与手术同等重要.

目的：探讨人性化护理临床应用的可实施性．方法：分析实施人性化护理的必要性及实施过程中存在的问题．结果：进行人性化护理可提高护理效益，提高患者及家属的满意度，提高治疗效果．结论：护理人员只有具备高度的责任心及综合素质，树立以人为本的服务理念，才能为患者提供真正的人性化护理服务．     

糖尿病患者的社区护理

目的：探讨对糖尿病患者实施有效社区护理的体会.方法：选取2011年2月-2012年2月期间希望社区的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,对照组和实验组各40例,两组均服用常规药物治疗,实验组在此基础上施以有效的心理、饮食、生活等社区护理,比较两组的疗效.结果：两组分别治疗后,实验组总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组80%（P＜0.05）.结论：有效的社区护理可促进糖尿病患者的自我保护意识,延缓病情发展,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量.     

甲氨喋呤保守治疗宫外孕护理体会

目的：总结甲氨喋呤保守治疗宫外孕护理几点体会.方法：对我院30例宫外孕患者进行分析,从心理方面、治疗方面、病情观察方面,辅助检查方面进行对应护理.结果：无1例存有心理障碍,有9例出现腹痛加剧,改手术治疗.21例保守治疗成功.结论：宫外孕保守治疗的成功与否,很多决定于护理是否得当及时.     

颅内动脉瘤破裂急诊显微手术的护理

目的：探讨颅内动脉瘤破裂急诊显微手术患者的护理方法.方法：对43例颅内破裂动脉瘤急诊手术治疗患者进行规范、有效的护理,出院时进行GOS评分并结合患者预后进行评价.结果：良好36例（83.7%）,差4例（9.4%）,死亡3例（6.9%）.结论：规范的护理可以有效的配合颅内动脉瘤破裂急诊手术并提升患者的生存质量.     

舌癌患者19例围手术期的护理

目的：探讨舌癌患者围手术期的护理方法.方法：对19例舌癌患者在手术前、手术后进行观察、分析,制定周密的护理计划、进行有效的护患沟通、持续的心理护理以及针对性的护理措施.结果：本组19例舌癌患者均疗效满意.结论：积极做好舌癌患者围手术期的护理,是确保手术成功、提高治愈率的重要环节.     

早期康复治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的临床护理疗效观察

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者早期综合康复护理的临床效果。方法将75例重型颅脑损伤患者分为对照组（43例）和观察组（32例）。对照组按照常规治疗原则进行治疗及护理,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,于患者在病情平稳后24-48h实施肢体功能康复锻炼、促醒等综合康复护理措施。结果观察组治疗1月后GCS评分显著高于对照组,治疗后6月COS评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论早期综合康复护理可有效提高重型颅脑损伤患者疗效并改善预后。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
