【目的】研究显脉金花茶(Camellia euphlebia)扦插生根的最佳试验条件,为该物种的保护及规模化种植提供技术支持。【方法】采用四因素三水平正交试验设计,以生根率、生根数和平均根长为扦插生根效果的评价指标,并构建生根效果指数,研究激素种类、激素浓度、插条浸泡时间和扦插基质4个因素对显脉金花茶扦插生根的影响。【结果】扦插基质对生根效果指数的影响最大,插条浸泡时间次之,激素浓度的影响最小,只有扦插基质对生根效果指数的影响达到显著水平(P0.05),其余3个因素的影响均未达到显著水平(P0.05)。当激素种类为萘乙酸1-Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)、激素浓度为300mg·L-1,浸泡时间为12h,扦插基质为泥炭土+珍珠岩时,显脉金花茶扦插的生根效果最好。【结论】采用扦插繁殖技术开展显脉金花茶的大规模育苗是可行的。  相似文献

红豆杉(Taxus wallichiana var.chinensis)属于国家珍稀濒危保护植物,野生资源保护压力巨大,同时又具有园林绿化和药用价值,市场开发前景广阔,研究红豆杉扦插等快速繁育技术是当前该物种保护和利用的关键任务之一。本研究采用小区试验方法,从扦插季节选择、插穗长度、生根剂使用方法、扦插床基质等方面对红豆杉扦插技术进行了研究,筛选出了适宜的红豆杉扦插枝条顺利生根存活的关键环节:在3月份插枝条尚未萌动前,以珍珠岩为扦插基质、将中国红豆杉剪成长度为5~10 cm的扦插枝条,用3 000 mg·kg-1的吲哚丁酸(IBA)浸泡插条处理。上述处理能够保障扦插枝条的愈伤组织形成率、须根数、根长度和根粗壮程度方面具有一定的优势,可以在生产实践上进行参考。  相似文献

运用正交实验,研究不同基质、不同浓度的NAA及不同浸泡时间对柞木扦插生根效果的影响,结果表明:NAA处理对生根率影响极差最大(R=10.0),最佳水平为浓度50 mg/L,其次为基质(R=3.33);最适宜基质为菜园土,最适宜浸泡时间为0.5 h; NAA是影响柞木生根数量的最主要因素,在50 mg/L的浓度下浸泡0.5 h置于黄土中生根数量最多; NAA浓度50mg/L处理0.5 h或2 h的柞木枝条成活率最高;最适宜乡土树种柞木扦插生根的条件为NAA 50 mg/L的浓度下浸泡处理0.5 h,置于黄土基质中。  相似文献

本试验选用几种不同的扦插基质、不同部位的枝条、以及不同种类、不同浓度的植物生长调节剂处理,进行扦插试验观察,探讨扦插基质、插穗类型和植物生长调节剂对福建茶扦插生根率的影响.结果表明用生长调节剂处理可以大大提高插条的生根率,其中150mg/kg吲哚丁酸(IBA)溶液处理效果最佳,可以使扦插繁殖生根率达到90%;最适合福建茶扦插的基质是混合基质;最佳的插穗类型为中部半木质化嫩枝.本试验根据综合效应,选择最佳的实验方案,为福建茶的苗木生产提供了科学依据.  相似文献

几种因素对川西云杉扦插繁殖生根的影响   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
系统研究了影响川西云杉扦插繁殖的几种因素,包括枝条类型、采穗枝条部位、清水浸泡时间、采穗母株年龄、单株试验、激素处理.研究结果表明:川西云杉不同单株插穗生根能力存在较大差异.500 mg/kgIBA处理1 h和200 mg/kg IBA处理5 h促进川西云杉硬枝插条生根的效果最佳,生根率分别达到88.1%和81.0%;生根率、平均生根数母株年龄间差异不显著;I级侧枝和Ⅱ级枝侧枝的生根率显著大干Ⅱ级顶枝.母株枝条的平均生根数在上、下部枝条间存在着显著差异.将川西云杉在云南香格里拉秋季进行硬枝扦插,插后35 d穗条已基本愈合,45~60 d、90~100 d为生根高峰期.  相似文献

采用不同的枝条年龄和穗条类型、扦插基质、扦插时期、生根促进剂处理的不同水平,进行狭叶四照花夏季扦插试验,结果表明:一年生枝条扦插生根率显著高于多年生枝条扦插生根率,穗条带顶芽可以显著提高扦插生根率;在恩施地区最适于7月上旬和7月中旬采条扦插;不同的生根促进剂处理对狭叶四照花扦插生根率差异显著,用ABT-1合适的处理时间配合不同浓度,生根率差异不显著;河砂、生黄砂和耕作土做扦插基质,狭叶四照花夏季扦插生根率差异不显著.  相似文献

如今米槁种群数量小,为增加及开发米槁资源,以米槁枝条为材料,开展了不同基质(蛭石、珍珠岩、河沙、珍珠岩∶河沙=1∶1)、不同部位(上部、中部、下部、不同种类(IBA、ABT-1、GGR-6)不同浓度的激素处理对米槁扦插生根影响的实验.扦插试验表明:珍珠岩基质中插穗生根率为65.56%,是米槁插穗扦插生根的最佳基质.植物生长调节剂种类和浓度对插穗生根作用显著,30mg/L的GGR-6浸泡4h的米槁插穗生根效果最好,生根率达到63.33%.米槁插穗生根效果由高到低依次为枝条的下部、中部、上部.  相似文献

利用生长激素处理鹅掌柴(Schefferao ctophlla(Lout).Harins)的插条,进行扦插生根的试验,研究了不同浓度生长激素在不同时间处理下对鹅掌柴枝条扦插生根的影响.生长激素浓度分别为1:200,1:1000,1:2000;处理时间分别为:2小时,4小时,6小时.结果表明,最利于鹅掌柴扦插生根的组合为:时间4小时;浓度1:1000.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
